INSTRUCTION MANUAL
The Pelican™ 2610 HeadsUp Lite™ headlamp is designed
to provide hours of light for both close-up and distance
operation.
Battery Installation
1. Peel off the rubber door at the rear of
the headlamp.
2. Install the three (3) AAA cell batteries
as per the icons in the housing.
3. Replace the rubber door.
Operation
1. Press the button once for one LED to illuminate.
2. Press the button again for three LEDs to illuminate.
3. Press the button again to turn off the headlamp.
Headband Adjustment
The headband can be adjusted to suit by sliding the
adjusters to tighten or loosen the strap.

Battery Recycling
ALWAYS dispose of batteries properly at an approved
battery recycling center. Failure to do so may be a crime and
can lead to the release of harmful toxic materials. Pelican
has partnered with Call 2 Recycle in the US and Canada to

El modelo 2610 de Pelican™, la linterna para cabeza
HeadsUp de haz de LED (Diodo Emisor de Luz), se diseñó
para operar de cerca.
Instalacion De Las Pilas
1. Remueva la tapa de caucho que
hay detrás dela linterna.
2. Instale las tres pilas tipo AAA
según los íconos del bastidor.
3. Vuelva a poner la tapa.
Funcionamiento
1. Oprima el botón una vez para que se ilumine un LED.
2. Oprima el botón otra vez para que se iluminen los tres
LED.
3. Oprima el botón otra vez para apagarla.
Ajuste De La Cinta Para La Cabeza
La cinta para la cabeza se puede ajustar cual se desee al
correr el ajustador a n de apretar o aojar la correa.
ADVERTENCIA: NO ENCENDER LA LINTERNA EN
ZONAS PELIGROSAS.
Pelican reparará o sustituirá los productos defectuosos a su entera
discreción. Algunos productos están disponibles durante un tiempo

Baterías Alcalinas
» Para aquellos productos con aprobaciones de seguridad

especicados y, cuando corresponda, para las marcas
que se muestran en el equipo o en las hojas de
instrucciones provistas con la linterna. Usar otros tipos
de baterías puede reducir el rendimiento del equipo,
exponer al usuario u otras personas a lesiones graves e
invalidar la aprobación de seguridad.
» Siempre lea las recomendaciones del fabricante de la
batería sobre el uso apropiado del tipo o marca de la
batería antes de usarla.
» Cuando reemplace baterías, reemplácelas todas al
mismo tiempo. NO MEZCLE marcas de baterías. NO
MEZCLE baterías nuevas y viejas. Inserte siempre las
baterías correctamente con respecto a la polaridad (+ y
-) marcada en la batería y el equipo.

headlamps for a lifetime against breakage or defects in workmanship.
This guarantee does not cover the lamp or batteries.
TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW: (A) THIS WARRANTY IS IN
LIEU OF ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING,
BUT NOT LIMITED TO, THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF
MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE;
(B) ALL OTHER IMPLIED WARRANTIES AND ANY LIABILITY NOT
BASED UPON CONTRACT ARE HEREBY DISCLAIMED AND
EXCLUDED; AND (C) IN NO EVENT SHALL PELICAN BE LIABLE

Le modèle HeadsUp 2610 à diode électroluminescente de

Installation Des Piles
1. Enlevez l’adhésif du couvercle en
caoutchouc au dos de la lampe.
2. Placez les trois piles de type AAA
comme indiqué par les icônes sur

by the purchaser as soon as practicable. The purchaser must obtain
a return authorization number from Pelican Customer Service prior to
returning any product, and is responsible for paying for all warranty
freight costs. If Pelican determines that any returned product is not
defective, within the terms of this warranty, the purchaser shall pay
Pelican all costs of handling, return freight and repairs at Pelican’s
prevailing rates.
All warranty claims of any nature are barred if the product has been
altered, damaged or in any way physically changed, or subjected to
abuse, misuse, negligence or accident.
Some states and countries do not allow limitations on how long an
implied warranty lasts or the exclusion or limitation of incidental or
consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not
apply to you. This warranty gives you specic legal rights, and you may
have other rights which vary from state to state and country to country.
In Australia: The benets provided to you under this warranty are
in addition to your rights and remedies as a consumer under the
Australian Consumer Law as contained in the Competition and
Consumer Act 2010 (Cth) (“the Act”). Nothing in this warranty limits
the rights or obligations of a party under the Act in relation to the
supply to consumers of goods which cannot be limited, modied or
excluded. If applicable, our goods come with guarantees that cannot
be excluded under the Act. Consumers are entitled to a replacement or
refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably
foreseeable loss or damage. Consumers are also entitled to have the
goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality
and the failure does not amount to a major failure. If you are not a
consumer under the Act, then your rights may be limited. To make a
