Your watch was originally shipped in Power Down Mode to conserve battery life. PRESS & HOLD ANY
KEY for 5 seconds to activate the watch. You will then automatically enter the settings screen so that
you can begin setting the watch. Refer to the SETTINGS section of this manual for details.

To measure your heart rate, simply touch the metal top ring (shown in
red) with your nger while wearing the watch. See Appendix (Acquiring
Heart Rate) for more details if you have any trouble.

To reset all pedometer functions to zero, go to the STEP screen and press
the START/STOP button to stop the pedometer from recording. Then
press & hold the RESET button for 3 secs until the word RESET ashes.
