UPPACKNING OCH KONTROLL AV INNEHÅLL
Packa upp ur förpackningen, kolla maskinen
för att se att delar som anges nedan nns:
A. Uppsamlare
B. Uppsamlare och äkt / motor montering
C. Två uppsamlare
D. Basplatta
E. Två stöd för övre påse
F. Två stöd.
G. Insug.
H. Fyra påsar.
I. Packningar.
J. Fyra hjul.
K. Muttrar, skruvar, brickor, fjäderbrickor.
L. Motorbas.
O. Påsklämma.

MONTERING
Först, placera bottenplattan upp och ned och
fäst de fyra hjulen på de medföljande hålen
och dra åt den med en skiftnyckel. Fig 1.
Med motorbasen, uppsamlarkroppen och
äkt/motoraggregatet på plats, fäst dem på
bottenplattan med hjälp av skruvarna och
brickorna som visas i g 2.
Montera packningar och det fyrkantiga
anslutningsröret och anslutningen till
uppsamlarkroppen med hjälp av skruvar
ochbrickor som nns. Fig 3 och Fig 4.
Installera sedan de två uppsamlarna (C) och
två packningar (I) till uttaget som visas i Fig 5.
Montera två uppsamlarstöd (F) och två övre
påsehållare (E) som visas i Fig 6.

Häng sedan de två påsarna (H) från
stödstängerna. Fäst sedan de två lterpåsarna
och de två uppsamlingspåsarna till
uppsamlarna med hjälp av påsklämmor.
Inloppet kan nu placeras på äkt/
motoraggregatets inloppshål enligt g 7.
Dammsamlaren är nu redo att tas i bruk. Innan
du ansluter den till en strömkälla, se till att
strömkällan är korrekt jordad och har korrekt
spänning och strömstyrka.
SÄKERHETSFÖRESKRIFTER
1. Håll arbetsområdet rent. Stökiga områden
inbjuder till skador.
2. Granska arbetsvillkoren. Använd inte
maskinen i fuktiga, våta eller dåligt
upplysta platser. Utsätt inte för regn.
3. Håll barn borta. Alla barn ska hållas borta
från arbetsområdet. Låt dem inte hantera
maskin eller förlängningssladdar.
4. LÅT INTE OANVÄNDA TILLBEHÖR VARA
FRAMME. När maskinen inte används
ska den förvaras på ett torrt ställe för
att hämma rost. Om möjligt, förvara i ett
område utom räckhåll för barn.
5. ÖVERBELASTA INTE MASKINEN.
Detkommer att utföra jobbet bättre och
säkrare i den takt som det var avsett för.
6. ANVÄND RÄTT VERKTYG. Tvinga inte ett
litet verktyg eller tillbehör att göra arbetet
med ett större industriverktyg. Använd inte
ett verktyg för ett syfte som det inte var
avsett för.
7. KLÄ DIG ORDENTLIGT. Använd inte lösa
kläder eller smycken. De kan fastna i
rörliga delar. Skyddshandskar och halkfria
skor rekommenderas vid arbete. Använd
skyddshårbeklädnad för att hålla undan
långt hår, så att det inte fastnar i maskinen
8. ANVÄND ÖGONSKYDD. Använd ISO-
godkända skyddsglasögon.
9. STRÄCK DIG INTE ÖVER. Håll rätt fot och
balans hela tiden.
10. BEHANDLA MASKINEN MED OMSORG.
Håll verktygen skarpa och rena för bättre
och säkrare prestanda. Följ anvisningarna
för smörjning och byte av tillbehör.
Inspektera verktygs sladdar regelbundet
och om de är skadade, låt dem repareras
av en auktoriserad serviceverk stad.
Hållhandtag torra, rena och fria från
oljaoch fett.
11. TA UNDAN JUSTERINGSNYCKLAR.
Gördettill en vana att kontrollera att
nycklar och justeringsnycklar tas bort från
verktygs- eller maskinens arbetsyta innan
de används.
12. VAR ALERT. Titta på maskinen, använd
sunt förnuft. Använd inga verktyg när du är
trött.
13. KONTROLLERA SKADADE DELAR. Innan du
använder maskinen ska eventuell del som
verkar skadad kontrolleras noggrant för att
fastställa att den fungerar korrekt och kan
utföra den avsedda funktionen. Kontrollera
efter anpassning av rörliga delar, brott på
delar, montering och andra förhållanden
som kan påverka dess funktion. Varje del
som är skadad ska vara rätt reparerad av
ett auktoriserat servicecenter om inget
annat anges i bruksanvisningen.

14. BYTE AV DELAR OCH TILLBEHÖR.
Använd endast identiska reservdelar vid
service. Använd endast tillbehör som
är avsedda för användning med detta
verktyg. Godkända tillbehör nns hos
Verktygsboden.
15. ANVÄND INTE MASKINEN OM DU
ÄR PÅVERKAD AV ALKOHOL ELLER
NARKOTIKA. Läs varningsetiketter på
recept för att avgöra om ditt omdöme
eller reexer är försämrade under tiden du
tar mediciner. Om det råder några tvivel,
använd inte maskinen.
16. HÅLL SKYDD PÅ PLATS OCH I ORDNING.
Använd aldrig maskinen om inte alla skydd
fungerar korrekt.
17. ANVÄND ALDRIG EN MASKIN OM DESS
HÖLJE ELLER NÅGRA BULTAR SAKNAS.
Om höljen eller bultar har tagits bort, ersätt
dem före användning. Underhåll så att alla
delar är i gott skick.
18. TORKA UPP SPILL MM FÖR ATT INTE
ORSAKA HALKOLYCKOR. Håll golvet
rent och fritt från alla vätskor och andra
spill som kan orsaka halka. Kontrollera
materialets datablad för korrekta
rengöringsförfaranden.
19. ANVÄND INTE DAMMSAMLAREN FÖR
ANNAT ÄN TRÄSTOFT. Material som
vätskor, metallspån, metalldamm, skruv,
glas, plast eller sten kan orsaka gnistor
när de kommer i kontakt med någon del av
uppsamlingssystemet.
20. Placera inte händer, timmer eller verktyg
nära inloppsöppningen när maskinen är
igång eller ansluten till strömmen.

THE PVC HOSE IS INSTALLED ON THE INTAKE
PORT.
UNPACKING AND INSPECTION OF CONTENTS
Unpack from the packaging, check the
machine to see that the parts listed below
areincluded:
A. Collector
B. Collector and fan / motor assembly
C. Two collectors
D. Base plate
E. Two supports for upper sack
F. Two supports.
G. Intake.
H. Four sacks.
I. Gaskets.
J. Four wheels.
K. Nuts, screws, washers, spring washers.
L. Motor base.
O. Sack clip.

INSTALLATION
Start by placing the base plate upside down
and attach the four wheels to the provided
holes and tighten with a wrench. Fig 1.
With the motor base, collector body and
fan/motor assembly in place, secure them to
the base plate using the screws and washers
as shown in Fig 2.
Install the gaskets and the square connecting
pipe and connection to the collector body
using the screws and washers provided.

Now install the two collectors (C) and two
gaskets (I) to the outlet as shown in Fig 5.
Install two collector supports (F) and two
upper sack holders (E) as shown in Fig 6.

Now hang the two sacks (H) from the support
bars. Then attach the two lter sacks and the
two collector sacks to the collectors using
plastic clips.
The inlet can now be placed on the fan/motor
unit’s inlet hole as shown in Fig 7.
The dust collector is now ready for use.
Beforeconnecting it to a power source, make
sure that the power source is properly earthed
and has the correct voltage and amperage.
SÄKERHETSFÖRESKRIFTER
1. Keep the work area clean. Messy areas
invite injury.
2. Assess the working conditions. Do not
use the machine in damp, wet or poorly
litplaces. Do not expose to rain.
3. Keep children away. All children must be
kept away from the work area. Do not let
them handle the machine or extension
cords.
4. NEVER LEAVE UNUSED ACCESSORIES
IN THE OPEN. When the machine is not
in use, it must be stored in a dry place to
inhibit rust. If possible, store in an area out
of the reach of children.
5. DO NOT OVERLOAD THE MACHINE. It will
do the work better and more safely at the
rate for which it was intended.
6. USE THE RIGHT TOOLS. Never force a
small tool or accessory to do the work
of alarger industrial tool. Do not use a
tool for a purpose for which it was not
intended.
7. DRESS ACCORDINGLY. Do not wear loose
clothing or jewellery. They could get
caught in moving parts. Protective gloves
and non-slip shoes are recommended
when working. Use protective hair covering
to keep long hair out of the way, so that it
does not get caught up in the machine
8. WEAR EYE SHIELDS. Wear ISO-approved
safety goggles.
9. DO NOT STRETCH OVER THE TOOL.
Maintain the right footing and balance
atall times.
10. HANDLE THE MACHINE WITH CARE.
Keepthe tools sharp and clean for
better and safer performance. Follow
the instructions for lubrication and
replacement of accessories. Inspect tool
cords regularly and, if damaged, have
them repaired by an authorised service
workshop. Keep handles dry, clean and
free from oil and grease.
11. REMOVE ADJUSTMENT KEYS. Make it a
habit to check that adjustment keys and
other keys are removed from the tool or
machine work surface before use.
12. STAY ALERT. Keep your eyes on
themachine and use common sense.
Donot use tools if you are tired.
13. INSPECT DAMAGED PARTS. Before using
the machine, any part that appears to be
damaged must be carefully inspected to
determine that it is working properly and
can perform its intended function. Check
the alignment of moving parts, breakage to
parts, installation and other conditions that
may affect its operation. Any part that is
damaged must be properly repaired by an
authorised service centre unless otherwise
specied in the operating instructions.

14. REPLACEMENT OF PARTS AND
ACCESSORIES. Only use identical
spare parts when servicing. Only use
accessories intended for use with this tool.
Approved accessories are available from
Verktygsboden.
15. DO NOT USE THE MACHINE IF YOU ARE
UNDER THE INFLUENCE OF ALCOHOL OR
DRUGS. Read prescription warning labels
to determine whether your judgement
or reexes are impaired while taking
medications. If there is any doubt, do not
use the machine.
16. KEEP GUARDS IN PLACE AND IN ORDER.
Never use the machine unless all guards
are working properly.
17. NEVER OPERATE A MACHINE IF ITS
HOUSING OR ANY BOLTS ARE MISSING.
Ifthe housing or bolts have been removed,
replace them before use. Maintenance
of all parts is crucial to ensure good
condition.
18. WIPE UP ANY SPILLS, ETC., TO AVOID
SLIPPING ACCIDENTS. Keep the oor
clean and free of all liquids and other
spills that could cause slipping. Check
thematerial’s data sheet for proper
cleaning procedures.
19. NEVER USE THE DUST COLLECTOR FOR
ANYTHING OTHER THAN SAWDUST.
Materials such as liquids, metal shavings,
metal dust, screws, glass, plastic or stone
can cause sparks when they come into
contact with any part of the collection
system.
20. Do not place your hands, pieces of wood
or tools near the inlet opening while the
machine is running or powered up

MONTERING
Plasser først bunnplaten opp ned og fest de
re hjulene i de medfølgende hullene og stram
med en skiftnøkkel. Fig 1.
Med motorbasen, oppsamlerhuset og
vifte/motoraggregatet på plass fester du
demtil bunnplaten med skruene og skivene
vist i Fig. 2.
Monter pakninger og det rkantede
tilkoblingsrøret og tilkoblingen til
oppsamlingshuset med skruene og
skivenesom følger med. Fig. 3 og Fig. 4.
Installer deretter de to oppsamlerne (C) og
topakninger (I) til uttaket som vist i Fig. 5.
Installer to oppsamlerstøtter (F) og to øvre
poseholdere (E) som vist i Fig. 6.
