INSTRUCTION MANUAL
This compact ashlight produces an ultra bright light
beam by using an LED powered by (3) three AA 1.5V
alkaline batteries. The Pelican™ 3310 ashlight is
designed for easy use with one hand operation. The
3310 ashlight body is made of a photoluminescent
high impact polymer alloy for the most durable
construction. The 3310 ashlight is water resistant.
Remove Mylar®Insulator Before Use
1. Ensure that the tail cap lock is set to the ‘Unlock’
position.
2. Twist the tail cap counter-clockwise until it stops
and pull tail cap away from the body.
3. Remove and discard the Mylar®insulator.
4. Replace tail cap, turn clockwise until it aligns with
the body.
For added security, turn the tail cap lock to the ‘Lock’
position with the lanyard attachment.
To Operate
High > Low > Flashing > Off
1. Fully depress switch to activate ashlight. The
ashlight will default to the High Mode.
2. Once in High Mode, partially depress switch once
to obtain the Low Mode, twice to obtain Flashing
Mode.
3. While activated in any mode, fully depress switch
to turn Off.
Battery Replacement
1. Repeat previous tail cap removal.
2. Replace ALL batteries with fresh AA batteries as
per polarity markings.
3. Replace tail cap, turn clockwise until it aligns with
the body.
4. For added security, turn the tail cap lock to the
‘Lock’ position with the lanyard attachment.
General Care And Maintenance
1. Clean o-ring with a soft clean cloth to insure that
sealing area is free of dirt that could destroy the
o-ring seal.
2. Apply a light coat of clear silicone grease on the
o-ring occasionally.

TO PREVENT THE 3310 FLASHLIGHT COMING
ON ACCIDENTALLY WHEN THE FLASHLIGHT IS
STORED, REMOVE THE BATTERIES. IF THE 3310
FLASHLIGHT IS TURNED ON WHILE IT IS IN A
CONTAINER, THE FLASHLIGHT CAN OVERHEAT
AND DAMAGE THE FLASHLIGHT OR THE
MATERIAL OF THE SURROUNDING AREA.

Alkaline Batteries
» For those products with Hazardous Location
Safety Approvals for explosive environments,
please be advised that the safety approval is
only valid for the specied battery type and
manufacturers and, where applicable, brand
names that are displayed on the equipment and/
or instructions sheets that are supplied with the
ashlight. The use of other battery types may
reduce the performance of the equipment, expose
the user or others to serious injury, and will
invalidate the safety approval.
» Always read the battery manufacturer’s
recommendations for the appropriate usage of the
battery type/brand prior to using.
» When replacing the batteries, replace all the
batteries at the same time. DO NOT mix battery
brands. DO NOT mix old and new batteries.
Always insert batteries correctly with regard
to polarity (+ and -) marked on the battery and
equipment.
» DO NOT change batteries in a hazardous location.
» DO NOT use batteries beyond their expiration date.
» Remove batteries from equipment if it is not to be
used for an extended period of time.
Battery Recycling
ALWAYS dispose of batteries properly at an approved
battery recycling center. Failure to do so may be a
crime and can lead to the release of harmful toxic
materials. Pelican has partnered with Call 2 Recycle in
the US and Canada to dispose of recyclable batteries.

Sacar El Aislante Mylar®
Antes De Usar El Producto
1. Comprobar que la tapa trasera está desbloqueada.
2. Girar la tapa trasera hacia la izquierda hasta que
haga tope y separarla de la linterna.
3. Sacar el aislante Mylar®.
4. Volver a colocar la tapa trasera girándola hacia la
derecha hasta encajarla de nuevo.
Para más seguridad, bloquear la tapa trasera con el
gancho de la correa.

Pelican réparera ou remplacera tout produit défectueux, à sa

Avant de retourner un produit, l’acheteur doit obtenir un numéro
d’autorisation de retour auprès du service après-vente de
Pelican, et prendre à sa charge tous les frais de transport. Dans
le cas où Pelican considérerait qu’un produit retourné n’est
pas défectueux, selon les conditions de la présente garantie,
l’acheteur devra rembourser Pelican de tous les frais de
manipulation, de transport et de réparation, aux tarifs de Pelican
en vigueur.
Toute demande de prise en charge sous garantie, de quelque
nature qu’elle soit, sera refusée si le produit a été modié,
endommagé, s’il a subi des transformations physiques quelles
qu’elles soient, s’il a été sujet à un traitement abusif, une

Para Operar
Alta potencia > Baja potencia > Intermitente >
Apagado
1. Pulsar hasta el fondo el interruptor para encender
la linterna en modo de alta potencia (modo por
defecto).
2. Para pasar al modo de baja potencia, pulsar
ligeramente el interruptor. Para ir a modo
intermitente, pulsar dos veces.
3. Para apagar la linterna, pulsar hasta el fondo el
interruptor.
Sustitución De Las Pilas
1. Seguir los mismos pasos para abrir el
compartimento de las pilas.
2. Cambiar TODAS las pilas por unas nuevas de tipo
AA respetando la polaridad.
3. Volver a colocar la tapa trasera girándola hacia la
derecha hasta encajarla de nuevo.
4. Para más seguridad, bloquear la tapa trasera con
el gancho de la correa.
Cuidado General Y Mantenimiento
1. Limpie las juntas tóricas con un trapo suave y
limpio para asegurarse de que en la zona de cierre
no queda suciedad que pueda estropear las juntas.
2. Aplique una capa na de grasa de silicona
transparente en la junta tórica ocasionalmente.

Baterías Alcalinas
» Para aquellos productos con aprobaciones
de seguridad para ubicaciones peligrosas en

tipos de baterías y fabricantes especicados
y, cuando corresponda, para las marcas que
se muestran en el equipo o en las hojas de
instrucciones provistas con la linterna. Usar otros
tipos de baterías puede reducir el rendimiento
del equipo, exponer al usuario u otras personas
a lesiones graves e invalidar la aprobación de
seguridad.
» Siempre lea las recomendaciones del fabricante
de la batería sobre el uso apropiado del tipo o
marca de la batería antes de usarla.
» Cuando reemplace baterías, reemplácelas
todas al mismo tiempo. NO MEZCLE marcas de
baterías. NO MEZCLE baterías nuevas y viejas.

MANUEL D’INSTRUCTIONS
Cette lampe de poche compact produit un faisceau de
lumière ultra lumineuse à l’aide d’une LED alimentée
par trois (3) 1,5 V piles alcalines AA. La lampe de
poche Pelican™ 3310 est conçu pour une utilisation
facile avec une seule main. Le corps de la torche
3310 est faite d’un alliage de polymère à impact élevé
photoluminescent pour la construction plus durable. La
lampe de poche 3310 est résistant à l’eau.
Enlever L’isolant En
Mylar®Avant Toute Utilisation
1. S’assurer que le verrouillage du bouchon arrière
est en position déverrouillée.
2. Tourner le bouchon arrière dans le sens antihoraire
jusqu’à la butée, puis extraire le bouchon arrière
du corps.
3. Enlever et éliminer l’isolant en Mylar®.
4. Remettre le bouchon arrière, le tourner dans le
sens horaire jusqu’à ce qu’il soit aligné avec le
corps.
Pour plus de sécurité, mettre le verrouillage du
bouchon arrière en position verrouillée avec le cordon.
Mode D’emploi
Haut > Bas > Clignotant > Éteint
1. Enfoncer complètement l’interrupteur pour allumer.
La lampe est réglée par défaut sur le mode Haut.
2. Une fois en mode Haut, appuyer partiellement sur
l’interrupteur, une fois pour le mode Bas, deux fois
pour le mode Clignotant.
3. Pour éteindre, enfoncer complètement
l’interrupteur, quel que soit le mode activé.
Remplacement Des Piles
1. Enlever de nouveau le couvercle du compartiment
des piles.
2. Remplacer TOUTES les piles par des piles neuves
AA, en respectant la polarité.
3. Remettre le bouchon arrière, le tourner dans le
sens horaire jusqu’à ce qu’il soit aligné avec le
corps.
4. Pour plus de sécurité, mettre le verrouillage du
bouchon arrière en position verrouillée avec le
cordon.
Entretien Général Et Maintenance
1. Nettoyez les joints toriques à l’aide d’un chiffon
doux et propre pour vérier que les parties de
fermeture ne contiennent pas de poussière qui
pourrait abîmer le joint torique.
2. Appliquez une légère couche de graisse silicone
clair sur le joint torique à l’occasion.

Piles Alcalines
» Pour ces produits soumis aux Approbations de
sécurité des emplacements dangereux pour les
environnements explosifs, veuillez noter que
l’approbation de sécurité est valide uniquement
pour le type de pile et les fabricants spéciés,
et le cas échéant, les noms de marque afchés
sur l’équipement et/ou les ches d’instructions
fournies avec la lampe torche. L’utilisation d’autres
types de piles peut réduire les performances de
l’équipement, exposer l’utilisateur ou d’autres
personnes à des blessures graves et invalidera
l’approbation de sécurité.
» Lisez toujours les recommandations du fabricant
de la pile pour connaître l’utilisation appropriée du
type/de la marque de la pile avant utilisation.
» Lors du remplacement des piles, remplacez toutes
les piles au même moment. ÉVITEZ de mélanger
différentes marques de piles. ÉVITEZ de mélanger
d’anciennes piles avec des piles neuves. Insérez
toujours les piles correctement en observant la

INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, THE IMPLIED
WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS
FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE; (B) ALL OTHER IMPLIED
WARRANTIES AND ANY LIABILITY NOT BASED UPON

comparable limited edition product is available at the time of a

THE SOLE AND EXCLUSIVE REMEDY OF THE PURCHASER.
To make a warranty claim, the purchaser must complete the
warranty claim form at pelican.com/claim. Any warranty claims
shall be made by the purchaser as soon as practicable. The
purchaser must obtain a return authorization number from
Pelican Customer Service prior to returning any product, and is
responsible for paying for all warranty freight costs. If Pelican
determines that any returned product is not defective, within the
terms of this warranty, the purchaser shall pay Pelican all costs of
handling, return freight and repairs at Pelican’s prevailing rates.
All warranty claims of any nature are barred if the product has
been altered, damaged or in any way physically changed, or
subjected to abuse, misuse, negligence or accident.
Some states and countries do not allow limitations on how
long an implied warranty lasts or the exclusion or limitation of
incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation or
exclusion may not apply to you. This warranty gives you specic
legal rights, and you may have other rights which vary from
state to state and country to country.
In Australia: The benets provided to you under this warranty
are in addition to your rights and remedies as a consumer
under the Australian Consumer Law as contained in the
Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth) (“the Act”). Nothing
in this warranty limits the rights or obligations of a party under
the Act in relation to the supply to consumers of goods which
cannot be limited, modied or excluded. If applicable, our goods
come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Act.
Consumers are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major
failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable
loss or damage. Consumers are also entitled to have the
goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable
quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure. If
you are not a consumer under the Act, then your rights may be

as practicable. To expedite claims, the purchaser should obtain

warranty or the Act, the purchaser may pay Pelican all costs of
handling, return freight and repairs at Pelican’s prevailing rates.
In the event that Pelican determines that any returned product
is defective, within the terms of this warranty or the Act, Pelican
shall pay the purchaser all reasonable costs of the purchaser in
making a claim under this warranty.
Lifetime warranty does not cover Remote Area Lighting System
products.
