connector.
To use your headset, simply insert the connector into the
headset receptacle in the base unit.
4Adjusting the voice tube
With one hand, hold the capsule securely against your
head. With your other hand, pull out or push in the voice
tube and rotate the tip so it is two finger widths away from
your face at the corner of your mouth.

To adjust, carefully shape the boom with both hands as
shown.

5.2 Position the noise-canceling microphone
Position the microphone approximately 1.5 cm from your
face in front of the corner of your mouth. A protective
windscreen covers the microphone . Do not use your headset
without it. Replacement windscreens are available from your
Plantronics supplier.
5.3 Ensure you speak into the front of the microphone
Make certain to speak into the front of the microphone.
You may need to rotate the microphone toward your lips.
Temporarily remove the protective windscreen in order to
determine which side is the front of the microphone.
Do not force the microphone arm beyond its limits.
6Clothing Clip and Quick Disconnect
6.1 Adjusting the Clothing Clip
Use the Clothing Clip to keep the headset properly seated,
free from the weight of the cord. Attach the Clothing Clip to
your clothing at a comfortable level.
To adjust the clip position on most models, squeeze the cord
retainer button and slide the cord through to provide
sufficient slack so that head movements do not disturb the
headset.
6.2 Quick Disconnect
Supra headsets are equipped with a Quick Disconnect
module that allows you to leave your work area to perform
other tasks without removing your headset.
Before attempting to use your headset, be sure that the two
Quick Disconnect halves are connected.
