1. Einleitung
Es freut uns, dass Sie sich zum Kauf
eines hotty LED Wachstauchgerätes
entschieden haben. Bitte beachten Sie
folgende Hinweise, um eine lange und
problemlose Funktion zu gewährleisten.
2. Anwendungsbereich
Das hotty LED ist ein elektronisch gere-
geltes Wachstauchgerät. Es eignet sich
hervorragend zum Aufschmelzen und
Vorhalten aller gängigen Tauchwachse.
Die Qualität des hotty LED wirkt sich für
Sie in der Anwendung durch die folgenden
Besonderheiten aus:
Die präzise Temperaturregelung
(+/- 2 oC [3,6 oF]) sorgt zum einen für
eine gleichbleibend hochwertige Käpp-
chenqualität. Zum anderen verhindert sie,
zusammen mit der optimal auf die Tempe-
ratursituation reagierenden Heizung, dass
das Wachs überhitzt und damit beschädigt
wird.
Beachten Sie, dass es sich beim Auf-hei-
zen um einen wachsschonenden Vorgang
handelt. Es bedarf einiger Zeit, bis sich
das Wachs vollständig verüssigt hat.
Durch die kontinuierliche Erhöhung der
Arbeitstemperatur ist ausgeschlossen,
dass sich die Temperatur im Wachstopf
über den gewünschten Sollwert erhöht. So
bleibt die Qualität des Wachses erhalten.
Das hotty LED ermöglicht Ihnen optima-
les Arbeiten. Das Gehäuse beispiels-
weise ist so gebaut, dass Sie als Rechts-
oder Linkshänder die Hände auf der
Arbeitsplatte abstützen können, während
Sie am Gerät arbeiten. Außerdem können
Sie den Deckel des Wachstopfes vollstän-
dig aus dem Arbeitsbereich klappen.
2.1 Umgebungsbedingungen
(nach EN 61010-1)
Das Gerät darf nur betrieben werden:
• in Innenräumen,
• bis zu einer Höhe von 2.000 m über
Meereshöhe,
• bei einer Umgebungstemperatur von
5 - 40 ºC [41 - 104 ºF]*),
• bei einer maximalen relativen Feuchte
von 80 % bei 31 ºC [87,8 ºF], linear ab-
nehmend bis zu 50 % relativer Feuchte
bei 40 ºC [104 ºF]*),
• bei Netz-Stromversorgung, wenn die
Spannungsschwankungen nicht größer
als 10 % vom Nennwert sind,
• bei Verschmutzungsgrad 2,
• bei Überspannungskategorie II.
*) Von 5 - 30 ºC [41 - 86 ºF] ist das Gerät bei einer
Luftfeuchtigkeit von bis zu 80% einsatzfähig. Bei
Temperaturen von 31 - 40 ºC [87,8 - 104 ºF] muss
die Luftfeuchtigkeit proportional abnehmen, um die
Einsatzbereitschaft zu gewährleisten (z.B. bei 35 ºC
[95 ºF] = 65 % Luftfeuchtigkeit, bei 40 ºC [104 ºF] =
50 % Luftfeuchtigkeit). Bei Temperaturen über 40 ºC
[104 ºF] darf das Gerät nicht betrieben werden.
3. Gefahrenhinweise
Bei dem hotty LED handelt es
sich um ein elektrisches Gerät
mit Gefahrenpotential. Dieses
Gerät darf nur von autorisierten
Fachkräften nach Überprüfung
der Konformität bezüglich lan-
desspezischen Normen ange-
schlossen / benutzt werden.
Vor Inbetriebnahme Spannung-
sangabe auf dem Geräte-Typen-
schild mit der Netzspannung
vergleichen.
Geräte mit schadhaften Zulei-
tungen oder anderen Defekten
dürfen nicht mehr betrieben
werden.

gelieferten oder freigegebenen
Zubehör- und Ersatzteile ver-
wendet werden. Die Verwendung
von anderen Zubehör- oder
Ersatzteilen kann die Sicherheit
des Gerätes beeinträchtigen,
birgt das Risiko schwerer Verlet-
zungen, kann zu Schäden an der
Umwelt oder zur Beschädigung
des Produkts führen.
3.1 Haftungsausschluss
Renfert GmbH lehnt jegliche Schadenser-
satz- und Gewährleistungsansprüche ab
wenn:
• das Produkt für andere, als die in
der Bedienungsanleitung genannten
Zwecke eingesetzt wird;
• das Produkt in irgendeiner Art und
Weise verändert wird - außer den in
der Bedienungsanleitung beschrie-
benen Veränderungen;
• das Produkt von nicht autorisierten
Stellen repariert oder nicht mit Ori-
ginal Renfert Ersatzteilen eingesetzt
wird;
• das Produkt trotz erkennbarer
Sicherheitsmängel weiter verwendet
wird;
• das Produkt mechanischen Stößen
ausgesetzt oder fallengelassen wird.
4. Bedienelemente (Bild 1)

Netzkabel (C) im Betrieb ent-
rollen (Überhitzungsgefahr im
Kurzschlussfall).
Flüssige Wachse können zu
Verbrennungen führen. Gerät im
Betrieb nicht bewegen!
Das Wachsbecken (F) erhitzt
sich während des Betriebes
auch am Rand. Bei unsachge-
mäßer Anwendung kann dies
zu Verbrennungen führen (auch
noch ca. 30 min. nach dem Aus-
schalten).
Das hotty LED ist ausschließlich
zum Gebrauch mit handelsüb-
lichen Dentalwachsen bestimmt.
Auf keinen Fall mit anderen
Materialien befüllen!
Beachten Sie:
zu volle Becken können über-
schwappen!
Materialien/Stoffe, deren Flamm-
punkt unter 175 ºC [347 ºF] liegt,
dürfen nicht in der Nähe des
hotty LED aufbewahrt oder mit
dem hotty LED in Berührung
gebracht werden.
Nicht nass abspülen oder in
Wasser tauchen! Netzspannung
führt zu Stromschlag.
Es liegt in der Verantwortung
des Betreibers, dass nationale
Vorschriften bei Betrieb und
bezüglich einer wiederholten
Sicherheitsprüfung von elektri-
schen Geräten eingehalten wer-
den. In Deutschland sind dies
die DGUV Vorschrift 3 in Zusam-
menhang mit VDE 0701-0702.

5.2 Einstellen der Soll-
Temperatur
Zur Temperatureinstellung drücken Sie die
Tasten - / + (E), bis der gewünschte Wert
(Solltemperatur) erreicht ist (Bild 9). Die
eingestellte Temperatur bleibt automatisch
nach 5 sec. gespeichert - auch nach Aus-
schalten des Gerätes.
Achtung:
Das Gerät speichert die einge-
stellte Solltemperatur automa-
tisch innerhalb 5 sec. Danach
können Sie das hotty LED über
Schalter (A) oder über eine zen-
trale Stromversorgung ausschal-
ten.
Die Werte bleiben erhalten.
5.3 Der Tauchvorgang (Bild 10)
• Hand gut abstützen.
• Schnell eintauchen, über Präparations-
grenze hinweg.
• Stumpf langsam und gleichmäßig wieder
herausheben.
• Kurz vor Austritt der Stumpfspitze anhal-
ten, damit überschüssiges Wachs ablau-
fen kann.
6. Reinigung und Wartung
Das hotty LED ist wartungsfrei. Reinigen
Sie es von Zeit zu Zeit mit einem weichen,
feuchten Tuch. Verwenden Sie keine
Lösungs- und Reinigungsmittel!
Spülen Sie das hotty LED auf
keinen Fall nass ab!
Kalte Wachsreste können bei abgeschal-
tetem Gerät durch vorsichtiges Schaben
entfernt werden.
Leichtes Erwärmen der Geräteoberäche
mit einem Haartrockner erleichtert die
Reinigung.
5. Inbetriebnahme /
Bedienung
1. Verbindung hotty LED / Steckdose
herstellen (Bild 2).
2. Deckel (B) zurückklappen (Bild 3).
3. Einfüllen des Tauchwachses in das
Heizbecken (F) (Bild 4).
4. hotty LED über Schalter (A) einschal-
ten. Auf der LED-Anzeige (D) erscheint
zuerst die Temperatureinheit
(ºC oder ºF), dann kurz der program-
mierte Sollwert, und anschließend
automatisch der Istwert.
5. In der rechten unteren Ecke der LED-
Anzeige erscheint ein Punkt
(Bild 5). Ist die gewünschte Temperatur
erreicht, erlischt dieser Punkt.
5.1 Einstellen der Temperatur-
einheit °C oder °F
Bitte beachten Sie, dass 230-V-
Geräte werkseitig auf ºC und
120-V-Geräte werkseitig auf ºF
voreingestellt sind !
1. Die Schritte 1 - 4 aus Pkt. 5 müssen
erfüllt sein.
2. Halten Sie die Tasten -und +gedrückt
(Bild 6) und schalten Sie das hotty
LED mit Schalter (A) ein.
3. Auf der LED-Anzeige (D) erscheint die
Temperatureinheit
C = Grad Celsius (Bild 7) oder
F= Grad Fahrenheit (Bild 8).
4. Nach 5 sec. wechselt die Einheit von
Cauf Foder umgekehrt; dann die
Tasten - / +loslassen. Anschließend
sehen Sie kurz den Sollwert, dann
den Istwert der gewählten Temperatur-
einheit.

7. Ersatzteile
Verschleiß- bzw. Ersatzteile nden Sie in
der Ersatzteilliste im Internet unter
www.renfert.com/p918.
Aus der Garantieleistung ausgeschlos-
sene Teile (Verschleißteile, Verbrauchs-
teile) sind in der Ersatzteilliste gekenn-
zeichnet.
Seriennummer, Herstelldatum und Geräte-
Version benden sich auf dem Geräte-
Typenschild.
8. Garantie
Bei sachgemäßer Anwendung gewährt
Renfert auf das hotty LED eine Garantie
von 3 Jahren. Voraussetzung für die
Inanspruchnahme der Garantie ist das
Vorhandensein der Original-Verkaufsrech-
nung des Fachhandels. Ausgeschlossen
aus der Garantieleistung sind Teile, die
einer natürlichen Abnutzung ausgesetzt
sind (Verschleißteile), sowie Verbrauchs-
teile. Diese Teile sind in der Ersatzteilliste
gekennzeichnet.
Die Garantie erlischt bei unsachgemäßer
Verwendung, bei Missachtung der Be-
dienungs-, Reinigungs-, Wartungs- und
Anschlussvorschriften, bei Eigenrepa-
ratur oder Reparatur durch nicht autori-
siertes Personal, bei Verwendung von
Ersatzteilen anderer Hersteller und bei
ungewöhnlichen oder nach den Verwen-
dungsvorschriften nicht zulässigen Einüs-
sen. Garantieleistungen bewirken keine
Verlängerung der Garantie.

1. Introduction
Thank you for purchasing our hotty LED
wax dipping unit.
Please observe the following notices, they
will help provide you a long and problem
free lifetime of your wax dipping unit.
2. Application area
The hotty LED is an electronically regu-
lated wax dipping pot. It is ideally suited
for melting and retaining any conventional
dipping wax.
The hotty LED shows its quality in use
when it comes to the following points:
The precise temperature control
(+/- 2 °C [3.6 °F]) provides you with a very
constant quality of copings. Together with
the heating unit, which reacts to the envi-
ronmental temperature, this excludes the
possibility of over heating and consequent
damage to the dipping wax.
Please be aware that the initial heating
process is very gentle to the dipping wax
and it may take some time before the wax
if fully melted. Thanks to a slow continual
increase of the working temperature,
there is no chance that the temperature
inside the pot will exceed the set point.
The hotty LED offers you optimal work‑
ing conditions. The housing is designed
to let both left and right-handed people
rest their hand on the working table whilst
dipping. In addition, the lid of the wax-dip-
ping unit can be moved completely out of
the working area.
2.1 Environmental conditions
(In accordance with EN 61010-1)
The unit may only be operated:
• Indoors;
• Up to an altitude of 2,000 m [6,500 ft]
above sea level;
• At an ambient temperature of 5 - 40 °C
[41 - 104 °F] *);
• At a maximum relative humidity of 80 %
at 31 °C [87.8 °F], decreasing linearly to
50 % relative humidity at 40 °C [104°F]*);
• With a mains power supply where cur-
rent uctuations do not exceed 10 % of
the nominal value;
• Under level 2 contamination conditions;
• Under overvoltage category II
conditions.
*) Between 5 – 30 °C [41 - 86 °F], the unit can be
operated at a relative humidity of up to 80 %. At
temperatures between 31 - 40 °C [87.8 - 104 °F],
the humidity must decrease proportionally in order
to ensure operational readiness (e.g., at 35 °C
[95 °F] = 65 % humidity; at 40 °C [104 °F] = 50 %
humidity). The unit may not be operated at tempera-
tures above 40 °C [104 °F].
3. Safety Information
hotty LED is an electrical appli‑
ance with a danger potential.
This appliance may be connect‑
ed / used only by authorized and
qualied persons after checking
its conformity with respect to the
national norms.
Before initial use, check the
voltage recommendations on the
name plate (rear side of the unit)
and compare with the mains
supply.
Units with damaged power ca‑
bles or other defects are not to
be used.
Mains supply cable (C) must be
unrolled when in use (danger
of over heating in the event of
short circuit).
Molten wax can cause severe
burns to the skin. Do not move
the unit once in operation.

3.1 Liability Exclusion
Renfert GmbH shall be absolved from all
claims for damages or warranty if:
• The product is employed for any pur‑
poses other than those cited in the
operating instructions;
• The product is altered in any way oth‑
er than those alterations described in
the operating instructions;
• The product is repaired by other than
an authorised facility or if any but
Renfert OEM parts are employed;
• The product continues to be em‑
ployed, despite obvious safety faults;
• The product is subjected to mechani‑
cal jarring or is dropped.

5. Commissioning /
Operation
1. Connect hotty LED to the mains supply
(g. 2).
2. Flip the lid (B) open (g. 3).
3. Fill the pot with dipping wax (F) (g. 4).
4. Turn on the hotty LED by pressing the
button (A). The LED-Display (D) now
shows the chosen temperature setting
(°C or °F), changes then to show the
nominal temperature, then changes
nally to show the actual temperature.
5. The LED-Display shows a small indica-
tor in the bottom right hand corner
(g. 5). As soon as the nominal
temperature has been reached, this
indicator will go out.
The wax melting pot (F) heats
up during use right to the rim.
Incorrect use can lead to burns,
even 30 min. after the unit has
been switched off.
The hotty LED is only intended
for use with conventional dental
dipping wax. Under no circum‑
stances should it be lled with
other materials.
Please remember: overlled pots
can easily overow!
Materials with a ash point
below 175 °C [347 °F] are not to
be stored in the vicinity of or in
contact with the hotty LED.
Do not rinse or dip into water!
Mains supply can cause electric
shock!
It is the responsibility of the op‑
erator that national regulations
during operation and regarding
a repeated safety inspection
of electrical equipment are
complied with. For Germany
these are the regulation 3 by
DGUV (German Statutory Acci‑
dent Insurance) in relation with
VDE (Association for Electri‑
cal & Electronic Technology)
0701‑0702.
Only spare parts and acces‑
sories supplied or authorized
by Renfert GmbH may be used
with this product. If other spare
parts or accessories are used,
this could have a detrimental
effect on the safety of the device,
increase the risk of serious
injury and lead to damage to the
environment or the device itself.

6. Cleaning and
Maintenance
The hotty LED is maintenance free. Wipe
off the surface from time to time using a
damp soft cloth.
Never use detergents or solvents!
Never rinse the hotty LED with
running water!
Cold wax remnants can be removed by
carefully scraping them off.
Lightly warming the surface with a hairdry-
er makes it easier to remove any unwant-
ed wax.
7. Spare Parts
You can nd components subject to wear
and the spare parts on the spare part list
in the internet at www.renfert.com/p918.
The components excluded from the
warranty (such as consumables or parts
subject to wear and tear) are marked on
the spare part list.
Serial number and date of manufacturing
are shown on the type plate of the unit.
8. Guarantee
Under proper use, Renfert warrants the
hotty LED for a period of 3 years. Con-
ditions for the fullment of this warranty
include the presentation of original buyers
receipt from a recognised dealer. Parts
which are subject to natural wear and
tear (wear parts) and consumables are
excluded from the guarantee. These parts
are marked in the spare part list.
Warranty becomes void in a case of
improper use, failure to observe operating,
cleaning, maintenance and connection
instructions. Also in the case of inde-
pendent repairs or repairs carried out by
unauthorised personnel, or if unauthorised
spare parts are used and when inuenc-
es unusual or in noncompliance with the
instructions for use apply. Services carried
out under warranty do not extend the
warranty period.
5.1 Setting the Temperature
scale to °C or °F
Please observe that all 230 V
units are pre-set to centigrade
(°C) and that all 120 V units are
pre-set to Fahrenheit (°F).
1. Steps 1 - 4 (point 5) must be fullled
before doing this.
2. Press and hold buttons ‑ and + (g. 6)
and turn on the hotty LED by pressing
the button (A).
3. The LED-Display (D) now shows
C = degrees Celsius (g. 7) or
F = degrees Fahrenheit (g. 8).
4. After 5 seconds, the display changes
between C and F or vice versa, then
release buttons ‑ / +. Following this,
you will see the nominal temperature
displayed shortly, then the actual tem-
perature.
5.2 Setting the nominal
temperature
To set the temperature, press buttons ‑/+
(E) repeatedly until the required value
is displayed (g. 9). This value is saved
automatically after 5 seconds even after
the unit is switched off.
Notice:
The nominal temperature is
saved automatically within
5 seconds. After that the hotty
LED can be turned off using the
button (A) or the mains supply.
All values will be saved.
5.3 Dipping (g. 10)
• Support the hand well.
• Dip your object quickly into the wax, past
the preparation margin.
• Pull the object back out in a slow move-
ment.
• Hold shortly before the tip of the die
leaves the wax pot, allowing excess wax
to drip off.

2. Applications
Le hotty LED est un réchauffeur de cire à
réglage électronique. Il convient particu-
lièrement pour faire fondre et tenir prêtes
toutes les cires d’immersion courantes.
Le réglage précis de la température
(+/- 2 °C [3,6 °F]) garantit une qualité
supérieure constante des coiffes d’une
part, et empêche d’autre part, en commun
avec le chauffage réagissant de façon
optimale en fonction de la température
existante, que la cire ne soit exposée, à
une température excessive et perde par là
ses propriétés.
Tenez compte du fait que la période de
chauffe est un processus de ménagement
de la cire. Un certain temps est nécessaire
pour que la cire soit totalement liquéée.
Grâce à l’augmentation progressive de
la température de travail, il est exclu que
la température à l’intérieur du réservoir
de cire ne dépasse la valeur théorique
désirée. La qualité de la cire reste ainsi
conservée.
Le hotty LED vous permet de travailler
de façon optimale. Le boîtier est conçu
de sorte que vos mains puissent reposer
sur la surface de travail pendant que vous
travaillez avec l’appareil, que vous soyez
droitier ou gaucher. Par ailleurs, il vous
est possible de rabattre entièrement le
couvercle de l’appareil pour dégager la
zone de travail.
2.1 Conditions d’environnement
(selon EN 61010-1)
Le hotty LED ne doit être utilisé :
• à l’intérieur d’une pièce,
• jusqu’à une hauteur de 2.000 m au-des-
sus du niveau de la mer,
• à une température ambiante de
5 - 40 °C [41 - 104 °F] *),
• à une humidité maximale relative de
80 % à 31 °C [87,8 °F], diminuant
linéairement jusqu’à 50 % de l’humidité
relative à 40 °C [104 °F] *),
• avec une alimentation par secteur, si
les variations de tension ne sont pas
au-delà de 10 % de la valeur nominale,
• avec un degré 2 de pollution,
• avec une surtension de la catégorie II.
*) à une température ambiante de 5 - 30 °C
[41 - 86 °F] l’appareil est opérationnel avec un de-
gré d’humidité atmosphérique allant jusqu’à 80 %.
A des températures de 31 - 40 °C [87,8 - 104 °F]
l’humidité doit diminuer proportionnellement pour
garantir un bonne disponibilité opérationnelle
(par ex. : avec 35 °C [95 °F] = 65 % d’humidité d’
humidité atmosphérique, à 40°C [104°F] = 50 %
d’humidité atmosphérique. A une température
audessus de 40 °C [104 °F] l’appareil ne doit pas
être mis en marche.
3. Consignes de sécurité
Pour ce qui est du hotty LED il
s’agit d’un appareil électrique
avec un potentiel de danger. Cet
appareil ne doit être raccordé /
utilisé que par un personnel au-
torisé compétent après vérica-
tion de la conformité des normes
spéciques du pays.
Avant la mise en service com-
parer la tension indiquée sur la
plaque signalétique de l’appareil
avec celle du secteur.

Seuls les accessoires et pièces
de rechange fournis ou autori-
sés par la société Renfert GmbH
peuvent être utilisés avec ce
produit. L‘utilisation d‘autres ac-
cessoires et pièces de rechange
peut compromettre la sécurité de
l‘appareil, présente un risque de
blessures graves, peut causer
des dégâts à l‘environnement ou
endommager le produit.
3.1 Exonération de la
responsabilité
Renfert GmbH refusera tout droit de
garantie et de compensation de dommage
si :
• Le produit a été utilisé pour d’autres
applications que celles indiquées
dans le mode d’emploi.
• Le produit a été modié d’une façon
ou d’une autre, à l’exception des
transformations indiquées dans le
mode d’emploi.
• L’appareil a été réparé par un person-
nel non autorisé par Renfert, ou bien
si les pièces de rechange remplacées
ne sont pas des pièces d’origine
Renfert.
• L’appareil a été utilisé malgré des
défauts de sécurité reconnaissables.
• L’appareil a été exposé à des chocs
mécaniques ou qu’il a été fait tomber.

Ne plus utiliser l’appareil lorsque
les conduites d’alimentation
sont abîmées ou lorsqu’il pré-
sente d’autres défauts.
Dérouler le câble de distribution
(C) lorsque l’appareil est en
service (risque de surchauffe en
cas de court-circuit).
Des cires liquides peuvent
provoquer des brûlures. Ne pas
bouger l’appareil pendant son
utilisation !
Le bord du réservoir de cire
(F) devient chaud pendant son
emploi. Une mauvaise manipu-
lation peut mener à des brûlures
(même 30 min. après qu’il a été
éteint).
Le hotty LED est uniquement
destiné à être utilisé avec des
cires dentaires en usage dans le
commerce. Ne jamais y placer
d’autres matériaux !
Attention, des réservoirs trop
pleins peuvent déborder !
Les matériaux / substances
dont le point d’inammation est
inférieur à 175 °C [347 °F] ne
doivent pas être conservés à
proximité du hotty LED ou entrer
en contact avec l’appareil.
L’appareil ne doit pas être rincé,
ni être plongé dans de l’eau ! La
tension provoque un coup de
courant.
L’observation des prescriptions
nationales concernant le service
et la vérication de sécurité ré-
pétitive des appareils électriques
est la responsabilité d’opérateur.
En Allemagne il s‘agit de la
prescription 3 de la DGUV
(assurance nationale contre
les accidents) en relation avec
la norme VDE (fédération des
industries de l‘électrotechnique,
de l‘électronique) 0701-0702.

5. Mise en service /
commande
1. Brancher le hotty LED à la prise de
courant (g. 2).
2. Rabattre le couvercle (B) (g. 3).
3. Introduire la cire d’immersion dans la
cuvette chauffante (F) (g. 4).
4. Enclencher le hotty LED à l’aide de la
touche (A). Sur la diode luminescente
(D) apparaît d’abord la température
(°C ou °F), puis brièvement la tempé-
rature prescrite, et nalement automa-
tiquement la valeur effective.
5. Dans l’angle inférieur droit de l’indica-
teur DEL apparaît un point
(g. 5), celuici disparaît lorsque la
température voulue est atteinte.
5.1 Réglage de la température
en °C ou en°F
Veuillez s.v.p. tenir compte du
fait que l’appareil 230 V est pré-
réglé départ usine en °C, l’appa-
reil 120 V en °F.
1. Les pas de 1 à 4 décrits sous le para-
graphe 5 doivent être réalisés.
2. Tenir appuyées les touches –et +
(g. 6). Etablir le contact du hotty LED
à l’aide commutateur (A).
3. Sur l’indicateur DEL (D) apparaît l’unité
de température.
C = degré Celsius (g. 7) ou bien
F = degré Fahrenheit (g. 8).
4. Après 5 secondes l’indicateur de
température passe de ºC en ºF ou bien
inverse; lâcher alors les touches – / +.
Ensuite vous pouvez voir brièvement
la température prescrite puis celle
effectivement obtenue.
5.2 Réglage de la température
qui doit être obtenue
Pour régler la température appuyer sur la
touche + / - (E), jusqu’à ce que la valeur
de la température de travail désirée soit
indiquée (g. 9). La température réglée
reste automatiquement mémorisée après
5 secondes – aussi après que l’appareil ait
été éteint.
Attention:
L’appareil mémorise automati-
quement la température qui doit
être atteinte dans l’intervalle de
5 secondes. Ensuite vous pou-
vez mettre hors circuit le hotty
LED à l’aide du commutateur (A)
ou bien à l’aide du branchement
électrique central. Les valeurs
restent enregistrées.
5.3 L’immersion (g. 10)
• Prendre appui correctement avec la
main.
• Immerger rapidement, au-delà des
limites de préparation.
• Faire sortir le moignon lentement et
régulièrement.
• Avant la sortie de la pointe du moignon,
marquer un temps d’arrêt an de per-
mettre à la cire excédentaire de s’écou-
ler.
6. Nettoyage et entretien
Le hotty LED ne nécessite pas d’entretien.
Nettoyez le de temps en temps avec un
chiffon doux et humide. N’utilisez jamais
à cet effet de solvants ni de produits
détergents !
Ne prenez jamais d’eau pour
nettoyer le hotty LED!
Les restes de cires refroidies se laissent
ôter en les raclant avec précaution une
fois l’appareil éteint.
Pour faciliter le nettoyage, réchauffer
légèrement la surface de l’appareil à l’aide
d‘un sèche cheveux.

Les pièces exclues des droits à la garantie
(pièces soumises à une usure naturelle
et consommables) sont marquées sur le
catalogue des pièces de rechange.
Le numéro de série et la date de fabrica-
tion se trouvent sur la plaque signalétique
de l‘appareil.
8. Garantie
Pour autant que le hotty LED soit utilisé
de manière correcte, Renfert accorde une
garantie de 3 ans sur l’appareil.
Les pièces soumises à une usure natu-
relle ainsi que les pièces consommables
sont exclues des droits à la garantie.
Ces pièces sont marquées sur la liste des
pièces de rechange.
Aucune garantie ne sera accordée en
cas d’emploi incorrect, de nonrespect des
instructions concernant l’emploi, le net-
toyage, l’entretien et le branchement, en
cas de réparation faite de propre initiative
par l’utilisateur ou par un personnel non
autorisé, en cas d’utilisation de pièces de
rechange d’autres marques et de condi-
tions extérieures inhabituelles ou interdites
par les instructions d’emploi. Les presta-
tions fournies dans le cadre de la garantie
ne prolongent pas la durée de la garantie.
