•Cellular Products: The system operator is responsible for obtaining any operator's license,
performing any required frequency noficaon, or meeng any qualificaon to operate
this system under this rule part. This device operates under the authority of a licensed
radio service under 47 Code of Federal Regulaons Parts 22, 24, and 27.
•FCC Co-locaon: This product must not be co-located or operate in conjuncon with
another radio.
•FCC Guidelines for Exposure to Radio Waves: The ION 1200 series includes a radio
transmier and receiver. It is designed not to exceed the limits for exposure to RF
radiaon specified in FCC Part 1.1310. The FCC guidelines are based on IEEE ANSI C
95.1 (92) and include a substanal safety margin to ensure the safety of all persons,
regardless of age and health. The device has been tested and found compliant with the
applicable regulaons as part of the radio cerficaon process. The US Food and Drug
Administraon (FDA) has stated that current scienfic informaon does not indicate
a need for special precauons for wireless devices. The FCC recommends that further
exposure reducons are possible [1] by orienng antennas away from personnel, [2] by
increasing the separaon distance.

receiver(s) that comply with Innovaon, Science and Economic Development (ISED)
Canada’s license-exempt RSS(s). Operaon is subject to the following two condions:
