Astra jib Setup
• Match both the threads of the camera
mounng head as well as the extension
camera plate properly, and secure the
screw with the help of a 4mm Allen Key.
• Remove the extension camera plate
screw with the help of a 4mm Allen key.
Camera Setup
• Aer the jib is aligned, ghten the jib
properly with the help of the ghtening
knob.
• (1/4” bolt, converted into 3/8”) Remove
the conversion adapter from the 3/8”
bolt, so that the size of the bolt is
converted to a 1/4” bolt, as shown in the
image.
• Mount the camera jib crane (4) above
the stand, matching the center of the jib
stand.

Manual Tilt Mode Setup
• Insert the counterweight bar into the
weight closure present at the back end of
the camera jib, and ghten the
counterweight properly.
• Remove the female knob from the Astra
jib to ensure that the camera's move-
ment is independent and can be lted
easily.
• Use the weights according to your
camera weight setup requirements.
• The camera setup is ready.
Counterweight Bar
• Now insert the bolt (1/4”) into the thread
of the Extension Camera Plate and the
camera’s (Not-Included) thread hole from
the boom & properly secure it with the
help of a screwdriver (Not Included).
NOTE: When the proper amount of
counterweight has been added, the crane
will rest in a horizontal posion. Moons
will be smooth and eortless. Note, the
type of camera and mounng posion will
aect the balance. If the mounted camera
is front heavy then mount the vercal bar
in the rst hole.

WARNING: When lted manually, always maintain a control on the camera. The front heavy camera
might move forward abruptly without noce, You need to be very careful at this point.

• The LCD Monitor is now properly
mounted on the Astra jib.
• Remove the Female Knob and the bolt
from the LCD Mounng Bracket.
• By aligning the mounng bracket
properly, ghten it properly with the
help of a female knob.
• To aach the mounng bracket to the jib
stand, insert the bolt matching to the
provided hole of the Astra camera jib.
• Aer aligning the mounng bracket with
the jib, Tighten the LCD Monitor
(Not-Included) with the help of the
plasc screwdriver in symmetry to the
hole of the mounng bracket, as shown
in the image.

• Remove the Astra camera jib from the jib
stand, to align it on the tripod head and
remove both of its screw with the help of
a 4mm Allen key.
• Remove the jib crane from the jib stand.
• Loosen the knob of the tripod head, then
remove the quick release plate.
• Aach the quick release plate to the
boom part of the jib and secure it
properly with the help of a Screwdriver
(Not-Included).
• Directly mount the jib crane on the
mounng part of the tripod head.
• (3/8” bolt, converted into 1/4”) Remove
the conversion adapter from 3/8” bolt,
which will convert the size of the bolt
into 1/4”.

• Insert 1/4" bolt into the provided thread
of the boom part of the extension
camera plate, and from the top of the
camera plate, insert it into the
conversion adapter bolt, by which the
bolt size will be converted back from 1/4"
to 3/8”.
• Aach the upper uid head of the
extension camera plate and properly
secure it with the help of a screwdriver
(Not-Included). Then aach the quick
release plate at the boom part of the
camera and aach it properly at the top
mounng part of the uid head.
• Your Astra camera jib setup is ready.
