TETRAMER
Quad-Beam LED Moving
Head System
Item ref: 150.451UK
User Manual
Thank you for choosing the TETRAMER moving head system. This is an innovative system of
four moving heads in one unit ideal as a space saving effect for venues with limited lighting
space. Each head boasts a 10W quad colour CREE® LED which produces strikingly sharp
beams of coloured light over a long distance. The beam effect can be softened by projecting
the light through smoke or haze. Each moving head can be controlled individually via DMX or
all four will synchronise using the pre-programmed options. The unit can be mounted
overhead on ceiling, a truss system or on a lighting stand or can be placed on the floor for an
uplighting effect. Perfect as a fixed centrepiece in any venue, and fully transportable for
mobile DJ use.
In the box:
Your Tetramer unit should arrive in a single carton in good condition with the following:
Tetramer moving head unit
2 x overhead mounting brackets
2 x IEC mains leads (UK and EU)

Installation
Installation should be carried out
by qualified personnel only and
must comply to HSG95
guidelines. Avoid projecting the
effect directly towards the
audience’s eye level. This unit is
suitable for free standing,
overhead installation or mounted
on a speaker stand.
For overhead mounting, use the
supplied mounting brackets as
pictured below. Simply guide the
thumbscrews into the sockets on
the back of the unit and turn 90°
until you feel a click which
indicates the screw is locked into
place. The brackets are suitable
to mount on truss bar of up to
48mmØ . Ensure the fly point is
connected to the truss by safety
wire for additional support.
The Tetramer has a built-in
35mmØ top hat allowing
the unit to be mounted on
a speaker stand, ideal for
mobile DJs. Further effect
lighting units such as a
PAR Can or a mini laser
can be mounted on top of
the unit, maximising the
use of a single stand.
Please note, equipment
that creates momentum
while working; such as
moving heads are not suitable to be added. Extra weight should not exceed 5kg and max
weight should not exceed the max weight load rating of the stand. Cable management should
be performed carefully to avoid cables being caught up by the movement of the 4 heads.

can be controlled by the same DMX signal by looping through the DMX out. Ensure the correct
DMX start address is set from the option on the manual control.
Maintenance:
There are no end-user serviceable parts within the unit. To maintain a workable condition we
advice dusting the unit on a regular basis. Before cleaning or dusting, always ensure the
mains power cable is removed from the unit. Use a soft cloth, lightly dampened with water or
mild detergent to wipe off the dust from the casing. DO NOT use spray on the case as
droplets may enter the unit through the ventilation and cause damage to electronics inside.
Remove the trapped dust from the ventilation holes of the unit with a vacuum cleaner with a
brush attachment, a dust blower or a hand brush.
