Before maintenance, switch off air conditioner and draw out the pin from power supply socket.

Back panel
1)similarly,using screwdriver loosen
bolts in front panel assembly and take
off front panel (2 bolts at upper,middle and
bottom respectively)
1loosen bolts on the back panel and take
them off.

"+" shape screwdriver and take it off..

Filter
1 pinch the protruding section of filter by thumb,forefinger
and middle finger to draw it out to take it out, and then rotate
the unit 90 .

Electric bracket assembly
1 loosen bolts of fixed frame for electric bracket
and take out the bolts.
2)loosen the wire binder tying connection wire
3)pull out compressor connection wire from fan
capacitor and main controller.
4 pull out the compressor connection wire from compressor
capacitor and main controller.
5)pull out zero wire and live wire from main controller.
6)pull out synchronous motor connection line from main controller
7)get the synchronous motor connection line, water level line,
ambient temperature sensor line and evaporator temperature
control prove line through the hole and take out the electrical
bracket plate, and then rotate the unit 90 .

Air out-let vent assembly
Upper hodmadod shell B
1 loosen three bolts at both ends of synchronous motor
and take out the air out-let vent assembly.
1)loosen four bolts fixing upper hodmadod shell B(2 bolts at
evaporator side, 2 at outside) and take them out

Upper centrifugal fan
1 find the through hole position at middle of upper
centrifugal fan and rotate it into the position arrow indicating.
2 get through the hole on the direction of arrow by
screwdriver and loosen screw, and then take out screwdriver.
3 holding upper section of fan by hands and rotate slightly the
fan with force and lift it up at thesame time, and then take out the fan.

Evaporator assembly
1 cut liquid feeder process pipe with clamp force(at the position
of hollow arrow indicating) and let refrigerant went out.
2 dismantle evaporator assembly and capillary
assembly by welding(at the position of arrow indicating)
Discharge pipe assembly
air return assembly

1 open compressor electrical cover and draw out connection line
and heat protector, and then loosen compressor earthing line from bracket.
2 dismantle compressor discharge pipe and air return pipe
by welding (at the position of arrow indicating)
1)loosen three bolts fixing footing of compressor
and take out washer, and then draw out compressor.

4.Malfunction diagnosis

3. The phenomenon listed in below table occurred, which are not caused by air conditioner failure

Phenomenon
Description
While the power supply pin plug into socket at first time and
sound"tick" is heard, but air conditioner does not run.
While power supply pin plug into socket ,the indicator
lamp of "water full" flickering continuously on display
panel and "tick"sounding continuously, pressing
"ON/OFF" but air conditioner does not run and fan runs only.
Timer is in timing status and air conditioner is in standby status; if cancel timing
operation, air conditioner will recover to normal status.
Under dehumidifying mode, air conditioner will control compressor work
status automatically according to indoor air temperature
under cooling or dehumidifying mode, while
air conditioner switches off and immediately switches
on, only fan runs but compressor does not run
While air conditioner switches off and switches on soon, and air conditioner provides
a three-minute delay protection function; three minutes later, compressor will
restart to run.
Which indicates air conditioner is energized, as long as press "ON/OFF"
on display panel or on remote controller, and the signal is received by
air conditioner, which means entering setting operation..
Water tank is not put into original position, or water tank is placed
improperly, which results in inner slight-moving switch in
disconnection status and air conditioner can not work
Presetting LED lamp lights on but air conditioner does not run
under dehumidifying mode, compressor does not run
continuously
Under cooling mode, while setting temperature above
room temperature, compressor does not run
Setting temperature means a temperature point of ambient temperature decreases upto by way of
operation of air conditioner under cooling. While the setting temperature decreases
below room temperature, compressor will run.
