STEP 1- Remove any old steps or factory installed side product and hardware from vehicle.
STEP 2- Start installation on the Driver/Left side of the vehicle. Locate the (3) pairs of holes in the pinch weld,
(Figure 1). Move to the front mounting location, (Figure 2). Select the Driver/Left Front Mounting Bracket.
Attach the Bracket to the floor panel with (1) 8mm Hex Bolt, (1) 8mm Lock Washer and (1) 8mm Flat Washer,
(Figure 3). Attach the Bracket to the pinch weld with (2) 6mm Hex Bolts, (4) 6mm Flat Washers and (2) 6mm
Nylon Lock Nuts, (Figure 3). Do not tighten hardware at this time.
STEP 3- Move to the center location, (Figure 4). Select the Driver/Left Center Mounting Bracket. Repeat Steps 2
& 3 to attach the Center Bracket to the center mounting location, (Figure 5).
STEP 4- Move to the rear location, (Figure 6). Select the Driver/Left Rear Mounting Bracket. Repeat Steps 2 & 3
to attach the Rear Bracket to the rear mounting location, (Figure 7).

STEP 5- Select the Driver/Left RX7 Side Steps. With assistance, line up the Side Step to the rear faces of the
Mounting Brackets. Attach the Side Step to the Mounting Brackets with (6) 10mm Hex Bolts, (12) 10mm Flat
Washers and (6) 10mm Nylon Lock Nuts, (Figure 8). Do not tighten hardware at this time.
STEP 6-Level and adjust the Side Step and tighten all hardware.
STEP 7-Repeat Steps 1—6to attach the Passenger/Right RX7 Side Step.
