You
can
prevent
others

making
a
call
to
any
number
except

one
pre-programmed

the
memory

the
EMERGENCY

locked

dialing

even
emergency

cannot-be
dialed.
Only
incoming
calls
are
accepted
until
the
dial
lock
is
canceled.
