OVERVIEW
Geneo Personal is a premium beauty device for skin exfoliation, oxygenation and
nourishment that provides a complete facial beauty routine at home.
Geneo Personal utilizes Pollogen’s patent-pending OxyGeneo technology that -
•Exfoliates the outer layer of the skin.
•Oxygenates the skin naturally from within.
•
Nourishes the skin with Pollogen’s essential revitalizing nutrients and unique
skincare formulas.
Geneo Personal is recommended to be used on a daily basis, to cleanse your skin,
as described on page 11.
Also, use the Geneo Personal once a week to exfoliate and enrich your skin with
oxygen, as described on page 12.
Together, these cleansing and treatment routines renew and refresh your skin for
better absorption of vital skin-enhancement nutrients, nourishment and oxygenation.

The Geneo Personal product contains two separate kits.
A Facial Treatment kit that contains Geneo Personal capsules, gels for weekly use
and after treatment cream for daily use.
A Facial Device kit that includes the Geneo Personal device, its charging cradle with
a USB connector and a cleansing brush. The cleansing brush is reusable.

THE GENEO PERSONAL DEVICE
The Geneo Personal device is used to cleanse the skin. It can also be used as an applicator
for a weekly treatment using Geneo Personal skincare products, as described on page 12.
LED INDICATORS
The LED indicator on the front of the Geneo Personal device indicates the current
state of the battery.
Note -You can plug in the USB connector before or after placing the device in its
cradle for charging.
Tip - To insure that the device is always ready for use it is recommended to keep it
fully charged in the charging cradle between uses.

Cleanse your face daily using the Geneo Personal device in order to refresh and enhance
your skin's appearance.
Before You Begin
Before using the Geneo Personal for the first time, charge the device so that its battery
is fully charged and its LED indicator is steady green, as described on page 10.
To cleanse your skin with the Geneo Personal
1.
Attach the cleansing brush to the device by pushing it into its holder, as shown in FIG.5.
2. Remove all makeup from your face.
3. Wet your face and apply a generous amount of your regular cleansing soap.
4. Turn on the device by pressing the Power button once on the back of the device,
which is located directly beneath the brush, as shown in FIG.4. You do not need
to hold down the button. The device will begin to vibrate.

Move the device in small circular motions all over your face, as shown in FIG.6. We
recommend cleansing your face for at least 3 minutes. After 3 minutes of usage, the
device will alter its vibrations to indicate the end of recommended treatment time.
6. Turn the device off by pressing the Power button once.
7. After cleansing your face, rinse your face with lukewarm water.
8.
Generously apply the Geneo Personal Cream provided in the Facial Treatment kit
on your face.
9. Disconnect the brush from the device by gently pulling it out.
10.Rinse the brush under running lukewarm water and then dry it with a dry cloth.
11.
Clean the device with a moist cloth, towel or wet wipe, or by rinsing it under
running water.
Tip - It is recommended to use the original Geneo Personal consumables for best results.

WEEKLY SKIN OXYGENATION TREATMENT
The Geneo Personal device can also be used as an applicator for the skincare products
included in the Geneo Personal Facial Treatment kit. The skincare products in the Facial
Treatment kit include capsules and gel sachets. The kit also contains a tube of after-treatment
cream. Together, these products oxygenate, renew and refresh your skin and prepare it
for better absorption of vital skin-enhancement nutrient and nourishment.
Important - Each capsule and gel sachet is for single-use only.
It is recommended to perform the skin oxygenation treatment once a week.
Important - Before performing the oxygenation treatment for the first time, it is recommended
that you perform a skin sensitivity test to check for any skin reaction to the skincare products.
Tip - You should re-order the skincare products in the Facial Treatment kit when necessary.
To use Geneo Personal as an applicator for skincare products
1. Remove all makeup from your face.
2. Cleanse your face with the brush, as described on page 11.
3. If the brush is attached to the device, remove it.
4. Open the Geneo Personal Capsule sachet and gently take out the capsule.
5. Gently push the capsule into the device’s holder, as shown in FIG.10.
6. Open the Geneo Personal Gel sachet. Gently extract some gel onto your fingers and
apply it equally to your face. Use a sufficient amount to cover your entire face, as
shown in FIG.11.

Turn on the device by pressing the Power button once on the back of the device, which
is located directly beneath the capsule, as shown in FIG.4.
8. Move the device in small circular motions all over your face. Ensure that the capsule is
in good contact with the skin and gel, as shown in FIG.12.
Micro bubbles will appear as a result of the interaction between the capsule and the
gel. These are CO2bubbles, which encourage oxygenation from within your skin.
During the treatment, the capsule will become slightly abrasive, creating a gentle exfoliation effect.
Continue the treatment for 3 minutes, which is sufficient time to obtain the desired
oxygenation effect. After 3 minutes of usage, the device will alter its vibrations to
indicate the end of recommended treatment time.
9. Turn the device off by pressing the Power button once.

10. Clean off any remaining gel on your face with a tissue. Then, wash your face with
warm water and dry it.
11. Apply the Geneo Personal Cream to your face to nourish your skin.
12. Press the Eject button on the back of the device to remove the remaining of the capsule,
as shown in FIG.3.
13. Clean the capsule’s holder until it is free from any remaining gel or capsule. The device
is waterproof and can be rinsed safely under running water.
14. Clean the device with a moist cloth, towel or wet wipe, or by rinsing it under
running water.
Important - Part of the capsule may not completely dissolve during the treatment. You can
treat your skin longer if you like to use the remainder of the capsule during this treatment.
However, it is not mandatory to use the entire capsule.
Important - The capsule is for single use only.

TROUBLESHOOTING
The device does not activate when the power button is pressed.
Battery is empty. Recharge the device.
Device does not charge while in cradle.
•Check if the charging cable is properly connected.
•Verify that the USB adaptor inserted properly into the wall socket.
•Verify that the power adaptor you are using has the correct power rating.
•Disconnect the cradle from the wall outlet and contact a service center.

This product is powered by OxyGeneo technology and is subject to strict quality controls
performed by the manufacturer. Pollogen Ltd. guarantees proper functioning of your
product for the specified period outlined in this warranty. If you use the device properly
and follow all instructions outlined in this user manual, you can enjoy the product to your
ultimate satisfaction.
This policy warrants the support that Pollogen Ltd. provides for the device in the event of
failures attributable to manufacturing defects. In such case, you shall be entitled during
the warranty period to the repair and replacement of parts, free of charge (regarding both
service and parts) to the extent necessary to be able to make use of the product for its
intended use. This warranty is valid for the product marketed by Pollogen Ltd.
The warranty is not valid when -
•There are amendments in the warranty policy, sales receipt or invoice or the absence
of any of these original documents.
•
There is damage or deterioration of the device due to improper use or if the device has
been modified or repaired by an unauthorized third party.
•
There is damage of the product due to defects incurred during transportation and/
or improper handling.
•
The device is not used in accordance with the respective user manual or with its
supplied accessories.
•There is partial or total damage or loss of the device, due to natural disasters (such as
earthquakes, floods, fire, lightening and so on), force majeure or accident.
•
There is damage to the device after being subjected to high dust environments, The
product’s serial number does not match the one in the policy or it has been amended
or erased.
•There is cosmetic damage, including but not limited to scratches and dents.
