Manual Pro2 Series-105 XY Gantry Adjust-v1.0
Preparation:
1. Unload filament.
2. Move the build plate to center height.
3. Turn off the power.
Tools：
leveling cube.
2mm hex wrench.
2.5mm hex wrench.

Step 1:
Use a 2mm hex wrench to loosen all 16 screws on x/y gantry.
Step 2:
Use 2.5mm hex wrench to loosen all 8 M3x8 screws on x/y gantry block.

Step 3:
Place the leveling block on the left side of X axis. Push the extruder head to the left
side against the leveling block.
Step 4:
Use a 2mm hex wrench to tighten all 8 screws shown in the picture, which secure the
rods on the lower position.

Step 5:
Take the leveling block out and place it on Y axis. Push the extruder head against it
tightly.
Step 6:
Use a 2mm hex wrench to tighten all 8 screws shown in the picture, which secure
those rods on the higher position.

Step 7:
Push the extruder head to the original position and apply lubrication to all rods.
Move the head around to check its motion.

Step 8:
Place the extruder head in the center left position and move it along X direction. If
movement happens smoothly, use a 2.5mm hex wrench to tighten the 4 screws for X
direction block on the left side. Next move it along the X direction and then if still
move smoothly, use a 2.5mm hex wrench to tighten the 4 screws for X direction on
the right side.

Step 9:
Move the extruder head along the bed to check if moving freely. If not, please re-
adjust using the same procedures listed in this document.
