Removethe ].AT BARfrom the HIGHPULLEYCABLE,and set aside. Loosenand re,hove the three (3)
3-1/2 X 1 IN PULLEYSfrom the TOP BOOMWELDMENTof the PROSYSTEM.Detach HIGH
PULLEYCAl3LE from the WEIGHTCARRIAGEWELDMENT,remove the CABLE.
Loosen and remove TOP BOOMWELDMENTfrom the PROSYSTEM.Then Remove the WEIGHT
CARRIAGEWELDMENTfrom the PROSYSTEM.
Removethe 2 IN SQENDCAPSfrom the top and bottom of the UPRIGI-/TFRAMEWELI)MENTof the
PROSYSTEM.
Insert four (4i) 2 IN SQENDCAPSinto the ends of the BASEWELDMENTas shown on drawing.
Loosen the night bolt connection of the BASEto the UPRIGHTFRAMEWELDMENTon the.
PROSYSTE~Iand remove nut. SECURELYassemble the BASEWELDMENTto the ~?RIGHT
FRAMEWELDMENTof the PROSYSTEMas shown, using the replacement 1/2 IN LOWI-IEIGHT
LOCK NUT.
Insert the GU-IDERODSinto the holes of the BASEWELDMENTas shown, and allow them to tilt
back. (NOTE: LUBRICATEGUIDE RODSWITH A SILICON OR TEFLONSPRA]0. Slide the
two (2) WEIGHTSTACKCUSHIONSdown over the GUIDERODSas shown.
SECURELYassemble the WEIGHTSTACKSHAFTto the HEADPLATEas shown oa drawing.
Also insert two (2) WEIGHTPLATEBUSHINGSeach into twenty (20) WEIGHTPLATESas shown
(DETAH~A).
USINGEXTREMECAREslide the WEIGHTPLATESdown over the GUIDEROILS onto the
WEIGHTSTACKCUSI-HONS as shown. (MAKESURE THAT THE KEY HOLES OF THE
WEIGHTPLATES ARE ALL FACING AS SHOWN)Slide the HEADPLATE ASSEMBLYdown
over the GUIDERODSonto the WEIGHTSTACKas shown.

Insert two (21) GUIDERODBUSHINGSinto the ROUNDTUBESof the PULLEYHOUSING
WELDMEI~[Tas shown. Also insert one (1) 1-3/4 IN SQENDCAPinto the top of the PULLEY
HOUSING WELDMENT.
10. Tilt the GUIDERODSback up to vertical. Insert the PULLEYHOUSINGWELDMENTinto the
UPRIGHTF]~LAMEWELDMENTof the PROSYSTEMwhile at the same time insert the GUIDERODS
into the GLr[DE RODBUSHINGSof the PULLEYHOUSINGWELDMENTas shown.
ll. Route the WEIGHTSTACKCABLEthrough the front slot and downto the rear slot of the TOP
BOOMWELDMENT.LOOSELYRe-assemble the three (3) 3-1/2 X 1 IN. PULLEYSto the TOP
BOOMWELDMENT. (NOTE: MAKESURE CABLE IS IN THE GROOVEOF THE FIRST
TWO PULLEYS ONLY).
12. SECURELYre-assemble the TOP BOOMWELDMENTto the PROSYSTEMthe same way it was
removed using the existing hardware. (MAKESURETHATTHEBOLTSOF THE][lOOM
SUPPORTS RUN UNDERNEATHTHE CABLE INSIDE OF THE TOP BOOM)
13. LOOSELYassemble two (2) 3-1/2 X 1 IN PULLEYSto the PULLEYHOUSINGWELI~tMENT
shown.
14. WEIGHT STACK CABLE ROUTING (SEE CABLE ROUTING DIAGRAM) (NOTE:
SOME PULLEYS MAYHAVE TO BE REMOVEDAND REASSEMBLEDIN OI~J)ER TO
ROUTE THE CABLE.

Route the threaded end of the WEIGHTSTACKCABLEunder, and around the top 3-1/2 X 1
IN.PULLEYofthePULLEYBLOCK,andbackup throughthelargeholeontopof theTOP
BOOM WELDMENT.
Route the CABLEthrough the hole and over and around the two PULLEYSin the PULLEY
HOUSINGWELDMENT.Run the cable downthrough the large hole above the WEIGHT
STACKand down to the WEIGHTSTACKSHAFTofthc HEADPLATE.
Thread the end ofthc CABLEinto the end of the WEIGHTSTACKSHAFT.
Insert the 3 X2 IN. ENDCAPSinto the ends of the PULLEYHOUSINGWELDMENTas
shownon drawing.
SECURELYtighten all loose pulley connections.
15. Re-attach LAT BARWELDMENTto the HIGH PULLEYCABLE.
16. Attach the WEIGHTSTACKLABELSto the WEIGHTSTACKas shown in (DETAILA).
17. To select WEIGHT,rotate the WEIGHTSTACKSELECTORPIN clock wise 90 degrees, insert into the
slot of the desired WEIGHTPLATE,and rotate the PINback down.
