For a glass-fronted gas appliance where the temperature of the glass
viewing area outside surface exceeds the limits specified in Clause 5.14.4, the following
graphic danger and statements shall be shown on a Class IIIA-2 Permanent Label.

A copy of the label that accompanies each Gi29L gas insert is below. For the State of Massachusetts, installation and repair must be
done by a plumber or gas tter licensed in the Commonwealth
of Massachusetts.
For the State of Massachusetts, exible connectors shall not
exceed 36 inches in length.
For the State of Massachusetts, the appliance's individual manual
shut-o must be a t-handle type valve.
The State of Massachusetts requires the installation of a carbon
monoxide alarm in accordance with NFPA 720 and a CO alarm
with battery back up in the same room where the gas appliance
is installed.

Importantinformation
This appliance is a millivolt standing pilot system tted with the on demand pilot, a safety feature that in the event of seven days of inactivity shuts down
the gas valve completely by extinguishing the pilot light.
Each time the main burner shuts down the seven day timer starts again. While on standing pilot, the control valve is managed manually while the seven-
day inactivity timer is controlled by a circuit board. When the pilot light is extinguished after seven consecutive days of inactivity, the control knob will
remain in the "ON" position. The pilot cannot be relit until the pilot control knob is manually returned to the "OFF" position, restarting the ignition process.
If the unit never goes as long as seven days without a call for heat, the pilot will remain lit until it is manually shut-o. See the instructions in this manual
and on the appliance's lighting instructions plate to light or re-light the pilot.

This appliance is a millivolt standing pilot system
tted with the on demand pilot, a safety feature
that shuts down the gas valve by extinguishing the
pilot light after seven days of inactivity. Each time
the main burner shuts down, manually or through a
call from the thermostat, the seven day timer starts
again. While on these standing pilot systems, the
control valve is adjusted manually and the seven-
day inactivity timer is managed by a circuit board.
If the pilot light extinguishes after seven days of
inactivity, the control knob will remain in the ON
position. The pilot cannot be lit again until the
control knob is manually returned to the OFF
position. If the unit never goes as long as seven
days without a call for heat, the pilot will remain lit
until it is manually shut o. See the instructions in
this manual and on the appliance's lighting
instructions plate to light or relight the pilot.
