Danger
- Do not immerse, place or store the charger over or near water. Do
not reach for a charger that has fallen into water. Unplug immediately.
After cleaning, make sure the charger is completely dry before you
connect it to the mains.
Warning
- The mains cord cannot be replaced. If the mains cord is damaged,
discard the charger. Always have the charger replaced with one of the
original type in order to avoid a hazard.
- Discontinue use if this product appears damaged in any way (brush
head, charger, toothbrush handle). Cord, plugs and batteries cannot
be replaced. This appliance contains no user-serviceable parts.
- Do not use the charger outdoors or near heated surfaces.
- This appliance is not intended for use by children or persons with
reduced physical, sensory or mental capabilities, or lack of experience
and knowledge, unless supervised or instructed in use by a person
responsible for their safety.
- Children should be supervised to ensure that they do not play with
the appliance.

Getting started
Attaching the brush head
1 Align the front of the brush head with the front of the toothbrush
handle.
2 Push the brush head onto the metal shaft. (Fig. 2)
Note:When the brush head is attached, it is normal that there is a small gap
between the brush head and the handle.
Charging the Sonicare
1 Put the plug of the charger in the wall socket.
2 Place the handle on the charger.
Note:To keep the batteries fully charged at all times, you may keep your
toothbrush on the charger when not in use. It takes approximately 30 hours
to fully charge the batteries.When the toothbrush is used in clinical studies,
the handle should be fully charged.
Using the Sonicare
1 Wet the bristles of the toothbrush and apply a small amount of
toothpaste (Fig. 3).
2 To avoid splattering, place the brush head in your mouth before
switching the toothbrush on.
3 Press the power on/off button to switch on the toothbrush

4 Brush like you normally would do. (Fig. 4)
Note:To achieve optimal results, thoroughly brush your entire mouth. Brush
the outside, the inside and chewing surfaces of your teeth, as well as your
gums.
5 Apply light pressure to maximise the toothbrush’s effectiveness. Do
not press too hard.
6 The toothbrush will automatically turn off after two minutes.
7 You may also brush your tongue, with the toothbrush turned on or
off, as you prefer.
The toothbrush is safe to use on:
- Braces (brush heads wear out sooner when used on braces)
- Dental restorations (llings, crowns, veneers)
Notes
- Consult your dentist if you have had oral surgery in the previous 2
months, if excessive bleeding occurs right after using this appliance or
if bleeding continues to occur after 1 week of use.
- This appliance has only been designed for cleaning teeth, gums and
tongue. Do not use it for any other purpose. Stop using the appliance
and contact your doctor if you experience any discomfort or pain.
- The toothbrush is a personal care device and is not intended for use
on multiple patients in a dental practice or institution.
Features
2 minute-timer
- After 2 minutes, the timer automatically switches off the toothbrush.
Cleaning
Do not clean brush heads, the handle or the charger in the dishwasher.
1 Rinse the brush head and bristles after each use. Let the brush
head air-dry only (Fig. 3).

2 Remove the brush head from the handle and rinse the brush head
connection at least once a week with warm water. (Fig. 5)
3 Periodically wipe the surface of the handle with a damp cloth and
mild soap (Fig. 6).
4 Unplug the charger and periodically wipe its surface with a damp
cloth.
Note: If your toothpaste contains peroxide, baking soda or other bicarbonate
(common in whitening toothpastes), thoroughly clean the brush head and the
handle with soap and water after each use. Otherwise the plastic may crack.
Storage
If you are not going to use the toothbrush for a long time (a month or
longer), unplug the charger, clean the appliance and store it in a cool and
dry place away from direct sunlight.
Replacement
Brush head
- Replace Sonicare brush heads every 3 months to achieve optimal
results.
- Do not use a brush head with crushed or bent bristles. Replace the
brush head every 3 months or sooner if signs of wear appear.
- Use only Philips Sonicare brush heads.
Note: Use of Sonicare for Kids brush heads are not recommended with this
toothbrush.
Environment
- Do not throw away the appliance with the normal household waste
at the end of its life, but hand it in at an ofcial collection point for
recycling. By doing this, you help to preserve the environment (Fig. 7).

- The built-in rechargeable batteries contain substances that may
pollute the environment. Always remove the batteries before you
discard and hand in the appliance at an ofcial collection point.
Dispose of the batteries at an ofcial collection point for batteries. If
you have trouble removing the batteries, you can also take the
appliance to a Philips service centre. The staff of this centre will
remove the batteries for you and will dispose of them in an
environmentally safe way (Fig. 8).
Removing the rechargeable batteries
1 To deplete the rechargeable batteries of any charge, remove the
handle from the charger, switch on the toothbrush and
let it operate until it stops. Repeat this step until you can no longer
switch on the toothbrush.
2 Insertaat-head(standard)screwdriverintotheslotlocatedat
the bottom of the handle.Turn the screwdriver anti-clockwise to
release the bottom cap (Fig. 9).
3 Hold the handle upside down and push down on the shaft to
release the internal components of the handle (Fig. 10).
4 Cut the wires to disconnect the batteries from the housing.
5 Placeaat-head(standard)screwdriverontoeachofthethree
snaps and tap with a hammer to break the snaps. (Fig. 11)
6 Separate the bottom cap from the housing and remove the
rechargeable batteries.
7 The rechargeable batteries can now be recycled and the rest of the
appliance discarded appropriately.

Persiapan awal
Memasang kepala sikat

Catatan: Saat kepala sikat terpasang, sedikit celah antara kepala sikat dan
gagang adalah hal yang normal.
Mengisi daya Sonicare
1 Masukkan colokan pengisi daya ke stopkontak dinding.
2 Pasang gagang ke pengisi daya.
Catatan:Agar baterai tetap terisi penuh,Anda dapat memasang sikat gigi
pada pengisi daya saat tidak digunakan. Mengisi daya baterai hingga penuh
memerlukan waktu sekitar 30 jam. Saat sikat gigi digunakan dalam studi
klinis, gagangnya harus terisi daya penuh.
Menggunakan Sonicare
1 Basahi bulu sikat gigi dan beri sedikit pasta gigi (Gbr. 3).
2 Agar tidak tumpah, masukkan kepala sikat ke dalam mulut sebelum
menghidupkan sikat gigi.
3 Tekan tombol on/off untuk menghidupkan sikat gigi

Catatan: Untuk hasil optimal, sikat seluruh bagian mulut Anda. Sikat bagian
luar, dalam dan permukaan atas gigi Anda, serta gusi Anda.
5 Tekan sedikit untuk memaksimalkan kerja sikat gigi. Jangan tekan
terlalu keras.
6 Sikat gigi akan otomatis mati setelah dua menit.
7 Anda juga bisa menyikat lidah Anda saat sikat gigi dalam keadaan
hidup atau mati, sesuai keinginan Anda.
Sikat gigi aman digunakan pada:
- Kawat gigi (kepala sikat lebih cepat rusak bila digunakan pada kawat
gigi)
- Restorasi gigi (tambalan, mahkota, veneer)
Catatan
- Konsultasilah pada dokter gigi jika Anda baru mengalami operasi
mulut dalam 2 bulan terakhir, jika timbul pendarahan berlebihan
setelah menggunakan alat atau jika pendarahan berlanjut setelah 1
minggu penggunaan.
- Alat ini hanya dirancang untuk membersihkan gigi, gusi dan lidah.
Jangan gunakan untuk keperluan lain. Hentikan penggunaan alat dan
hubungi dokter Anda jika mengalami rasa tidak nyaman atau sakit.
- Sikat gigi adalah perangkat perawatan pribadi dan bukan untuk
digunakan oleh beberapa orang pasien pada praktik atau institusi gigi.
Fitur
Timer 2 menit
- Setelah 2 menit, timer secara otomatis mematikan sikat gigi.
Membersihkan
Jangan membersihkan kepala sikat, gagang atau pengisi daya dalam mesin
pencuci piring.
1 Bilas kepala sikat dan bulu sikat setelah setiap penggunaan. Biarkan
kepala penyikat kering dengan sendirinya (Gbr. 3).

2 Lepaskan kepala sikat dari gagang dan bilas sambungan kepala
penyikat dengan air hangat setidaknya seminggu sekali. (Gbr. 5)
3 Secara teratur, seka permukaan gagang dengan kain lembap dan
sabun lembut (Gbr. 6).
4 Cabut colokan pengisi daya dan secara teratur seka permukaannya
dengan kain lembap.
Catatan: Jika pasta gigi mengandung peroksida, baking soda atau bikarbonat
lainnya (umumnya terdapat dalam pasta gigi pemutih), bersihkan kepala
sikat dan gagang secara menyeluruh dengan air dan sabun setelah setiap
penggunaan. Jika tidak, plastiknya bisa retak.
Penyimpanan
Jika Anda tidak akan menggunakan sikat gigi untuk waktu yang lama (satu
bulan atau lebih), cabut colokan pengisi daya, bersihkan alat dan simpan
di tempat yang sejuk dan jauh dari sinar matahari langsung.
Penggantian
Kepala sikat
- Ganti kepala sikat Sonicare setiap 3 bulan untuk memperoleh hasil
yang optimal.
- Jangan gunakan kepala sikat dengan bulu sikat yang hancur atau
bengkok. Ganti kepala sikat setiap 3 bulan atau kurang jika ada tanda
keausan.
- Gunakan hanya kepala sikat Philips Sonicare.
Catatan: Penggunaan kepala sikat Sonicare untuk Anak tidak disarankan
untuk sikat gigi ini.
Lingkungan
- Jangan membuang alat bersama limbah rumah tangga biasa jika alat
sudah tidak dapat dipakai lagi, tetapi serahkan ke tempat pengumpulan
barang bekas yang resmi untuk didaur ulang. Dengan melakukan hal
ini, Anda ikut membantu melestarikan lingkungan (Gbr. 7).

- Baterai isi-ulang yang terpasang mengandung bahan yang dapat
mencemari lingkungan. Selalu keluarkan baterai sebelum membuang
alat atau serahkan alat ke tempat pengumpulan resmi. Buang baterai
di tempat pengumpulan resmi untuk baterai. Jika Anda kesulitan

Melepas baterai isi-ulang

sikat gigi.
2 Masukkan obeng datar (standar) ke dalam slot di bagian bawah
gagang. Putar obeng berlawanan arah jarum jam untuk melepaskan
tutup bawah (Gbr. 9).
3 Pegang gagang secara terbalik dan tekan poros ke bawah untuk
melepaskan komponen internal gagang (Gbr. 10).
4 Gunting kabel untuk melepaskan baterai dari rangka.
5 Pasang obeng datar (standar) ke masing-masing dari tiga pengunci
dan ketuk dengan palu untuk membuka pengunci. (Gbr. 11)
6 Pisahkan tutup bawah dari rangka dan lepaskan baterai isi-ulang.
7 Baterai isi-ulang kini bisa didaur ulang dan bagian alat lainnya bisa
dibuang dengan cara yang sesuai.

칫솔모 부착 방법

소닉케어 충전

소닉케어 사용 방법
1 칫솔모를물로적신후소량의치약을바르십시오(그림3).
2 칫솔모를입안에넣은상태에서전원을켜면치약이튀지않
습니다.
3전원버튼을눌러소닉케어를켜십시오.
4 평상시대로이를닦으십시오.(그림4)
참고:최적의결과를얻으려면입안전체를완벽히닦으십시오.
어금니와잇몸안쪽및바깥쪽을모두닦으십시오.
5 소닉케어를효과적으로사용하려면칫솔모로약하게문지르
십시오.너무세게문지르지마십시오.
6 칫솔은2분후에자동으로꺼집니다.
7 혀를닦을때는칫솔을켜거나끈상태중선호하시는방법을

-2분이 지나면 타이머 기능이 자동으로 작동을 멈춥니다.
청소
칫솔모,핸들또는충전기를식기세척기로세척하지마십시오.
1 매번사용후에브러시헤드및칫솔모를물로헹구십시오.
브러시헤드는자연건조하십시오(그림3).
2 핸들에서칫솔모를제거하고매주1회칫솔모와핸들사이연

보관
장기간(한 달 이상) 칫솔을 사용하지 않을 경우, 충전기의 전원
코드를 뽑은 다음 제품을 청소하고 직사광선이 없는 건냉한 장소
에 보관하십시오.
교체
칫솔모
-최적의 결과를 얻으려면 3개월에 한 번씩 소닉케어 칫솔모로
교체하십시오.
-눕거나 휘어진 칫솔모는 사용을 중단하십시오. 마모 증상이 나타나면
