INTENDED USE
This product has limitaons and should be used in accordance
to these guidelines. Failure to follow these guidelines may result
in damage to the product and injury to the user. It is the
responsibility of the user to ensure the suitability of this product
for its intended use. The user should consult their appropriate
healthcare professional if unsure of the correct product usage
for their unique circumstances.
Only use the Folding Walking Frame
for its intended purpose which is as a
stability aid on which to lean on for
support to maintain balance
whilst standing or walking.
Refer to usage guideline page for informaon
on how to use the Folding Walking Frame in
a safe manner.

4.
SET UP- UNFOLD FRAME
The Folding Walking Frame needs to be unfolded out of the box.
Please follow these steps
to unfold the frame:
1. Rotate out the side
frame that is on the
outside of frame.
2. Rotate out the
other side frame.
A loud ‘click’ will be
heard when the side
frames have been locked
into posion.
The adjustable legs are now
ready to t.
Loud ‘CLICK’
will be hear when
frame is locked into
posion.

ASSEMBLY- FIT REAR GLIDES
Please follow these steps to t rear glides to frame:
1. Put the unfolded frame on its side.
2. Oer up leg with glide to REAR LEG of side frame.
Align holes in leg with press buon on frame.
3. Slide leg onto frame.
4. Push in press buon and connue to slide leg onto frame unl press buon pops
out of hole in leg. (Refer to page 7 for walking frame height adjustment)
5. Repeat process to t other leg with glide onto frame.

Press buon MUST protrude
3mm out from tube when
properly located in place.

ASSEMBLY- FIT FRONT WHEELS
Please follow these steps to t front wheels to frame:
1. Put the unfolded frame on its side.
2. Oer up leg with wheel to FRONT LEG of side frame.
Ensure wheel is facing toward OUTSIDE of frame.
Align holes in leg with press buon on frame.
3. Slide leg onto frame.
4. Push in press buon and connue to slide leg onto frame unl press buon pops
out of hole in leg. (Refer to page 7 for walking frame height adjustment)
5. Repeat process to t other
leg with wheel onto frame.

Straight arm
when holding
walking frame
SET UP- WALKING FRAME HEIGHT ADJUSTMENT
We recommend that the
Folding Walking Frame be set at
the correct height for the user.
The user should be able to hold
onto the hand grip with a straight
arm when using the walking frame.
To adjust the height of the frame:
- Push in press buon and slide leg
onto frame unl press buon pops
out of required hole in leg.
- Repeat process to adjust other
legs onto walking frame.
Use numbers on leg tube to ensure
all legs are set at the same height.

USAGE- FOLDING WALKING FRAME
The Folding Walking Frame can be folded
for storage and transit.
To fold the Walking Frame
follow these steps:
- Press down on
the raised secon
of the plasc part
found on the
upper cross
tube and rotate
in the side frame.
- Rotate in the
other side frame.
To unfold frame refer to page 4.

USAGE GUIDELINES - DO’s + DON’TS
Please follow these guidelines to get the opmal benet
from the Folding Walking Frame.
Failure to follow these guidelines may result in damage
to the Folding Walking Frame and put the user at risk.
The Folding Walking Frame is designed
to take 136kg Maximum Load.
Do not overload the product!
Periodically inspect to the Folding Walking Frame
prior to use to ensure it is in good working order.
(Refer to page 9)
Always adjust the Folding Walking Frame to correct height for the user.
(Refer to page 7)
Never use the Folding Walking Frame to pull yourself up into a standing posion
as it may p over. Use as a balancing aid once standing.
Never hang any objects (ie. bag) o the
Folding Walking Frame as it might p over.
Avoid liing the Folding Walking Frame
o the ground where possible.
Ensure wheels and glides are
in contact with the ground.
Take care when using
Folding Walking Frame
on uneven or wet ground.

PRODUCT CARE - INSPECTIONS / CLEANING
INSPECTIONS
We suggest that the Folding Walking Frame is visually checked periodically for signs of
damage or wear prior to use. Overall check the following:
- Frame has no distoron.
- Hand grips are not damaged or worn.
- Front wheels are not damaged and spin freely (Remove any hair or lint).
- Rear glides are not damaged or worn.
Withdraw the Folding Walking Frame immediately if you suspect damage
or any other fault. If in any doubt, please do not issue or use, but
immediately contact your supplier for service support.
CLEANING
Clean the Folding Walking Frame using
a non-abrasive cleaner or mild detergent
with a so cloth.
Abrasive cleaners or abrasive cleaning
pads could damage the Walking Frame
and should not be used.

11.
WARRANTY
The BASICS by Redgum:
B4070WS - FOLDING WALKING FRAME
is covered by a 12 Month Warranty from the date of purchase.
If the product has any manufacturing faults during this period contact the place of
purchase for assessment. Failures as a result of ACCIDENTAL MISUSE, MODIFICATION
OR WEAR AND TEAR ARE NOT COVERED BY THIS WARRANTY.
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian
Consumer Law. You are entled to a replacement part for a major failure and for
compensaon for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are entled
to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality
and failure does not amount to major failure.
