(4) using two 3/8 X2" BOLTS(14), two 3/8" WASHERS(17), and two 3/8" LOCKNUTS(18). See FIGURE

SECURELYassemble the BEARINGHOUSING(1) and the CENTERPULLEYBRACKET(4) to the UPRIGHTFRAMEusing
two 1/2 X 3-1/4" BOLTS(16) and two 1/2" LOCKNUTS(20) as shown in FIGURE

STEP6:
Assemble the LEFT& RIGHTPECDECARMS(2 & 3) to the BEARINGHOUSING(1) using four 3/4" FLANGEBEARINGS
(21), two 1/2" WASHERS(19), and m’o 1/2" LOWHEIGHTLOCKNUTS(22) as shownin FIGURE6. (Tighten connection
securely, then back nut off 1/8 turn or until armrotates freely.)

Wrapthe 94-1/2" CABLE(9) around one 3-1/2" PULLEY(8)
and SECURELYassemble the PULLEYto the PULLEY
BRACKET(5) using one 3/8 X 2" BOLT(14) and one
LOCKNUT(18) as shown in FIGURE

STEP9:
¯Insert each end of the 94-1/2" CABLE(9) into the bushings on the camsof the LEFT(2) &RIGHT(3) PECARMS,then
the CABLEover the PULLEYSassembled to the CENTEt~PULLEYBRACKET(4) as shown in FIGtYRE
¯After CABLE(9) has been routed over the PULLEYSon the CENTEKPULLEYBRACKET(4), position CABLERETAINING
CLIPS(13) at a ° angle ov er th e PULLEYS and SECURELY tighten. Se e FI GUPd3 9.(NOTE: If C.. ~BLE (9)is n ot trac king
in the center of the cams on the LEFT(2) & RIGHT(3) PECARMS,Loosen BEARINGHOUSI~IG(1) and adjust
then retighten.)

¯ Route the end of the 134-3/4" CABLE(10) through the slot of the UPRIGHTFRAMEthen SECURELYassemble one previ-
ously removed 4-1/2" PULLEYto the UPRIGHTFRAMEusing two previously removed 3/8 X2-3/4" BOLTS,two 3/8"
FLANGESPACERS,two 3/8" WASHERS,and two 3/8" LOCKNUTS.(NOTE: The CABLE(10) s]aould be routed between
the pulley and the retaining bolt as shownin FIGURE10.)
¯Wrapthe CABLE(10) aorund one 3-1/2" PULLEY(8) and SECURELYassemble the PULLEYto the: plate on the UPRIGHT
FRAMEusing one 3/8 X 2" BOLT(14), one CABLERETAININGCLIP (13), one 3/8" WASHER(17), and one 3/8"
NUT(18). (NOTE:Before tightening PULLEY,make sure RETAININGCLIP is positioned as shown in FIGURE10.)
¯ WRAPthe CABLE(10) around the bottom 3-1/2" PULLEYof the PULLEYBLOCKasshown in FIGURE10.

¯ SECURELYthread the end of the CABLE(10) 3/4 of the wayinto into the threaded housingon the PULLEYBRACKET(5)
SECURELYtighten jam nut.
