Battery Charging
Note: Rayovac Rechargeable Alkaline Batteries
come charged, ready to use. Nickel
Cadmium and Nickel Metal Hydride
batteries must be charged prior to
initial use.
1. Open the cover to load your
batteries into the battery charger
(Figure 1).
2. To load, batteries must be inserted
first at the positive (+) or nubbin end
and then snap the negative
(-)
or flat
end into place (Figure 2). Make sure
the batteries are fitted securely.

wall socket (standard 220-240 volt
AC outlet).
5. Look for the green LED light to go
on (Figure 5). The light indicates
the battery in that compartment
is inserted correctly and taking a
charge.

The compartment is not empty (empty
compartments will not light green LED).
Occasionally, a Rayovac Rechargeable Alkaline Battery
inserted correctly may not cause the charging light to go
on. Leave it in the Charger, and check it in one hour.
If the light still does not go on, discard the battery.
The green LED lights will go out when batteries are
fully charged. Unplug the Charger before removing
batteries. Batteries will charge overnight.

Rayovac Rechargeable Alkaline
Performance and savings are maximised if you charge
batteries frequently. For best results, do not wait until
batteries are completely drained before charging.
We recommend,that you have a spare set of Rayovac
Rechargeable Alkaline batteries. Keep the sets together,
one in use and the other charged and ready to use

meaning that you will have maximum battery power
whenever you need it!
Rayovac Rechargeable Alkaline Batteries are
available in AA, AAA, C and D sizes. Also available in the

Warranty
Rayovac Multi-System PSl Chargers are warranted to
be free of manufacturing defects for one full year from
the date of original consumer purchase. The warranty
does not cover physical damage from accident, misuse
or modification of the Rayovac Multi-System PSI
Charger. Your statutory rights are not affected.
If the product should become defective during the
warranty period, we will replace it free of charge if sent
