Quick Guide QLEEN DISY Electro
1. Assembly of hose reel
1.1 Push the hose reel in from right to le and lock it in place (Fig. 1)
1.2 Connect the blue hose on the side of the hose reel to the pure water output (Fig. 2)
1.3 Roll out the hose to the required length
1.4 Disconnect the black connecting hose on the other side of the reel (Fig. 3)
1.5 Connect to the input of the drum and the output for cleaning solution (Fig. 3)

2. Connection water and power
2.1 Connect the water input (Fig. 4) to the house water connection using a Gardena hose,
2.2 alternatively connect the suction hose to the machine and sink the other side into the water tank
2.3 Open the water input of the house water connection
2.4 Plug in the mains plug (Fig. 4) → the control buttons (Fig. 5) light up blueblue
3. Bleeding
3.1 Open the bleeding tap (Fig. 4)
3.2 Switch on with the key (blueblue ⇒greengreen) and wait until water comes evenly out of the bleed (Fig. 4)
3.3 Switch o with the key (greengreen ⇒blueblue)
3.4 Place the suction hose for the cleaning solution (Fig. 4) into the cleaning solution tank
3.5 Set the dosing pump regulator (Fig. 5) to 100%
3.6 Switch on with the key (blueblue ⇒greengreen/turquoiseturquoise) and wait until the key lights up greengreen continuously
3.7 Switch o with the key (greengreen ⇒ blueblue)
3.8 Attach the hose to the rod and brush bow or ROTAQLEEN, connect the cable for the ROTAQLEEN to the
ROTAQLEEN socket (Fig. 4) and the ROTAQLEEN
3.9 The machine is ready for operation

4. Cleaning with pure water
4.1 Switch on the machine with the key (blueblue ⇒greengreen)
4.2 Aer a short time, the clean water arrives at the nozzles via the blue hose
5. Cleaning with cleaning solution
5.1 Switch on the machine with the key (blueblue ⇒greengreen), if the key lights up turquoiseturquoise dosing pump
controller (Fig. 5) is set to 0 % and must be regulated high
5.2 Aer a short time, the cleaning agent solution arrives at the nozzles via the black hose.
5.3 The dosing quantity is adjusted with the dosing pump regulator (Fig. 5)
6. Cleaning with tap water
6.1 Press the button (blueblue / greengreen ⇒ turquoiseturquoise) for 2 seconds
6.2 The dosing pump is switched o, only tap water comes through the black hose.
6.3 Press the key (turquoiseturquoise ⇒greengreen) for 2 seconds to switch on the dosing pump again
7. Control of the ROTAQLEEN
7.4 The ROTAQLEEN starts automatically in forward operation or last selected direction when pure water and/or
cleaning solution/line water is switched on
7.5 To change the direction of the ROTAQLEEN, press the button (greengreen ⇒turquoiseturquoise)and for back
(turquoiseturquoise ⇒greengreen)

8. Water quality meter (fig. 6)
8.1 Switch on with the Power button, the meter switches o automatically aer 3 min
8.2 Press the IN button to measure the incoming water (the IN indicator lights up)
8.3 Press the OUT button to measure the outgoing clean water (the OUT indicator lights up)
8.4 We recommend to change the granulate at a value of 50 µS
9. Aer cleaning
9.1 Switch o the machine with the key (greengreen ⇒blueblue) and/or the key (turquoiseturquoise /greengreen ⇒blueblue)
9.2 cleaning solution has been used:
• Place the suction hose for cleaning solution (Fig. 4) in tap water
• Set the dosing pump regulator (Fig. 5) to 100%.
• Switch on with the key (blueblue ⇒ greengreen) and rinse the dosing pump for 2 min
• Then switch o the machine with the key (greengreen ⇒ blueblue)
9.3 Pull out the mains plug (Fig. 4), close the water supply and disconnect the connection.
9.4 Reel up the hose and dismantle the hose reel
