INTENDED USE
This product has limitaons and should be used in accordance to these guidelines.
Failure to follow these guidelines may result in damage to the product and injury to the
user. It is the responsibility of the user to ensure the suitability of this product for its
intended use. The user should consult their appropriate healthcare
professional if unsure of the correct product usage for their unique circumstances.
Only use your Tri Walker for the purpose for which it intended, which is as a walking aid
that can adjust to suit the users individual requirements. The Tri Walker is designed to
give support and aid to those who cannot, or who lack the condence to, walk
without some level of guidance.
This Tri Walker is intended for indoor and outdoor use.
IMPORTANT NOTE
This equipment MUST be assembled
by a competent person.

ASSEMBLY - UNPACK and INSPECT SUPPLIED PARTS
Ensure you have been supplied with the following parts:

DO NOT USE YOUR PRODUCT and contact your supplier for support.

ASSEMBLY - UNFOLD MAIN FRAME / REAR WHEEL INSTALLATION
UNFOLD MAIN FRAME:
Gently pull the main frame apart unl the spring locks the cross bar open.
Crossbar
REAR WHEEL INSTALLATION:
With the wheel facing toward the outside of the walker - Insert the wheel frame tube
into the main frame tube.
Align the holes and insert the handwheel bolt.
Orientate the hex head of the bolt with the hex hole
on the main frame tube.
Screw on the handwheel and hand ghten suciently.
Repeat process for other wheel frame.

ASSEMBLY - INSTALL HANDLES
With the thumb support on the handle facing toward
the outside of the walker...
Insert the handle tube into the main frame tube.
Allow the handle to go down unl the press buon
contacts the main frame.
Push and hold the press buon down whilst pushing
the handle down.
The press buon will click into posion in the rst hole.
The handle posion should line up with your wrists,
in a standing posion, with your arms relaxed by your side.
Adjust the height of the handle by pushing down the
press buon and moving the handle unl it is at the
correct height seng.
The range of the handle adjustment
is in 25mm increments, from 830mm to 930mm.
Important Note:
Make sure that the head of the press buon
has fully engaged into the hole.
Repeat process for other handle.

ASSEMBLY - INSTALL BAG
The Tri Walker comes standard with a carry bag.
Orientate the bag so the wider part of the bag is facing toward the rear of the walker.
(Pockets on rear of bag to be facing the user)
Slot one of the ‘T-brackets’ on the side of the bag into the slot at the top of the main frame.
Slot the other ‘T-bracket’ onto the main frame.
Finally secure the bag with the safety strap.

The Tri Walker is now ready to use.

OPERATION - USING THE TRI WALKER
Using the Brakes:
Squeeze the brake lever up to apply the brake.
Let go of the brake lever to release the brake.
Note: The brakes are operated independently.
Using the Park Brakes:
Push the brake lever down
unl it locks into posion.
Pull the brake lever up to
unlock the park brakes.
An audible click will be heard
as the brake is released.
Important Note:
Please check the brakes to see if they are working properly
prior to rst use. Failure to do so can result in injury.
Folding the Tri Walker:
Release the bag security strap, then remove the bag by liing it up with the handle.
The ‘T-brackets’ should slide free from the bag slots on both sides.
Note: If the bag is empty it does not need to be removed prior to folding.
Gently, push the cross-bar forwards to release the spring lock.
Push the handles together to fold the Tri Walker.

USAGE GUIDELINES - DO’s + DON’TS
Please follow these guidelines to get the
opmal benet from your Tri Walker.
Failure to follow these guidelines may result
in damage to the Tri Walker and put the user at risk.
115kg Maximum User Weight
The maximum load weight for the Tri Walker bag
must not be greater than 5kg.
Do not hang items from the handles as this will aect the stability of the Tri Walker.
Make sure that the Tri Walker is locked in the open posion before use.
(Refer to page 4 for more informaon)
Ensure ALL three wheels remain on ground at all mes when the Tri Walker is being
used as a walking aid. Do not lean too far to the side or backward causing any
wheels to leave the ground.
Only use Tri walker on level / even ground (should not be used on rough terrain).
Do not use on stairs or escalators and take care on steep hills.
Only use as a walking aid in the forward direcon.
Do not make adjustments to the Tri Walker unless it is staonary.

PRODUCT CARE - INSPECTIONS / SERVICING / CLEANING
INSPECTIONS
We suggest that you check your Tri Walker visually periodically for signs of damage
or wear prior to use.
Please check all aspects of the Tri Walker to ensure that no components are loose or worn.
Withdraw the Tri Walker immediately if you suspect damage or any
other fault. If in any doubt, please do not issue or use, but immediately
contact your supplier for service support.
SERVICING
REDGUM Brand recommend that you should have your Tri Walker serviced every 12 months
or less if used by, or issued to, various users. Servicing should be carried out by an approved
service technician or by REDGUM Brand directly.
Do not t any parts or accessories to your Tri Walker that are manufactured by another
company. To do so will void your warranty and may seriously compromise your safety.
CLEANING
Clean your Tri Walker using a non-abrasive cleaner
or mild detergent with a so cloth.
Abrasive cleaners e.g. AJAX and / or
abrasive cleaning pads could seriously damage
the Tri Walker beyond repair and should not be used.

WARRANTY
Your REDGUM Brand RG4402 - TRI WALKER is covered by a 12 Month Warranty
from the date of purchase.
If the product has any manufacturing faults during this period contact the place of
purchase for assessment. Failures as a result of ACCIDENTAL DAMAGE, MISUSE,
MODIFICATION OR WEAR AND TEAR ARE NOT COVERED BY THIS WARRANTY.
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian
Consumer Law. You are entled to a replacement part for a major failure and for
compensaon for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are entled
to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality
and failure does not amount to major failure.
