Produktbeskrivning
Sugmunstycket kan ha olika funktioner i en pool. Exempel på dessa funktioner är:
• Extra sugmunstycke på sugledningen till poolens cirkulationspump för att förhindra att pumpen går torr på vatten ifall nivån i
poolen sjunker under bräddavloppet.
• Extra utsug nära botten för att säkerställa att vatten inte blir stillastående på poolens botten.

It is important to read this manual carefully in order to ensure smooth functioning and long service life of the pool equipment.
Pahlén AB is not responsible for the product warranty in case of any damage due to improper installation, mishandling or main-
tenance.
Product description
The outlet nozzle can have different functions in the swimming pool. Examples:
• Optional outlet nozzle in the suction line to the pool’s circulation pump serves to prevent the pump running out of water if the
pool water level falls below the skimmer.
• Additional outlet near the pool bottom ensures that water does not become still at the pool bottom.
Outlet nozzle of the Classic design is intended for different pool types with liner.

The recommended depth is described in the subsequent sections.
• Reinforcementshouldneverbecloserthanatleast50mmfromstainlesssteelinthecast-coatedpoolconstructions.
• Electricalinstallations>30Vmustnotbeplacedwithin500mmdistancefromanystainlesssteelmaterial.
• During installation works, stainless steel tools with clean contact surfaces should be used.
• In order to avoid scratches and stains, keep the items in their original packaging until installation.
• Be careful during installation, so as not to scratch the item.
• Avoid placing concentrated chemical dosages next to stainless steel details. Damage can occur in case of no pool circulation.

Install outlet nozzle like this:
1. Connectthecable(min.6mm2)fromtheinletpipetotheearthpoint.Usesuppliedscrews,cablelug
ring and tag washer.
2. Fixtheinletpipe,masktheange(thesurfacethatshouldbeunderthepacking).
Building blocks:Theangeshouldrestonthenishedpoolwall(seeAindiagramonthe
previouspage).
Isulating blocks:Theangeshouldrestonthepoolwallplasterednish(seeBindiagramonthe
previouspage).
Concrete:Theangeshouldrestonthepoolwallplasterednish(seeCindiagramonprevious
page).
NOTE! The minimum distance between non-corrosive and corrosive materials shall be 50 mm.

5. Installthepoollinerandbeginooding.
6. Whenthewaterreachesaround5cmbelowthesuctionoutletnozzle,cutasmallcrossinthelinerin
theholecenter.Installthepacking(2mm)andsealing.
7. Trim the pool liner after the sealing inside edge.
8. Install the front with Pahlén logo on top.
