QUICK REFERENCE GUIDE
If you want to Then
Hang up Press END. Be sure to do this at the end of each call to return to the
standby mode.
Change speaker
volume
Press the up/down volume buttons on the side of the handset
during the call.
Change ring
volume
Press the up/down volume buttons on the side of the handset
during ringing. The default ring volumes are set in the User Profile
menus.*
Silence while
ringing
Press END to silence the ring.
Activate
speakerphone
Press the Spkr softkey and speak towards the handset. Note that
this feature may be unavailable in your facility.
Headset answer Press any key (other than END) to answer a call when a headset is
plugged-in.
Headset volume Press the up/down volume buttons on the side of the handset
during the call.
Change Profile Press the Prof softkey and use the Nav keys to select a new profile
while in standby mode.*
Backlight The backlight comes on when any key is pressed or when there is
an incoming call and stays on for 10 seconds. It turns off after 10
seconds if another key is not pressed within that period.

Turn handset on Press and hold END until two chirps sound. When the
key is released, the in-service tone sounds.
Turn handset off Press and hold END. One chirp will sound. If in a call,
hang up first, then turn off.
Unlock keypad Press the Unlk softkey, then #.
Lock keypad Press the Cfg softkey then NavOK, to manually lock the
keypad. See The Config Menu to activate or deactivate
Autolock.*
Make an
internal call
Press START, wait for dial tone, then dial the
extension.
Make an
external call
Press the START key, wait for dial tone, then dial the
number just as you would with your desk phone.
Select line Press LINE and the number key corresponding to the
desired line.
Dial number Press the number keys.
Answer call The handset will ring or vibrate to alert you of an
incoming call. Additionally, a line indicator on the
display may flash and the display may show information
about the call, such as caller’s name and extension.
To answer a call, press START and hold the earpiece
to your ear. You may also activate the speakerphone
function or use a headset.
Answer call on
second line
If you are on a call and hear subdued ringing, a call is
coming in on a second line. To answer this call, put your
first call on hold and press the Line key then the line
number of the second call.
Mute microphone Press the Mute softkey.
Place call on hold Press the Hold softkey.
Resume held call Press the LINE key followed by the line number key.

Appuyer sur START, attendre le signal sonore et composer le
numéro du poste désiré.
Faire un appel
externe
Appuyer sur la touche START, attendre le signal sonore et
composer le numéro comme vous le feriez sur votre téléphone.
Choisir une ligne Appuyer sur LINE et sur la touche du numéro correspondant à la
ligne désiré.
Composer un
numéro
Appuyer sur les touches numérotées.
Répondre à un appel Le combiné sonnera ou vibrera pour vous avertir d’un appel. En
plus, un indicateur sur votre afficheur clignotera et l’afficheur
vous donnera les informations au sujet de l’appel, tels que le nom
et le numéro du poste.
Pour répondre à l’appel appuyez sur START et placer l’écouteur
à votre oreille. Vous pouvez également activer le mains-libres ou
vous servir d’un micro-casque.
Répondre à un appel
sur une deuxième
ligne
Si vous répondez déjà à un appel et que vous entendez une
sonnerie discrète, vous avez un deuxième appel. Pour répondre à
cet appel vous devrez premièrement mettre votre premier appel
en attente et appuyer et tenir la touche LINE puis sur la ligne du
deuxième appel.
Mute le microphone Appuyer sur la touche programmable Mute.

Mettre un appel
en attente
Appuyer sur la touche programmable Hold.
Revenir à l’appel
en attente
Appuyer sur la touche LINE suivi de la touche du
numéro en attente.
Terminer un appel Appuyer sur la touche END. Assurez-vous de le faire
après chaque appel pour retourner en mode d’attente.
Ajuster le volume Appuyer sur les touches de volume sur le coté du
combiné pendant l’appel.
Ajuster le volume
de la sonnerie
Appuyer sur les touches de volume sur le coté du
combiné pendant un appel. Les volumes de sonnerie se
retrouvent dans le menu du User Profile.
Taire la sonnerie Appuyer sur la touche END pour taire la sonnerie.
Activer le mains-
libres
Appuyer sur la touche Spkr et parler en direction
du combiné. Veuillez noter que ce service n’est pas
disponible á tous.
Répondre avec le
micro-casque
Appuyer sur n’importe quelle touche ( à l’exception
de END,d’une touche Nav, ou d’une touche
programmable) pour répondre à un appel lorsque le
micro-casque est branché.
Ajuster le volume
du micro-casque
Appuyer sur les touches de volume sur le coté du
combiné pendant l’appel.
Changer le profil Appuyer sur la touche programmable Prof et vous
servir des touches Nav pour sélectionner un nouveau
profil lorsque vous serez en mode d’attente.
Rétroéclairage Le rétroéclairage entre en fonction dès qu’on appuie
sur une touche ou lorsque l’on recoit un appel et il
restera en fonction pendant dix secondes. Après ce
laps de temps si aucune autre touche n’est activée il
s’éteindra.
