2.To activate pairing mode press and hold the multi function button S1until the
LED starts flashing red and green alternately. The HS will remain in pairing
mode for 4 minutes, to resume pairing after 4 minutes repeat the steps
above.
3.Follow the operating instructions for your mobile phone to start the pairing
process.Typically this involves accessing a menu called “Setup”, “Bluetooth”
or “Connectivity”and selecting the option to discover or search for Bluetooth
devices.After several seconds search time your phone should indicate that
it has found the“Philips SHB1300/61”
4.Upon selecting the headset on your mobile phone typically you will need to
confirm the pairing and enter a passkey or PIN. Please enter the headsets
PIN “0000” (4zeros).
The headset LED will flash green every 3 seconds, indicating successful pairing.
If your phone asks whether you want to change the headsets name, you may
confirm the “Philips SHB1300/61” name or change it. You are now ready to talk!
If pairing does not occur as expected turn the headset and phone off and wait for
10 seconds.Turn the headset and phone on again and repeat Steps 1-4.
Turn your headset on
While the headset (HS) is turned off, press and hold the multi function button
until a green LED signal for 1 second and a low tone followed by a high tone
will indicate that the HS is powered up. Once the HS is powered up a green
LED will flash every 3 seconds.
Turn your headset off
While the HS is powered up, press and hold the multi function button S1 for 3
seconds. A high tone followed by a low tone will indicate that the HS is
powered down. The LED indicator will remain red until S1 is released.
Connecting your Bluetooth headset
Pairing needs to be done only once for the initial setup. After the initial pairing
follow these simple steps to connect your Bluetooth headset to your mobile
phone:
● Make sure Bluetooth is enabled on your mobile phone.
● Turn on the headset
After a few seconds the connection between your headset and mobile phone will be
established. If prompted by your mobile phone whether to accept the connection
with the headset please confirm in order to establish the Bluetooth link.You are now
ready to talk!

With the Philips SHB1300/61 you can enjoy convenient hands-free communication
with your Bluetooth enabled phone. This instruction manual will help you to get
started quickly and achieve the best performance from your headset.
Getting started
Charging your headset
Before you use your headset for the first time charge
the battery for 6 hours for optimum battery capacity
and lifetime.
Use only the original charger (5V) for charging the
headset. Using another charger may damage or
destroy your headset!
Plug the AC adapter into the power outlet and
connect the charger cable to the headsets DC socket.
During recharging the LED indicator will show a
steady red light. Charging is completed once the LED
will switch off. Typically a full charge will take 3 hours.
The headset LED will flash red instead of green when
the battery is low and you will hear a short beep every
few minutes. Finish your call before re-charging as
connecting the charger to the headset will put your
headset in charging mode and could cut an ongoing
the call. Once the battery has run out of power you
cannot power the headset on unless the charger is
connected.
Pair your headset to your mobile phone
Your Bluetooth headset must be paired to your mobile
phone before using it for the first time with your phone.
“ Pairing ” will establish a unique encrypted link
between your mobile phone and your headset.
1.Make sure the headset (HS) is turned off, charged
and d isconnected from the charging cable before
you s tart pairing.

Wearing options
The Bluetooth headset can be attached to your garm-
ent with the metal clip or be worn around the neck.
To change from clip on style to necklace style, attach
the neck strap in three steps:
1. Attach the Y - connector (S6) to the earplug cable
close t o B l u e tooth device.
2. Attach the slider (S5) to the earplug cable beneath
the c l i p ( S 4 ) .
3. Fix the slider position by attaching the clip (S4) to
the e a r p l u g c able.
You can detach the neck strap from the earplug cable
at any time .
Redialing the last dialed number(Available if supported by your mobile phone)
To redial the last dialed number, press and hold the volume down key S3 for 2
seconds. A short low tone will indicate an attempt to redial.
Rejecting incoming calls (Available if supported by your mobile phone)
To reject an incoming call, press the multi function button S1 and hold it until you
hear a long beep tone, then release it.
Adjusting speaker volume
During a call:
● Press and release S2 to increase the speaker volume and
● Press and release S3 to decrease the speaker volume.
A key tone will indicate any increase or decrease of the volume. A higher pitch
signal tone will alert you when the volume level reaches its maximum or minimum.

Answering incoming calls
The HS will ring when a call comes in. Press the multi function button S1 to
answer the call The green LED will flash fast (once a second) while the call is
in progress.
Transferring calls (Available if supported by your mobile phone)
During your call,calls can be transferred from the Bluetooth phone to the HS and
from the HS to the Bluetooth phone.
To transfer a call from HS to the Bluetooth phone, please follow the operating
instructions of your phone.
To transfer a call from the Bluetooth phone to the HS: press S1 once; the call will
be transferred to the HS.
Muting the microphone
To mute the microphone during an active call:
●Press the volume control buttons S2 and S3 simultaneously for about a second.
A periodic beep tone will be heard while the mute function is active.
To end the mute function:
●Press the volume control buttons S2 and S3 simultaneously.The periodic beep
tone will stop.
Ending calls
Press S1 to end an ongoing call.After the call is disconnected,the green LED will
flash once every three seconds.
Voice dialing (Available if supported by your mobile phone)
1. Make sure the voice dialing function is properly set up in your mobile phone.
2. Press the multi function button S1 on the HS shortly.
3. After hearing the voice dial signal (four tones -low to high pitch), say the name
of the person as recorded in your mobile phone. The call will be connected
within a few s econds.

Troubleshooting
To adjust the neckband in size:
● Open the clip (S4)
● Move the slider(S5)up or downward on the earplug
cable
● Fix your preferred length with the clip (S4)
For optimal wearing comfort choose one of the three
included rubber ear caps that best fits your ear and
place it on the earplug.

프리 통신을 즐기실 수 있습니다. 본 설명서는 사용자가 헤드셋 사용 방법을
빨리 익히고 헤드셋이 최고 성능을 발휘하게 하는 데 도움을 줄 것입니다.
일반 사용 방법
헤드셋 충전
최적의 배터리 용량과 수명을 위해 헤드셋을 처음
사용하기 전에 6시간 동안 배터리를 충전하십시오.
헤드셋 충전 시 제공된 충전기(5V)만 사용하십시
오. 다른 충전기를 사용하면 헤드셋이 손상되거나
망가질 수 있습니다!
AC어댑터 플러그를 전원 콘센트에 연결하고 충전
기 케이블을 헤드셋 DC 소켓에 연결합니다. 충전
하는 동안 LED표시등에 적색이 켜져 있습니다.충
전이 완료되면 LED가 꺼집니다. 일반적으로 완전
히 충전하는 데 3시간 정도 걸립니다.
배터리 전원이 약하면 헤드셋 LED에 녹색 대신 적
색이 깜박이고 몇 분마다 짧은 경고음이 들립니다.
헤드셋에 충전기를 연결해두면 헤드셋이 충전 모
드 상태가 되어 통화가 중단될 수 있으므로 충전하

휴대폰에 헤드셋 등록하기
처음으로 사용하기 전에 Bluetooth 헤드셋을 반드
시 휴대폰에 등록해야 합니다.“ 등록”하면 휴대폰과
헤드셋 간에 암호화된 고유 링크가 생깁니다.
1.등록을 시작하기 전에 HS의 전원이 꺼져 있고 충전이 완료되 었으며 충전
용 케이블에서 분리되어 있는지 확인합니다.
2.등록 모드를 활성화하려면 LED에 적색과 녹색이 교대로 깜박이기 시작할
때까지 다기능 버튼 S1을 4초간 누릅니다. HS는 4분간 등록 모드를 유지
하고 4분 후에 다시 등록하려면 위 단계를 반복합니다.
3.휴대폰의 사용 설명서 지침에 따라 등록 절차를 시작합니다. 일반적으로
“설정”, “Bluetooth” 또는 “연결”이라는 메뉴에 액세스하고 Bluetooth 장치
를 탐색 또는 검색하는 옵션을 선택하는 것이 등록 절차입니다. 몇 초간 검
색한 후에 “Philips SHB1300 ”을 찾았다는 표시가 휴대폰에 나타납니다.
4.휴대폰에 맞는 헤드셋을 선택하고 나면 일반적으로 등록을 확인하고 등록
키 또는 PIN을 입력해야 합니다. 헤드셋 PIN “0000”(영 4개)을 입력합니다.
헤드셋 LED에서 3 초마다 녹색이 깜박이며 이는 등록이 완료되었음을 나타

헤드셋 전원 켜기
헤드셋(HS)의 전원이 꺼져 있는 상태에서 녹색 LED가 1초간 켜지고 저음이
들린 후에 고음이 들릴 때까지 다기능 버튼을 누르면 HS의 전원이 켜집니다.
HS의 전원이 켜지면 녹색 LED가 3초마다 깜박입니다.
헤드셋 전원 끄기
HS의 전원이 켜진 상태에서 S1을 3초간 누릅니다. 고음이 들린 후에 저음이
들리면 HS의 전원이 꺼졌음을 의미합니다. S1에서 손을 뗄 때까지 LED 표
시등에는 적색이 켜져 있습니다.
Bluetooth 헤드셋 연결
등록은 초기 설정 시 한 번만 해야 합니다. 초기 설정 시 등록한 후에는 아래
단계에 따라 Bluetooth 헤드셋을 휴대폰에 연결합니다:
● 휴대폰에서 Bluetooth 기능을 사용할 수 있는지 확인합니다.
● 헤드셋의 전원을 켭니다.
몇 초 후에 헤드셋과 휴대폰이 연결됩니다. 휴대폰에서 헤드셋과의 연결에
동의하는지 여부를 묻는 메시지가 나타나면 Bluetooth 링크를 연결하기 위
해 메시지에 동의합니다. 이제 통화할 준비가 완료되었습니다!

헤드셋 사용 방법
전화 받기
전화가 오면 HS에서 수신음이 납니다. 다기능 버튼 S1을 눌러 전화를 받습
니다. 전화를 받고 있는 중에는 녹색 LED가 빠르게(1초에 한 번씩) 깜박입니
다.
통화 전환(휴대폰에서 해당 기능을 지원하는 경우에 한함)
제품을 사용하는 동안 Bluetooth 휴대폰에서 HS로, HS에서 Bluetooth 휴대
폰으로 통화를 전환할 수 있습니다.
HS에서 Bluetooth 휴대폰으로 통화를 전환하려면 휴대폰의 사용 설명서 지
침을 따릅니다.
Bluetooth 휴대폰에서 HS로 통화를 전환하려면: S1을 한 번 누릅니다. HS로
통화가 전환됩니다.
마이크 끄기
통화 중에 마이크를 끄려면:
● 음량 조절 버튼 S2와 S3을 약 1초간 동시에 누릅니다. 무음 기능이 활성화
되어 있는 동안에는 일정한 간격으로 삐 소리가 납니다.
무음 기능을 끝내려면:
● 음량 조절 버튼 S2와 S3을 동시에 누릅니다. 일정한 간격의 삐 소리가 멈춥
니다.
통화 종료
통화를 종료하려면 S1을 누릅니다. 전화 연결이 끊긴 후에 녹색 LED가 3초
마다 깜박입니다.
음성으로 전화 걸기
1. 음성 다이얼 기능이 휴대폰에 설정되어 있는지 확인합니다.
2. HS의 다기능 버튼 S1을 한 번 누릅니다.
3. 음성 다이얼 신호(4가지 음 낮은 음에서 높은 음까지)가 들린 후에 휴대폰
에 녹음된 사람의 이름을 말합니다. 몇 초 내에 통화가 연결됩니다.
마지막 발신 번호로 다시 걸기(휴대폰에서 해당 기능을 지원하는경
우에 한함)
마지막 발신 번호로 다시 걸려면 음량 조절 키 S2을 2초간 누릅니다. 짧고 낮
은 음은 재다이얼을 시도하고 있음을 의미합니다.

스피커 음량 조절
통화 중에:
● S2를 반복해서 눌러 스피커 음량을 높이고.
● S3을 반복해서 눌러 스피커 음량을 낮춥니다.
짧은 삐 소리는 음량이 증가 또는 감소하고 있음을 의미합니다. 높은 신호 음
은 음량이 최고 또는 최저에 도달했음을 알려 주는 것입니다.

Bluetooth 헤드셋을 금속 클립을 사용하여 옷에 부
착하거나 목걸이로 착용할 수 있습니다.
클립 스타일에서 목걸이 스타일로 변경하려면 아래
세 단계에 따라 목걸이 줄을 부착합니다.
1.Y자 커넥터(S6)를 장치에 가까운 이어플러그 케
이블에 부착합니다.
2.슬라이더(S5)를 클립(S4) 아래의 이어플러그 케
이블에 부착합니다.
3.클립(S4)을 이어플러그 케이블에 부착하여 슬라
