Solar Wall Security Lights
Model: PEL01352 and PEL01353
Please read these instructions carefully before use and retain for future reference.
IMPORTANT SAFETY INFORMATION
• Avoid locations of high temperature or humidity.
• The lamp is rated at IP65 for external use.

POSITIONING
• The lamp is suitable for mounting on plasterboard, wood or masonry surfaces.
• It should be mounted in a position of maximum sunlight for optimum charge of the
internal batteries.
• Before drilling any xing holes, check that there are no hidden obstructions behind
the mounting surface such as pipes or cables.
INSTALLATION
• Remove the 4 screws and the upper cover then offer the lamp to the surface and
mark the location of the upper xing holes.
• Drill the wall and t the wall plugs if required and t the screws leaving the heads
3-4mm proud of the surface.
• Replace the cover and tighten the screws then locate the keyhole mounting points
over the screws so the lamp is securely mounted.
• Press the switch to activate the lamp. If the batteries are charged, covering the
light sensor will illuminate the LEDs to test the operation.

OPERATION
• Allow at least 8hrs for the battery to fully charge initially.
CLEANING & MAINTENANCE
SPECIFICATION
• Clean the unit only with a damp cloth. Do not use any chemicals, abrasives or
solvents that could damage the casing or lens.
• During periods where the lamp may not be used, it is advisable to charge the
battery occasionally to maintain it’s performance and before re-using the lamp.

• When the ambient light drops below a preset level the lamp will illuminate.
NOTE: the lamp does not light except in low ambient light levels.
• The lamp can be disabled by pressing the on/off button. When the lamp is
disabled the internal battery will not be charged during daylight hours.
• It is advisable to remove the batteries if the lamp is not used for long periods
and charge it periodically and before retting to keep the battery in good
condition.
