Ghid rapid de utilizare
Camera supraveghere video
PNI IP12MP
Acest manual este doar un ghid rapid de
utilizare pentru camerele cu IP PNI.
Pentru informatii mai detaliate, va
rugam sa consultati CD-ul inclus in
pachet.
Adresa IP selectata si alti parametri sunt
afisati in partea dreapta a ecranului.
Daca aduceti modificari parametrilor de
configurare, click pe butonul “Modify”
pentru a salva.
NOTA: Camera video trebuie sa fie in
aceeasi retea cu router-ul. Faceti click
pe butonul “Same to PC” pentru a
importa toti parametri de retea ai PC-
ului (Subnet Mask si Gateway).
NOTA: Pentru accesare via Internet
Explorer trebuie sa instalati plug-in-ul
ActiveX.
Setati nivelul de securitate al browser-
ului:
[Internet options] -> [Security] ->
[Custom level] -> [ActiveX] (click Enable
la toate optiunile).
Pentru instalarea plug-in-ului, accesati
http://xmeye.net sau instalati-l de pe
CD-ul inclus in pachet [Software]-
>[IEActive]->IE plug-in_V1.1.0.78.exe.
4.2 Acces software CMS
De pe CD-ul inclus in pachet, instalati
software-ul de management (General
CMS):
b. D u blu c l i c k pe iconita CMS,
introduceti nume utilizator si parola.
Valori implicite:
- Utilizator: super
- Parola: necompletat
4.3 Accesare prin dispozitive mobile
Retea compatibila: WiFi
Sistem de operare: Android, iOS
Aplicatie: XMEye
Nota: Manualele de utilizare ale
aplicatiilor le gasiti pe CD-ul inclus in
pachet.
Accesati [Main menu] ->[System] -
>[Device Manager] pentru a adauga o
camera.
Nota: Manualul complet de utilizare al
software-ului CMS il gasiti pe CD-ul
inclus in pachet.
3.1 Pornirea dispozitivului
NOTA: Folositi doar un alimentator de
12 V 2A sau similar. Dupa alimentarea la
curent si la reteaua de internet, asteptati
50 de secunde inainte de a folosi
camera.
3.2 Configurare IP
[Adresa IP]: implicit 192.168.1.10
[Subnet Mask]: implicit 255.255.255.0
[Default Gateway]: implicit 192.168.1.1
Deschideti CD-ul din pachet si instalati
software-ul General Device Manager .
Apoi click pe [IP search]. Pe ecran vor fi
afisate toate adresei IP online ale
dispozitivelor de monitorizare din retea.
4.1 Acces prin Internet Explorer
Deschideti Internet Explorer, introduceti
adresa IP in bara de adresa a browser-
ului sub forma: http://192.168.1.10
Introduceti nume utilizator si parola.
Valorile implicite sunt:
- utilizator: admin
- parola: necompletat
Va recomandam sa schimbati parola de
administrare imediat dupa prima logare
in sistem.
Dupa autentificare, accesati [Stream
menu] pentru a seta fluxul video
principal si secundar.

5.1 Instalare ActiveX IE
Instalare ActiveX IE in Windows 7
- Reduceti nivelul de securitate al
computerului. In meniul principal rulati
comanda “msconfig”, schimbati setarile
UAC, click “Enable”, selectati “Never
notify”.
- Setati nivelul de securitate IE
Accesati Control Panel>Network and
I n t e r n e t > N e t w o r k a n d S h a r i n g
Center>Internet Options. Selectati
nivelul de securitate. Activati Toate
optiunile ActiveX.
Instalare ActiveX IE in Windows XP
- In sistemele de operare XP este
necesara doar setarea nivelului de
securitate (respectati pasii descrisi la
Windows 7)
5.2 Mutarea obiectelor in cadru
genereaza o umbra in afisarea pe
ecran.
Cauza: dupa activarea obturatorului
electronic, rata de frame-uri este prea
mica.
Accesati [Device config]->[System
settings]->[Camera parameters] si
dezactivati “Electronic shutter”.
5.3 Actualizare nereusita
Cauza: Firmware-ul este incompatibil
cu modelul camerei video. Contactati
distribuitorul dumneavoastra pentru a
o b t i n e o ve r s i u n e d e fir m w a r e
compatibila.
5.4 Eroare conectare Cloud
- Accesati [Device config]->[System
settings]->[Network settings] pentru
configurare DNS
- Inchideti in router filtrul adresei MAC si
IP si toate limitarile accesului la reteaua
publica.

5.5 Sunteti autentificat in serviciul de
Cloud, dar nu puteti previzualiza
camera.
Cauza: ActiveX nu este instalat. Instalati
plug-in-ul ActiveX conform indicatiilor
din acest manual (punctul 7.1).
c. Click Login pentru a accesa interfata
Cloud. Faceti click in partea stanga a
e c r a n u l u i pe o c a m e r a p e n t r u
previzualizare.
d. Dupa ce ati configurat in mod corect
camera, o puteti accesa de oriunde atat
timp cat aveti acces la internet.
NOTA: Semnul rosu din partea stanga a
ecranului de previzualizare indica faptul
ca respectiva camera video nu este
conectata la serviciul cloud.

This operation manual is only for a brief
description of the product, for more

CDROM.
Choose IP address to config. IP address
and port are displayed on the right, you
can modify the IP parameters and click
"Modify" to save.
Note: IP address of the speed dome
must share the same network segment
with the router and conform to the
router's IP, and make sure the IP is not
conflicted in the network of LAN. Go
to[conform to local PC] to automatically
mat ch subnet mask and de fa ul t
gateway with local computer.
Note: Plug-ins need to be installed if you
login via IE browser. IE is default to
intercept plug-in.
Please set IE security level. Go to
<internet options>--<security>--<
Customized level>-<ActiveX >, enable
them all. Or go to our official website to
d o w n l o a d a n d i n s t a l l p l u g - i n s
(http:flwww.xmeye.net); Or get it from
t h e C D a n d i n s t a l l I E p l u g - i n
_V1.1.0.78.exe.
4.2 CMS access
1. Open the CD, double-click Setup.exe,
go to [English] > [Software]> [CMS] to
install centralized network video
management software.CMS shortcut
icon will be displayed when installed
successfully.
2. Double-click CMS shortcut icon, input
user name and password( user name:
super, no password) to login.
4.3 Mobile Access
Network environment: WIFI
Mobile system: Android, iOS
App name: XMEye
Note: The detailed user manual of the
mobile applications can be found on the
CD included in the package.
3.Go to [Main Menu] > [System] >
[Device Manager] to add camera.
Note: The CMS detailed user manual
can be found on the CD included in the
package.
3.1 Boot up
Please use a 12 V 2A power adapter or
similar.
Please use the positive power of about
50 seconds of network cameras start
complete, the network camera through
a cable connected to the LAN.
3.2 IP config
[IP address]:default is 192.168.1.10
[Subnet Mask]:default is 255.255.255.0
[Gateway]:default is 192.168.1.1.
Open the CD and install the software
General Device Manager.
Then click [IP search], all online IP
addresses of the monitoring devices
within the LAN will be searched and
displayed.
4.1 IE Access
Open web browser, enter IP address,
take 192.168.1.1 O as an example,
input http: //192.168.1.10 to connect.
Enter user name and password
(default user name is admin, no
password). Change the administrator
password timely after login.
After successful login, go to [stream
menu] to connect main stream or
substream.

4.4 Cloud access
a. Visit http://xmeye.net.
Login:
b. Install it step by step according to the
guides prompt message.
5.1 IE ActiveX installation
IE ActiveX installation in WIN7
- Lower PC security level: In the main
menu, run"msconfig", change UAC
settings, click "enable" , select "Never
notify."
- Set IE security level
Go to Control Panel> Network and
Internet>Network and Sharing Center>
Internet Options, select the Custom
Level; enable all the ActiveX controls
and plug-ins.
IE ActiveX installation in XP
In XP system, only need to set IE
security level, operation same as Win7.
5.2 Moving object has dragged
shadow in the live screen
It's caused
It's caused by insufficient frame rate
after enable electronic shutter. In dark
environment, our speed dome camera
wi ll open the el ect ron ic sh utt er
automatically to get good image, it will
come out dragged shadow as lengthen
exposure time and lower stream, and
you can go to <device config>-<system
settings>-<camera parameters> to
close •electronic shutter-
5.3 Upgrade failed
Upgrade firmware doesn't match
product model, please contact us to get
the correct one.
5.4 Connect cloud service failed
Go to [Device Confi g]> [System
Settings]> [Network Settings] to config
DNS, make sure it shares with LAN
router.

filtering, IP address filtering and other
limit connections to public network.

5.5 Cloud server login, but can not
get live videos
IEActiveX is not installed, so follow
instruction to install ActiveX, please
clo se anti-virus software before
installing it, otherwise it will intercept the
installations of IE ActiveX or make the
installation uncompleted.

c. Click "Login" to enter cloud service
interface, double-click left camera with
alias name to connect to the preview.
d. After successful configuration,
wherever and whenever you are, as
long as you can surf the Internet, you
can get access to the device.
NOTE: When left device name shows
with red cross, it means speed dome is
not connected with cloud service
website.
