ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS
BARIATRIC TREATMENT TABLES
MODELS 9235-25 & 9235-26

medical equipment needs by purchasing this equipment.
All Metron Value equipment is designed and manufactured
to provide years of dependable service because we want
you as a customer now and in the future. Below are easy to
follow instructions on how to properly assemble your
equipment. Please contact us if you experience any
difficulty with the assembly or have questions.
INTENDED USE
Metron Value bariatric treatment tables, models 9235-25 &
9235-26, are specifically designed and engineered for the
use by a single person at a time, who is attended to and
observed by trained medical/physical therapy personnel. Never
leave anyone on the table unattended. Person’s weight
and the combination of force exerted on the table during
treatment is not to exceed a total of 600 lbs.

Fasten with a washer an 5/16" nut, using a
socket wrench and a 5/16" wrench.
Repeat steps 1 & 2 for all six legs.
Invert top and insert
wooden legs into
brackets on the frame
aligning holes in legs with holes
in brackets.
Make certain the bolt inserts
for attaching the leg braces on
the corner legs face toward the
inside of the table. Insert 4" hex
head bolts with a washer through
frame, legs and bracket.

Attach spanner by sliding it into the grooves
in the leg braces and fastening using the black
13/4" wood screws.
Screw in center leg levellers on the two center
legs. Invert and level making sure the center legs
rest on the floor.
Attach the leg braces to the inside of each
end of the table with the black 11/2" truss
head bolts.
7Clean with disinfectant according to Cleaning
Guidelines on the back page of these
instructions prior to use.
FOR SAFETY PURPOSES, TAKE TIME TO CHECK ALL SCREWS, BOLTS AND NUTS TO INSURE THAT
THEY ARE SECURELY TIGHTENED AND THAT THE TABLE HAS BEEN PROPERLY ASSEMBLED
ACCORDING TO THESE INSTRUCTIONS.
SHELF ASSEMBLY (WITH HOOK & LOOP STRIPS)

adhesive backed loop strips to top edge of
H-braces on both ends of the table. Place the full-length
shelf on the spanner with the hook side over the loop on
the braces.

Align pre-drilled holes and edges of the tiered
shelf section. Fasten shelf by screwing the
supplied 1 1/4” black truss head screws through shelf and
into pre-inserted, threaded inserts.
9235-26 SHELF ASSEMBLY
Using assistance, place the tiered shelf on the
full shelf, aligning it with the end of the shelf
that has the pre-drilled holes.
The manufacturer warrants products to be free of defects in materials, workmanship or design under normal use for five years
on all mechanical products and all electrical components from the date of purchase. This warranty does not include damage
resulting from accident, abuse or misuse, alteration, or negligence of the product and expressly excludes normal wear of parts
(including but not limited to vinyl). Contact Patterson Medical for full warranty details.

Clean the table with a soft cloth and any mild cleaning agent that may be required for sanitation. NEVER use abrasive
scrubbing agents that may scratch the surfaces. Before using any cleaning agents, try them on a small
inconspicuous area to insure that they will not harm the any surface. Damage from cleaning is not
covered under the warranty. Do not use alcohol based cleaning agents.
Periodically check that all fasteners are secure and operating properly.
