Troubleshooting
Problem
Solution
No Carbonation
The CO2 cylinder has not been tightly installed. Tighten by
hand. If not, the carbonation button will not activate the CO2
cylinder to release CO2.
Check if the CO2 cylinder is empty. Use a brand new CO2
cylinder.
Fill the water bottle to the MAX Fill Level.
CO2 cylinder is too cold. Wait until CO2 cylinder reaches room
temperature.
Water is too warm. Use very cold water 0.5°-5.5° C (33°-42°
F).
Slight Carbonation
CO2 did not mix well with water. Allow for 10 seconds after
CO2 was released into the water to complete mixing.
CO2 cylinder is close to empty. Use a brand new CO2
cylinder.
The CO2 cylinder is too cold. Wait until the CO2 cylinder
reaches room temperature.

Press on the carbonation button for a longer period of time.
Water overflow from the water bottle
during carbonation
