
The CO2 cylinder has not been tightly installed. Tighten by
hand. If not, the carbonation button will not activate the CO2
cylinder to release CO2.
Check if the CO2 cylinder is empty. Use a brand new CO2
cylinder.
Fill the water bottle to the MAX Fill Level.
CO2 cylinder is too cold. Wait until CO2 cylinder reaches room
temperature.
Water is too warm. Use very cold water 0.5°-5.5° C (33°-42°
F).
CO2 did not mix well with water. Allow for 10 seconds after
CO2 was released into the water to complete mixing.
CO2 cylinder is close to empty. Use a brand new CO2
cylinder.
The CO2 cylinder is too cold. Wait until the CO2 cylinder
reaches room temperature.
The water is too warm. The colder the water temperature the
higher the carbon dioxide concentration. Use very cold water
0.5°-5.5° C (33°-42° F).
Press on the carbonation button for a longer period of time.

There is too much water in the bottle. Do not fill water bottle
over the suggested water level line.
During the carbonation process small
ice particles are visible
This is normal when you carbonize with very cold water. The
ice particles will disappear soon again.
It is difficult to remove the water
bottle from the carbonating unit after
carbonating.
The excess CO2 has not been released from the water bottle.
Press the pressure-release button until all of the excess CO2
has been released.
