Holding a Call
1. While speaking to an outside party, press
the hbutton.
2. To retrieve the held call, press the
corresponding CO Line button, or press the
hbutton again.
Transferring a Call
1. While speaking to the calling party, press
thetbutton.
2. Pressthe DSS ordial the extensionnumber
of the person that will receive the call.
3. If the person at that extension answers, or if
the phone is in hands-free reply mode, you
mayannounce thecaller.
4. Pressthe cor sbutton,or place the
handset back in the cradle to complete the
calltransfer.
Transferringacall intoanother user’smailbox
1. Press your Voicemail button
2. PressthepreprogrammedDSSbutton ordial
theextension number
3. Pressthe cor sbutton,or place the
handset back in the cradle to complete the
calltransfer.

Answering a Call
1. When an incoming call rings to your phone,
pick up the handset or press s.
2. When you are through, place the handset
back in the cradle.
Placing an Outside Call
1. Pick up the handset or Press the s
buttonand
2. Pressanavailable COLinebutton.
3. Dial the number and talk.
4. When you are through, place the handset
back in the cradle.
Placing an Intercom Call
1. Pick up the handset or dial the station
number of the person you wish to intercom.
2. Whenyou are through,hang up.
note: if you wish to utilize the speakerphone to place or
receive calls, press the sbutton. When the lamp next
to the sbutton is on, the speakerphone is active.
Press sagain to disconnect.
Change from Handset to Speakerphone
1. While talking on the handset, press the
sbutton(The LEDwillilluminate).
2. Place the handset on the cradle.
Change from Speakerphone to Handset
- Pickup thehandset. Thespeakerphone will
bedeactivated.

Call Forward (No Answer) to Voicemail
note: This feature requires the Integrated
Voicemail.
1. Pressf2.
2. DisplayPhone:Press [next]then,press the
[n_ans] softbutton.
Non-Display Phone: Press 4
3. Dialthehunt group(253)whichcorresponds
to your voicemail system.
4. Press[save]
note: Voicemail is preprogrammed as hunt group 253 on
the system.
5. Select [ co ] for outside lines, or [ icm ] for
internal calls or [ icm/co ] for all calls
6. Non-DisplayPhone:Press0for10seconds,
..., 4for 50 seconds.
7. Display Phone:Press the [chg] soft button
untilthe desiredno-answer time isreached.
8. Press the cbutton to return to idle
9. Todeletecall forwarding pressthesoftbutton
under [CFW] in the display, then press [del]
Pick up - Group
- Press *to pick up an actively ringing call
within your pick up group.

- Press f8 to dial the last number
BackgroundMusic (ifenabled)
- Dial 800 totoggle sourceone on andoff
- Dial 801 to toggle source two on and off

Conferencing
1. While on a telephone call, press h.
2. Make the next call:
a. Press a CO Line button and dial the
telephone number.
b. Dial the station number if the next call
is within the system.
3. Join the callers by pressing f60.
4. If you wish to join an additional caller,
repeat steps 2 and 3.

2. Hangup to exitthe conferenceroom

2. Dialthebin number(500 thru549).
3. Display Phone: Press the [show] soft

automatically access a CO Line.
