Read this important information carefully before you use the appliance and save it for future reference.
General Warning
- DO NOT use carbonating bottles from other brands. This can damage the machine and lead to safety risk.
- DO NOT carbonate anything other than plain water. If the water contains sugar or other compounds the
valves could malfunction and it could be dangerous to use the product.
- DO NOT add fruit slices, ice and flavor in the carbonating bottle. Add flavor only AFTER carbonation.
- DO NOT carbonate into an empty carbonating bottle.
- DO NOT move the soda maker when it is carbonating.
- DO NOT carbonate for over 5 seconds.
- Always use your soda maker in an upright position.
- Always keep the soda maker away from any source of heat or direct sunlight. Use it in the room
temperature.
- Keep the soda maker away from children. It is not recommended to be used by children under 12 years
old without adult supervision.
Carbonating bottle
- Fill the bottle with clean and cold water only up to the fill line.
- DO NOT use other bottles not specifically designed for Philips soda maker. Your Philips soda maker is
designed to use only with the Philips carbonating bottle. The use of other bottles is not recommended.
Damages resulting from the use of a bottle other than a Philips carbonating bottle are not covered by
the warranty.
- Never put the bottle in the freezer.
- Always keep the bottle clean with the cap on to avoid bacteria and bad smell.
The following only applies to plastic carbonating bottle:
- Never wash the plastic bottle in dishwashers. DO NOT wash it in hot water exceeding 40°C.
- Philips bottels are clearly marked with an expiration date.Do not use the carbonating bottle after the expiry date.
- Never use a bottle that has been deformed, discolored or scratched. Before such use,check the expiration
date on the bottle,and check for damage and deformation. Replace expired, damaged or deformed
carbonating bottles with new ones.
The following only applies to full stainless-steel carbonating bottle:

Carbon dioxide (CO2) cylinder
- Handle the cylinder properly to avoid serious personal injury.
- Carefully check the cylinder and cylinder valve for any damage before using the soda maker. If any
problems are found, do not use the cylinder and the soda maker and please contact the customer
service.
- Best before: see the date indicated on the cap or on the head sleeve, or at the bottom of the cylinder.
- Do not breathe the gas contained into the cylinder. It is forbidden to alter and/or modify the cylinder
and valve integrity.
- Remove the carbonating bottle if it is filled with water before installing the cylinder.
- It is forbidden to remove and/or handle the cylinder while the soda maker is working.
- Always keep the cylinder away from any sources of heat and direct sunlight, keep in a cool and
ventilated place. It is forbidden to expose the cylinder to temperatures higher than 50°C.
- A high concentration can cause asphyxiation (EIGA-As). It contains gas under pressure; it may explode
when heated (H280). Liquid contact may cause freezing burns.
- Do not put the cylinder into the freezer and/or into the fridge. If frozen do not use it and keep it away
from the body.
- Do not use the content for babies’ food preparation.
- Do not alter and/or modify the cylinder and the valve.
- Keep away from children.
- DO NOT attempt to puncture, throw or burn the cylinder.
- DO NOT transport the soda maker with the cylinder attached.
- The use duration of the cylinder depends on the use frequency.
3 General description

4 Before creating fun
Installing the gas cylinder
1. Place the Philips soda maker in an upright position and on a flat surface. Remove the carbonating
bottle before installing or replacing the cylinder if it is filled with water. Remove the drip tray grid and
then carefully lay the soda maker down on the side.

2. Remove seal and cap from the CO2cylinder. Carefully insert the cylinder through the hole at the
bottom. Don’t drop the cylinder into the hole. When you feel that it reaches the bottom, begin
screwing the cylinder clockwise until it is fastened. Don’t screw too hard since this might break the
threads holding the gas cylinder in place.
3. When you need to replace the gas cylinder, lay the soda maker down on the side and unscrew it
counterclockwise and then carefully pull it out of the compartment.
5 Let the fun begin
1. Fill the carbonating bottle
Rinse the carbonating bottle with cold water before you use it for the first time. Fill the carbonating
bottle with cold, clean water up to the marked filling line.
2. Attach the carbonating bottle
Screw the carbonating bottle into the carbonating bottle socket. Screw counterclockwise if viewed from
above. Don’t screw extremely hard - just make sure the carbonating bottle sits properly.
3. Carbonate the water
Press the button downwards firmly until you hear a sound from the valve. The carbonation time is
2-3 seconds for each time.
NOTE:
· NEVER continuously carbonate for over 5 seconds each time. It can lead to gas wastes or personal injury.
· You can add more carbonation to the water by repeating the carbonating process.
4. Ventilate the bottle
When hearing a buzzing sound after 3 seconds, you should release the button back to horizontal
position. Please allow the button release itself. The remaining pressure in the carbonating bottle
will be released with a puff sound. Then the sparkling water is ready. You can unscrew the carbonating
bottle and enjoy it now.
6 Cleaning
Rinse the carbonating bottle
- Rinse the carbonating bottle before the first use.
- Use clean cold water, fiber brush with a mild detergent.
- Do not use solvent, strong detergent cleaner or abrasive cleaners to clean.
NOTE:
· Never wash the plastic carbonating bottles in a dishwasher.
· The full stainless-steel carbonating bottle is dishwasher safe.

Clean the soda maker
· DO NOT use abrasive cleaners or solvent cleansers to clean.
· Wipe the drip tray to keep it dry.

Sie ihn bei Zimmertemperatur.
- Halten Sie den Soda Maker von Kindern fern. Der Soda Maker sollte von Kindern unter 12 Jahren nicht
ohne die Aufsicht einer erwachsenen Person verwendet werden.

- Befüllen Sie die Flasche nur mit frischem und kühlem Wasser; beachten Sie dabei die Fülllinie.
- VERWENDEN SIE KEINE anderen Flaschen, die nicht speziell für den Philips Soda Maker vorgesehen
sind. Ihr Philips Soda Maker eignet sich ausschließlich für die Verwendung mit der Philips Sodaflasche.
Von der Verwendung anderer Flasche wird abgeraten. Schäden, die aus der Benutzung einer anderen
als der Philips Sodaflasche resultieren, fallen nicht unter die Gewährleistung.
- Stellen Sie die Flasche niemals in den Gefrierschrank.
- Halten Sie die Flasche stets sauber, indem Sie den Deckel zuschrauben, um eine Verunreinigung durch
Bakterien bzw. Geruchsentwicklung zu vermeiden.
Nachfolgendes gilt nur für die Sprudlerflasche aus Kunststoff:
- Spülen Sie die Kunststoff�asche niemals in der Spülmaschine. Spülen Sie sie NICHT mit heißem Wasser über 40 °C.
- Die Flaschen von Philips sind eindeutig mit einem Ablaufdatum gekennzeichnet. Verwenden Sie die
Sprudlerflasche NICHT nach dem Abflaufdatum.

- Verwenden Sie keine verformte, verfärbte oder zerkratzte Flasche. Prüfen Sie das auf der Flasche angegebene
Ablaufdatum vor der Verwendung und prüfen Sie die Flasche auf Schäden und Verformungen. Ersetzen Sie
abgelaufene, beschädigte oder verformte Sprudlerflaschen durch neue.
Nachfolgendes gilt nur für die Sprudlerflasche aus Volledelstahl:
- Verwenden Sie keine verformte, verfärbte oder zerkratzte Flasche. Prüfen Sie die Flasche auf Schäden
und Verformungen. Ersetzen Sie abgelaufene, beschädigte oder verformte Sprudlerflaschen durch neue.
Kohlendioxid -(CO2)-Zylinder
- Gehen Sie mit dem Zylinder sorgsam um, um ernsthafte Personenschäden zu vermeiden.
- Überprüfen Sie sorgfältig den Zylinder sowie das Zylinderventil auf Schäden, bevor Sie den Soda
Maker benutzen. Verwenden Sie den Zylinder und den Soda Maker bitte nicht, sollten Sie Probleme
feststellen. Kontaktieren Sie in diesem Fall den Kundendienst.
- Mindestens haltbar bis: Beachten Sie das Datum auf dem Deckel, der Kopfhülse bzw. der Unterseite
des Zylinders.
- Atmen Sie den im Zylinder enthaltenen Gas nicht ein. Es ist verboten, den Zylinder und die Unversehrtheit
des Ventils zu ändern und zu modifizieren.
- Entfernen Sie die Sodaflasche, wenn diese mit Wasser befüllt ist, bevor Sie den Zylinder anbringen.
- Es ist verboten, den Zylinder zu entfernen und diesen zu bewegen, wenn der Soda Maker in Betrieb ist.
- Halten Sie den Zylinder stets fern von allen Hitzequellen bzw. von direkter Sonneneinstrahlung und
bewahren Sie diesen an einem kühlen und belüfteten Ort auf. Es ist verboten, den Zylinder
Temperaturen von über 50°C auszusetzen.
- Durch eine hohe Konzentration kann es zu Erstickung (EIGA-As) führen. Der Zylinder enthält unter Druck
stehenden Gas; dieser kann durch Erhitzen (H280) explodieren. Durch Kontakt mit der Flüssigkeit kann
es zu Gefrierbrand kommen.
- Legen Sie den Zylinder nicht in den Gefrierschrank oder Kühlschrank. Verwenden Sie ihn nicht und halten
Sie ihn von Ihrem Körper fern, wenn dieser gefroren ist.
- Verwenden Sie den Inhalt nicht zur Zubereitung von Babynahrung.
- Ändern bzw. modifizieren Sie nicht den Zylinder bzw. das Ventil.
- Von Kindern fernhalten.
- VERSUCHEN SIE NICHT den Zylinder durchzustechen, zu werfen oder zu verbrennen.
- TRANSPORTIEREN SIE NICHT den Soda Maker mit eingeschraubtem Zylinder.
- Die Gebrauchsdauer des Zylinders ist abhängig von der Häufigkeit der Benutzung.

4 Bevor der Spaß beginnt
Einbau des Glaszylinders
1. Stellen Sie den Philips Soda Maker in einer aufrechten Position auf eine ebene Oberfläche. Entfernen
Sie die Sodaflasche vor dem Einbau bzw. Auswechseln des Zylinders, wenn diese mit Wasser befüllt
ist. Entfernen Sie die Tropfschale und legen Sie den Soda Maker dann vorsichtig auf die Seite.
2. Entfernen Sie die Dichtung und den Deckel vom CO2-Zylinder. Führen Sie den Zylinder vorsichtig
durch die untere Öffnung ein. Lassen Sie den Zylinder nicht in die Öffnung fallen. Beginnen Sie den
Zylinder in Uhrzeigerrichtung einzuschrauben, sobald Sie spüren, dass der Zylinder den unteren Teil
erreicht. Ziehen Sie den Zylinder nicht zu fest, weil dadurch die Gewinde, die den Zylinder halten,
beschädigt werden könnten.
3. Legen Sie den Soda Maker auf die Seite, wenn Sie den Gaszylinder auswechseln müssen. Schrauben
Sie diesen gegen den Uhrzeigersinn heraus und ziehen diesen dann vorsichtig aus dem Fach.
5 Jetzt kann der Spaß losgehen
1. Befüllen der Sodaflasche
Spülen Sie die Sodaflasche mit kaltem Wasser ab, bevor Sie diese das erste Mal benutzen. Befüllen Sie
die Sodaflasche mit kaltem, sauberem Wasser bis zur Fülllinie.
2. Befestigung der Sodaflasche
Schrauben Sie die Sodaflasche in die Halterung der Sodaflasche. Schrauben Sie die Flasche von oben
drauf blickend gegen den Uhrzeigersinn. Schrauben Sie die Flasche nicht zu fest ein, nur so weit, dass
die Sodaflasche richtig sitzt.
3. Wasser mit Kohlensäure versetzen
Drücken Sie den Knopf fest nach unten, bis Sie ein Geräusch am Ventil hören. Jeder Vorgang dauert
2-3 Sekunden.
HINWEIS:
· Der Vorgang darf NIEMALS länger als 5 Sekunden dauern. Das kann zu Verschwendung von Gas bzw.
Personenschäden führen.
· Sie können dem Wasser mehr Kohlensäure hinzufügen, indem Sie den Vorgang wiederholen.
4. Entlüften der Flasche
Lassen Sie den Knopf wieder in die horizontale Position, wenn Sie nach 3 Sekunden einen Summton
hören. Lassen Sie den Knopf sich selber lösen. Der restliche Druck in der Sodaflasche wird mit einem
Puffgeräusch abgelassen. Das Sprudelwasser ist nur zum Verzehr bereit. Sie können die Sodaflasche
abschrauben und sich das Wasser schmecken lassen.

6 Reinigung

- Spülen Sie die Sodaflasche vor der ersten Benutzung aus.
- Verwenden Sie sauberes, kaltes Wasser, eine Faserbürste und ein mildes Reinigungsmittel.
- Verwenden Sie kein Lösungsmittel, starkes Reinigungsmittel bzw. Scheuermittel, um die Flasche zu reinigen.
HINWEIS:
· Spülen Sie Sprudlerflaschen aus Kunststoff nie in der Spülmaschine.
Die Sprudlerflasche aus Volledelstahl ist spülmaschinenfest.
Reinigung des Soda Makers
· VERWENDEN SIE KEINE Scheuermittel oder Reiniger auf Lösungsmittelbasis, um diesen zu reinigen.
· Wischen Sie die Tropfschale ab, um diese trocken zu halten.

2 Consignes de sécurité
Veuillez attentivement lire le présent mode d’emploi avant d’utiliser l’équipement et le conserver en cas
de futur besoin.
Avertissement général
- NE PAS utiliser de bouteilles de gazéification d’une autre marque. Cela pourrait endommager la machine
et mener à un risque de sécurité.
- NE PAS gazéifier autre chose que de l’eau plate. Si l’eau contient du sucre ou un autre composant, les
valves pourraient se mettre à fonctionner de manière inadéquate, l’utilisation du produit devenant alors
dangereuse.
- NE PAS ajouter de tranches de fruit, de glace ou de saveurs dans la bouteille pour la gazéification.
Ajouter les saveurs uniquement APRÈS la gazéification.
- NE PAS gazéifier une bouteille de gazéification vide.
- NE PAS déplacer la machine à soda lors de la gazéification.
- NE PAS gazéifier plus de 5 secondes.
- Toujours utiliser sa machine à soda en position verticale.
- Toujours maintenir la machine à soda à distance de toute source de chaleur ou d’ensoleillement direct.
L’utiliser à température ambiante.
- Conserver la machine à soda hors de la portée des enfants. L’utilisation n’est pas recommandée pour
les enfants de moins de 12 ans sans la surveillance d’un adulte.

- Ne remplir la bouteille qu’avec de l’eau fraîche et claire ; remplir jusqu’à la jauge de niveau.
- NE PAS utiliser de bouteilles autres que celles spécifiquement conçues pour la machine à soda Philips.
Votre machine à soda Philips est conçue pour n’être utilisée qu’avec des bouteilles de gazéification
Philips. L’utilisation d’autres bouteilles n’est pas recommandée. Les dommages résultant de l’utilisation
de bouteilles autres que les bouteilles de gazéification Philips ne sont pas couverts par la garantie.
- Ne jamais placer une bouteille dans un congélateur.
- Toujours stocker la bouteille propre sans son bouchon en place pour éviter les bactéries et les mauvaises
odeurs.
Ce qui suit s'applique exclusivement aux bouteilles de gazéification en plastique :
- Ne lavez jamais la bouteille en plastique au lave-vaisselle. NE PAS laver dans une eau présentant une
température supérieure à 40 °C.
- Les bouteilles Philips comportent une date d'expiration clairement inscrite dessus. Ne PAS utiliser les
bouteilles de gazéification si la date d'expiration est dépassée.

- N'utilisez jamais une bouteille ayant subi une déformation ou une décoloration, ou présentant des éraflures.
Avant utilisation, vérifiez la date d'expiration sur la bouteille, et assurez-vous qu'il n'y ait ni détérioration,
ni déformation. Remplacez toute bouteille de gazéification dont la date limite d'utilisation est dépassée,
ou qui est endommagée ou déformée, par une neuve.
Ce qui suit s'applique exclusivement aux bouteilles de gazéification 100 % inox :
- N'utilisez jamais une bouteille ayant subi une déformation ou une décoloration, ou présentant des éraflures.
Avant toute utilisation, assurez-vous qu'il n'y ait ni détérioration, ni déformation. Remplacez toute bouteille
de gazéification endommagée ou déformée par une neuve.
Cylindre de dioxyde de carbone (CO2)
- Manipuler de manière adéquate le cylindre afin d’éviter de graves blessures.
- Contrôler soigneusement le cylindre et sa valve quant à l’absence de tout dommage avant d’utiliser
la machine à soda. En cas de présence d’un quelconque problème, ne pas utiliser le cylindre ni la
machine à soda et contacter le service Client.
- À utiliser de préférence avant : voir la date indiquée sur le bouchon, sur le goulot, ou sur le culot du
cylindre.
- Ne pas respirer le gaz contenu dans le cylindre. Il est interdit d’altérer ou de modifier l’intégrité du
cylindre ou de la valve.
- Retirer la bouteille de gazéification si elle est pleine d’eau avant d’installer le cylindre.
- Il est interdit de retirer et de manipuler le cylindre lorsque la machine à soda est en fonctionnement.
- Toujours conserver le cylindre à l’abri de toute source de chaleur ou d’ensoleillement direct et le
garder dans un endroit frais et ventilé. Il est interdit d’exposer le cylindre à des températures
supérieures à 50 °C.
- Une forte concentration peut provoquer une asphixie (EIGA-As). Le cylindre contient du gaz sous
pression ; il peut exploser en cas de surchauffe (H280). Le contact avec le liquide peut provoquer des
brûlures par le froid.
- Ne pas placer le cylindre au congélateur ou au réfrigérateur. En cas de congélation, ne pas l’utiliser et
l’éloigner de son corps.
- Ne pas utiliser le contenu pour les préparations alimentaires d’un nourrisson.
- Ne pas altérer ni modifier le cylindre ou la valve.
- Tenir hors de la portée des enfants.
- NE PAS tenter de percer, jeter ou brûler le cylindre.
- NE PAS transporter la machine à soda avec le cylindre en place.
- La durée d’utilisation du cylindre dépend de sa fréquence d’utilisation.

4 Avant de créer du plaisir
Installation du cylindre de gaz
1. Placer la machine à soda Philips à la verticale et sur une surface plane. Retirer la bouteille de
gazéification avant d’installer ou remplacer le cylindre si elle est remplie d’eau. Retirer la grille du bac
de récupération puis coucher soigneusement la machine à soda sur le côté.
2. Retirer la bague d’étanchéité et le capuchon du cylindre de CO2. Insérer soigneusement le cylindre
dans l’ouverture sur le dessous. Ne pas laisser tomber le cylindre dans l’ouverture. Lorsque le cylindre
a atteint l’extrémité, commencer à le visser dans le sens horaire jusqu’à ce qu’il soit fixé. Ne pas forcer
le vissage pour ne pas détruire le filetage maintenant le cylindre de gaz en place.
3. Lorsque le cylindre de gaz doit être remplacé, coucher la machine à soda sur le côté et dévisser
celui-ci dans le sens anti-horaire avant de le sortir avec précaution de son compartiment.
5 Que la fête commence
1. Remplir la bouteille de gazéification
Rincer la bouteille de gazéification à l’eau froide avant sa première utilisation. Remplir la bouteille de
gazéification avec de l’eau claire et fraiche jusqu’à la jauge de niveau.
2. Fixer la bouteille de gazéification
Visser la bouteille de gazéification dans le dispositif dédié. Visser dans le sens anti-horaire en regardant
par le dessus. N’utiliser que la force nécessaire permettant la bonne mise en place de la bouteille de
gazéification.
3. Gazéifier l’eau
Appuyer fermement sur la touche jusqu’à entendre un bruit provenant de la valve. Chaque gazéification
prend 2-3 secondes.
REMARQUE:
· NE JAMAIS gazéifier en continu plus de 5 secondes. Cela peut provoquer une perte de gaz ou une blessure.
· Il est possible de gazéifier de manière plus intense l’eau en répétant la procédure de gazéification.
4. Ventiler la bouteille
Lorsqu’un bourdonnement se fait entendre au bout de 3 secondes, relâcher la touche pour qu’elle
revienne à sa position d’origine. Laisser la touche se relâcher elle-même. La pression restante dans la
bouteille de gazéification sera libérée avec un soufflement. L’eau pétillant sera alors prête. Il est alors
possible de dévisser la bouteille de gazéification et de commencer à s’en servir.

6 Nettoyage

- Rincer la bouteille de gazéification avant la première utilisation.
- Utiliser de l’eau froide, une brosse en fibre et un détergent doux.
- Ne pas utiliser de solvant, de détergent puissant ou de produit abrasif aux fins de nettoyage.
REMARQUE:
· Ne lavez jamais les bouteilles de gazéification en plastique au lave-vaisselle.
· La bouteille de gazéification 100% inox va au lave-vaisselle.
Nettoyage de la machine à soda
· NE PAS utiliser de produit abrasif ou de solvant aux fins de nettoyage.
· Essuyer le bac de récupération pour le maintenir sec.
