Installation Instructions for Pipeline Suspension Track Modular PLSTRM-_-_
1: Remove the two Phillips screws on one end of the track
assembly to remove the plug.
Section One: Cut the Track

2: Loosen the Phillips screw on the Insert Power Jack and
carefully pull it out from the track.

3: Loosen the #4-40 set screw on the clip with a 0.05" Allen wrench and slide it inside the track.
4: Determine the desired length of the track. Measure and slowly cut the track to desired length using a hack saw or chop saw
with a metal cutting blade (recommended).
5: Slide the clip back to the proper location and tighten the #4-40 set screw to lock it in place.

1: Determine the desired location of the Pipeline 1 Suspension
Track Modular Channel that meets the design.
2: Tap the anchor onto the marked location up to the threaded
portion with a hammer.
3: Screw in the threaded portion of the anchor with a Phillips
screwdriver.
NOTE: Omit these steps if the modular track is less than 72" or
does not come with the Suspension Track Mounting Clip.
NOTE: Use a laser alignment device to properly align the
support locations on the fixture.
Section Two: Installing the Middle Support (only for lengths greater than 72")

4: Feed the #8 screw through the washer with threaded
nipple into the anchor.
5: Tighten the #8 screw completely into the anchor.
6: Tighten the standoff post completely onto the threaded
nipple.

7: Feed the aircraft cable coming from the Suspension
Mounting Clip through the standoff post.
8: Repeat steps 1 through 7 for the other modular channels.

6: Replace the insert power jack and plug and secure to the
track using the two Phillips screws.

3: Place the track head fixtures to the desired location (refer to
the instructions provided with the track head fixture).
4: Measure the distance between each track head fixture and
cut the track cover (optional) to desired lengths. Snap the
covers onto the track.

1: After installing all modular components, push the cord grip
and pull the aircraft cable out of the side of the standoff
post. Release the cord grip to secure the aircraft cable in
place.
2: If necessary, trim excess aircraft cable using sharp cutters.
3: Repeat steps 1 and 2 for the remaining standoffs of the
other modular channels.

Section Four: Adjusting Fixture Height
CORD GRIP
4: After the power canopy installation is completed (refer to
the instructions provided with the canopy), if necessary for
fine adjustment of the fixture height push the cord grip tab
to slide the fixture up and down until the desired height is
achieved. Release the cord grip tab to lock the coaxial
cable in place.

Section Three: Connecting Channel Sections
NOTE: A typical modular connection shown. For all other
connections refer to the design.
1: To install the connector (power end cap shown) align the
connector with the channel and slide into place.
2: Refer to the instruction that is provided with the connector
to complete the installation.
