PowerMax Fitness warrants to the original purchaser that this product is free from defects in
material and workmanship when used for the purpose intended, under the conditions that it has
been installed and operated in accordance with PowerMax Fitness's Owner's Manual. PowerMax
Fitness's obligation under this warranty is limited to replacing or repairing, free of charge, any
parts which may prove to be defective under normal home use. This warranty does not include
any damage caused by improper operation, misuse or commercial application. From the date of
purchase, the frame is warranted to be free from defects for 1(one) year*.

1. CAUTION
We considered a lot of security problems when we design the product, if you do not use the
machine in the right way and get in trouble, we will not be responsible for it, so please use the
product correctly according to the directions.
In order to ensure your safety and avoid accidents, please read the instructions carefully. Indoor
using and storing the treadmill, avoid dampness, and cannot be spilled by water. Please wear
suitable clothes and sneakers before exercise. Prohibited to exercise on the treadmill barefoot.
The high-power plug must be grounded, the electric outlet should have a dedicated circuit, do
not share with other electrical equipment. Avoid the too long time and overloading operation,
otherwise, it will cause damage to the motor and controller, and will accelerate the deterioration
of bearing, running belt, and running board. Should maintain the machine on a regular basis.
2. SPECIAL ATTENTION
Keep the machine away from dust to avoid strong static. Please cut electric power off after using.
Please maintain good ventilation when running. Please clamp the security lock cable on your
clothing to make sure the machine stops at emergency condition. If you feel not very well when
using this machine, please stop and consult a doctor. Silicone oil must be kept away from children
after use. If the supply cord is damaged, it must be replaced by the manufacturer or its service
agent, or a similarly qualified person in order to avoid a hazard.
----This appliance is not intended for use by persons (including children) with reduced physical,
Sensory or mental capabilities, or lack of experience and knowledge unless they have been
Supervision or instruction concerning the use of the appliance by a person responsible for their
safety.
----Children should be supervised to ensure that they do not play with the appliance. Don' t. Use
the machine in the status of the shell break in or break off (the internal structure exposed) or
under the condition of we may fall off.

machine, don't clamp the power line.
----Otherwise will cause fire or get an electric shock. Don't use the machine for more than 2 people
at the same time, and don't be close to the machine when it is in use.
----Or it may be an accident or injury due to Falls. People who can't express their consciousness
or operate the machine by themselves cannot
Use the treadmill.
----Accident or injury may occur. Avoid drinking water or pouring water when operating.
----May cause electric shock and fire. Forbidden!
People who seldom do exercise shouldn't suddenly do intense exercise. After eating or when
feeling tired, do not use the machine.
----May lead to damage to your health. This product is suitable for family use, does not apply to
schools, gymnasium and so on.
----There are the dangers of injury. Don' t use when hard objects are in clothes' pockets.
----May cause accident or injury. Don' t use when the power plug is on the needle, garbage, or
water.
----May cause electric shock, short circuit or fire. Do not use with wet hands! When not in use, pull
out the power plug from the socket.
----The dust and moisture can age the insulation which may lead to leakage and fire.
GROUND PROTECTION SYSTEM!
This product must be grounded. If the machine is dysfunctional, grounding will provide a good
channel for electric current in order to reduce the risk of electric shock
This product is equipped with power plug with grounding conductor and plug. Complete insert
the plug to standard socket.
If the equipment' s grounding conductor connection is improper, it will cause electric shock.
If you have doubts about whether your product is grounded correct or not, please entrust
professional to check.
Please use the socket with the same shape with the grounding plug. Don' t use plug adapter.
If power cord is damaged, please contact our qualified maintenance personnel for service
rather than disassemble it at your own discretion.
If the supply cord is damaged, it must be replaced by the manufacturer or its service agent

INSTALLATION STEPS
Step 1: installation of electronic meter
1. Put the machine on the flat ground, set the column and console up in the direction shown as
bellow.
2. Hold left & right columns, use Allen wrench 63# to lock the console frame on the columns
with screw 78#.

Step 2: installation of upright post and left-right cover
1. Make the upright up with the screw68#, gasket81#, nut 81#„let it stand on the pedestal
2. Use screw79# to lock covers on the pedestal
Step 4: installation of other parts
1. Put the safety on the yellow place
2. Check the machine and make sure all the screw is locked before using

INSTRUCTIONS
The instructions of treadmill:
For the consideration of your safety, a power socket with ground wire must be used when
the treadmill is working.
1. Insert the plug into the socket and turn on the power switch (the light turns into red).
Make sure a beep is heard and the window on the dashboard is showed.
2. Put the safety lock on the yellow spot of the dashboard. Make sure the safety lock is
clipped on your clothes in avoid of accident. The running machine will be stopped when
the safety lock is moved away. Put it back in situ to restart.

The instructions of moving the treadmill:
Fold the treadmill. Keep your foot against the edge of pedestal and pull the armrest
backward to incline the whole machine.
Move the treadmill. Keep the machine out of the reach of children to prevent the accident.
The instructions of folding:
Fold the treadmill.
Fold the treadmill to save space.
Turn off the power switch and pull the plug before folding the machine.
Lift the treadmill till the gas spring tube gets stuck.
Lay down the treadmill.
Lightly step on the gas spring tube to lay down the treadmill slowly.
ATTENTION! Keep children away from the treadmill to prevent accident.

DIRECTION OF USE
I. LCD DISPLAY WINDOW
1. Speed display window:Speed window display present speed on treadmill running,
the scope of speed display: 0.8-15.0KM/H. The window displays a time countdown of
3, 2, 1 after pressing start button. Window displays P01-P02- P12-FAT after press
program or setting key
2. Time display window: Time window shows forward time from 0:00 -99;59, running
belt slows down till stop when running time to 99:59, time window show "End”, after
deed stop, the treadmill enters standby mode 5 minutes later. In contrast, time
countdown displays from time set to 0:00, running belt slows down till stop, as well,
speed window displays " End" when time countdown show 0:00, after deed stop, the
machine enters standby mode.

3. DIS display window: DIS window shows running distance, displays 0.00 99.90
forwardly, recount time from zero when time pass; Distance countdown show the set
to zero contrarily, the treadmill stops when countdown to zero and DIS window shows
End, then machine will enter readiness modes in 5 minutes after dead stop.
4. CAL display window: CAL window displays calories consumption. It displays forward
calories of 0.0-999.0, recount from zero once the calories are over. Calories window
also has countdown function, after complete stop, the device enters standby mode
in 5 minutes.
5. PUL/INCILINE display window:PUL display window shows heart rate, the sensors on
the handrails monitors the runner' s heart rate and displays from 50 to 200BPM on
the window. Inclines window displays incline percentage degree range from 0 to 15
II. PRESS BUTTON
1. PROG key is program button, window displays P01-P02- P12-FAT circularly for runner
selection once PROG button is pressed. P01-P12 is built-in program FAT is for fat content
measure.
2. MODE key is for mode selection, window displays 4 models of 0:00, 15:00, 1. 0, 50.0
circularly for runner selection. 0:00 is manual mode, 15:00 is time countdown mode, 1.0
is distance countdown mode, 50. 0 is calories countdown mode. Runner can adjust speed
and incline at mode selection, press START button to start treadmill after mode setting
finished.
3. START key is to start running, user can start treadmill running by pressing the button
anytime in the condition of safe key pull on.
4. STOP key is to stop running, treadmill stops running and enters reset when the STOP
button pressed.
5. SPEED+, SPEED- keys are for speed plus or minus. User can adjust speed before or after
running start, the distance gap is 0. 1km each press, distance will increase or decrease
continuously if press the button more than 0.5 second.
6. INCLINE+, INCLINE- These 2 buttons are for incline plus or minus, User can adjust incline
before or after running start, the incline gap is 1% each press, incline will increase or
decrease continuously if press the button more than 0.5 second.
7. SPEED keys, there are 4 quick speed keys of 3, 6, 9, 12KMH on the console, user can set
or change speed quickly by pressing the button.
8. INCLINE keys, there are 3 quick incline buttons of 3, 6, 9, press the key, user can set and
change degree percentage of incline.

9. At standby status, press SPEED+ and SPEED- over 3 seconds, window will display
distance, then press STOP key more than 3 seconds total distance will reset.
III. QUICK CONTROL BUTTONS (MANUAL MODE)
1. Turn power switch, then pull magnetic safe key on the safe key one the safe key position
of white circle below console.
2. Press START key, system enters into countdown and windows displays 3 seconds
countdown, the buzzer makes a sound, 3 seconds later, treadmill begin to run at speed of
1 KM per hour.
3. User can adjust via pressing SPEED+, SPEED-, either adjust incline by pressing INCLINE-f-
, INCLINE- after treadmill start.
IV. CONSOLE OPOERATION IN MOTION
1. Press SPEED- button, treadmill will decrease speed
2. Press SPEED- button, treadmill will improve speed
3. Press INCLINE- button, treadmill incline will increase
4. Press INCLINE+ button, treadmill incline will decrease
5. Press STOP button, treadmill will slow down till stop
V. MOBILE MODE
1. Press START button at standby status, treadmill begin to run on 0 incline at 1.0KMH speed,
other windows begin to count forwardly, user can change incline and speed by pressing
INCLINE+, INCLINE- or SPEED+, SPEED-.
2. Press MODE button at standby status, the device enters countdown mode, TIME window
displays 15:00 and twinkles, then press INCLINE+, INCLINE-, or SPEED+, SPEED-, user can set
running time range from 5:00 to 99.9 minutes
3. Press MODE at time countdown status, enters distance countdown mode, DIS window
shows 1.00 and twinkles, user can set running distance of 0.50-99.9 KM via press any buttons
of INCLINE+, INCLINE-, SPEED+ or SPEED-.
4. Press MODE at distance countdown status, enters calories countdown mode, CAL windows
show 50.0 and twinkles, user can set calories consumption by press any button of INCLINE+,
INCLINE-, SPEED+, SPEED-, the setting scope of calories is 10.0-999.0.
5. After any countdown setting finished among 3 countdown modes in all, then press START
button, the running belt begin to move in 3 minutes, user can adjust incline and speed
separately by pressing INCLINE+, INCLINE-or SPEED+, SPEED-, press STOP button and
running belt stop move.

VI. BUILT-IN GROGRAM
There is 15 built-in program P01-P15 in the treadmill system. Press GROG button at standby
status, SPEED window shows Pl-P15, TIME window twinkles after favourite program chosen
and displays 15:00 (minutes) of pre-set time, then press any button of INCLINE+, INCLINE-,
SPEED+, SPEED-and pre-set running time, finally press START button the machine will start
built-in program. There are 20 phases in built-in program, running time of each program is
1/20 of setting time., user can change speed and incline will revise according to program
change. It sounds Bi-Bi-Bi to remind when the machine enters into next program
automatically, but the machine will restore speed and incline set when enter into next built-
in program. Treadmill will not slow down till complete stop until all program finish, then
enters into standby status in 5 seconds after dead stop. VII. PROGRAM INSTRUCTION Each

VIII. PHYSICAL FITNESS TEST
X. FUNCTION OF SAFETY LOCK
Pull out safety lock in any case, the treadmill will make emergency stop, at the same time, SPEED
window shows --- and buzzers make sounds, the machine cannot be made other operation except
treadmill be shut down, put on safety lock again, treadmill will restore standby status.
