Product Introduction 功能介绍
Q020 is an automatic air column machine, it greatly saves the labor cost, and effectively
avoids the situation of bag breakage caused by the instability of air pressure and
excessive air volume in the traditional manual inflator, and successfully reduces the
breakage rate of the product.
Q020 has fast speed, stable air pressure and much higher efficiency than manual inflation.
It can be filled with 15~120CM air column roll, coiled air column bag, U-shaped bag and L-
shaped bag. (Note: External air compressor is required). It is the best choice for small
factories, warehouses and shops.
Q020是款󰙵动柱充机，󰙵动柱充机的出现地节约成本，并且有效地
避免传统充由于压稳定、󰮢过饱等原因󰖳导致袋破裂的情况，成功降低
产品的破损率。Q020速度快，压稳定，效率远胜于充。可充15-120CM连卷卷材

Installation Operation Method 安装操作法
1, Install the material holder, holder (pressing rod) and supporting foot in the position
shown in Photo 1 (auxiliary tool: inner hexagon), and connect the air compressor to the
machine.
将放轴、压杆、撑脚等按图1所示位置安装（辅助具：六󰤐)，空压机管接机
。
2, Film is mounted on the material holder and material limiter 2 is mounted at the position
shown in Photo 1. (attached to the film)
将膜装上放轴，放限位2安装于图1所示位置（与膜贴合)。
3, Connect the power cord to turn on the power supply, and the film bypasses the holder,
passes through the air outlet pipe and pulls into the traction wheel. Press the IN-material
(Green button), and then press the start button to start inflating the film when the film is
pulled out of the machine.
接上电源线开启电源，膜绕过压杆，穿过出管并拉󰙸牵引轮内，按点动进键，待膜
拉󰙸机外再按启动键开始吹膜。
4, According to different air column material and size to adjust the air volume, no fixed
criteria, need to adjust and record by yourself.
根据同柱材尺进󰢩调整󰮢，固定准则，需󰙵󰢩调整记录。
Attention 注意事项
1, External air compressor is needed for air column machine, and the pressure of air
compressor must be greater than the pressure adjusted on the barometer of air column
machine. If it is found that the continuous increase air pressure the air column is still not
full, check whether the pressure of external air compressor is enough, and the external
air compressor is generally around 5kg/cm².
柱机需外接源，源压必须于柱机压表上所调整的压，如发现持续加
压柱仍饱满，检查外接源压是否够󰉁，外接源般在5kg/cm²左右。
2, If it is found that one of the air column bags is occasionally insufficient to inflate or
cannot inflate, please contact the material supplier of the air column bag to check the
bag intake valve.
如发现柱袋偶尔有根柱吹饱或者吹起来请联系柱袋材提供检查袋进
阀。
3, Coiled material inevitably has joints in it, so it can not be off duty for a long time when it
is inflated.
卷难免有接头在内，充时可󰲊时间脱岗。
4, Regularly check the blade wear condition, if found raw edge please replace the blade.
定期检查󰅧磨损情况，如发现边请换󰅧。
