INTRODUCTION:
MHS-30 MINI MOVING HEAD SPOT 30W
This co pact and lightweight ini oving head uses a powerful 30W white LED. It
has a 12° bea angle and features 9 gobos (plus spot) and 9 colour wheel (plus
white). It can be operated by 8 Channel DMX or one of the stage friendly internal
progra s on either auto or sound to light ode. It can be free standing or ounted
to trussing using the supplied brackets. It is ideal for uses such as s all stages, bars,
nightclubs, obile DJs and bands.

INSTALLATION:
Every person involved with the installation, operation and aintenance of this device
should be qualified and follow the instructions in this User Guide. We reco end
that this product is not used for audience scanning and should be used within the
guidelines of “HSG95”. When you connect to the ain power supply the device will
take around 10 seconds before ready for use.
MOUNTING INSTRUCTIONS:
Attached the supplied ounting brackets to the underside of the fixture using the
supplied bolts. Fix a G-Cla p to the bracket securely ready for ounting. After
finding the desired position tighten the G-Cla p and use a safety wire for extra
security.
When selecting an installation location, take into consideration routine aintenance.
Safety cables ust always be used. Never ount in places where the fixture will be
exposed to rain, high hu idity, extre e te peratures changes or restricted
ventilation.

device is not in use or before cleaning.

CONNECT WITH POWER SUPPLY – THE GROUND WIRE MUST BE CONNECTED:
Use the plug to connect to the ain power supply as follows:

QUICK TROUBLE SHOOTING
If the unit is not functioning properly follow the below guidelines
Check the IEC cable is fitted correctly.
Check the fuse hasn’t blown in both the IEC cable and unit (see below)
Check any DMX cables are connected correctly
Check the DMX address has been set correctly
If the unit still fails to respond then contact your retailer.
REPLACING FUSE
Disconnect fro the ain power supply first then re ove the fuse holder above the
IEC Socket to reveal the fuse. Replace with the correct fuse rating as stated on the
product safety label. Then lock the fuse holder cover back into place.

GENERAL MAINTENANCE
To aintain opti u perfor ance and ini ize wear, fixtures should be cleaned
frequently. Usage and environ ent are contributing factors in deter ining frequency.
As a general rule, fixtures should be cleaned at least twice a onth. Dust build-up
reduces light output perfor ance and can cause overheating. This can lead to
reduced life and increased echanical wear. Be sure to power off the fixture before
conducting aintenance.
Unplug fixture fro the ains and use a vacuu or air co pressor and a soft brush
to re ove dust collected on external vents and internal co ponents. Clean all glass
when fixture is cold with a ild solution to the cloth or tissue, and drag dirt and
gri e to the outside of the lens. Gently polish optical surface until they free of haze
and lint.
The cleaning of external optical lenses ust be carried out periodically to opti ize
light output. Cleaning frequently depends on the environ ent in which the fixture
operates: da p, s oky or particularly dirty surroundings can require cleaning fluid.
Always dry the parts carefully. Clean the external optics at least every 20 days.
