anywherewithin35 metresof the wireless
basestation –depending onthe operating

astation by Location, Genre,Search
Stations,Popularstations and New
stations.
Usethe buttonstopickyoursearch
method, and then press SELECT.
nChoosing location will giveyou an
alphabeticallistofcountriesbroadcasting
internetradio.Press the buttonsto
scrolluntil yourdesired location isappeared
then Press the SELECT. Forexample:

ChangingVolume
Tochange BLIKRadiostation svolume, press
the VOL and VOL button,the
numericalvolumelevelwill be displayed on
the BLIK screen,and BLIKRadiostation will
rememberitspreviousvolumelevelafter
shutdownandpower-up.
ReturningTo MainMenu
Simplypress MENU button.Alternatively,
Press MODE choicethe different mode, except
MPortMode ,and then You can movebackto
BLIKRadiostation stop-line mainmenu at any
timebypressing the button and working
backthroughpreviousmenu.
InternetRadioPresets
BLIKRadiostation canstoreten presetsby
using the preset keyson BLIKitself, orviathe
remotecontrol.Tostorethe currentstation,
press and holdone ofthe presetkeys(on
BLIKitself or
the remotecontrol). Toselect astored station,
simplypress the corresponding preset key.
Requesting aStation
Ifyou want tolisten toaradiostation that is
currentlynotlisted inBLIKRadiostation sstation
list, you can visit the Recivawebsiteat
http://www.reciva.com/ and makearequest to
add the station tothe list.
ResettingBLIKRadiostation
Performing afactoryresetwill completely
resetBLIK smemory,clearing all WEP/WPA
codesand usersettings.This willeffectively
returnBLIKtoitsdefault factorysettings.
‘FactoryReset can be activatedfromBLIK s
‘MainMenu / ‘SystemSetup menu.
Then the displaywill prompt you “Press ‘INFO
toconfirmreset”,
Note:Ifyoudonotwishtoresetthe radio,

nBLIKwill now askyou toset the time. Press SELECT
and usethe buttonstochangethe hour, and
then press SELECT toset. BLIKwill now askyou to
set the minutesinthe sameway.
nAlso, set the dayand press SELECT toconfirm.
SettingAnAlarm
nPress the button toswitchon yourradio, then press
the Alarm button. OrenterMAIN MENU subdirectory
toset it.
nBLIKwill allow youtostorefourdifferent alarm
programsinitsmemory. Select the alarmprogram
you dliketouse-eitherAlarm1orAlarm2etc. by
using the buttons, then pressing SELECT.
nBLIKwill now givetheoption of turning thefour
alarmson oroff. Press SELECT and use to
chooseOFF orON -then press SELECT. Forthis
example, turnAlarm1ON.
nBLIKwill now askyou toset the alarmtime. Press
SELECT and usethe buttonstochangethe
hour, then press SELECT toset. Inthesamewayto
set the minutes.
nBLIKwill askwhat type of wake-up alarmyou would
like-Internet Radio(IR), FM,BuzzerorLast listened.
Usethe buttonstochangemode, thenpress
SELECT toconfirm.
nBLIKallowsyoutoset thevolumelevelbypress the
VOL or VOL buttonstoyourdesirelevel,
then press SELECT toconfirm.
nFinally,Press buttonstoscroll up and downto
SAVE, press SELECT , the alarmicon will appearon
the top line ofBLIK sdisplayat all times.
nTohalt an alarm, pressanybuttonon BLIK skeypad.
Alternatively, tapthe SNOOZE/SLEEP button to
mutethe alarmforapre-defined period, anything
between5 –60 minutes. The default setting is 5
minutes.
nWhen BLIKis inSnoozemode, the Snoozeicon
(zzZzz)will be displayed on-screen.

SleepFunction
nToprogramBLIKtoturnoff afterapre-defined period
of time, press the SNOOZE/SLEEP button. Use
the buttonstodefine the Sleep period which
between15 –90minutesand press SELECT.

line willshow how timewill be expired.

nUsing the connection lead supplied,BLIK™is
transformed intoahigh qualitydigitalaudio

nConnect one end of the supplied audiolead tothe
headphone (orauxiliaryout)socketofyour
sourcedevice,then connecttheotherend tothe
M-Port on theside of BLIK.
nBLIK sLCD screen will nowdisplaythe words
“MPort”.
nYou shouldadjust the outputvolumelevelon both
the sourcedeviceandon BLIKitselftogain
optimalvolumelevels.

Afteryou download and install Windows
MediaPlayer11 forWindowsXP and connect
yourradiotothe network,you needtosetup
mediasharing sothatyou cansharemusic
withyourradio.
The following stepsdescribe howtosetup

1InWindowsMediaPlayer11,click
the small arrowbelowthe Librarytab,
and thenclickMediaSharing.
2IntheMediaSharing dialogue box,
select the Sharemymediacheckbox
3Checkthe “sharemymediato”box.
Inthelist, clickyourRadio*,click
Allow, the selected devicewill now
show agreen tickandthenclickOK.
Ifyourdevicedoesnotappearinthe listof
devices, performthe following steps;
Fromthe "MediaPlayer"menu ofyour
internet radioselect "UPNPServers"
Alist of availablecomputerswill appear.
Select the required computer.
Yourdevicewillnow appearinthe list. If you
want tocheckthat this isyourradio, right click
on thedeviceand select “Properties”:your

Ifyou areexperiencing anyproblemswith

the following ‘troubleshooting guide.
Alternativelyyou can visit the HELPsection

Ifyou havetroubleconnecting BLIKRadiostation to
yourwireless network, thesestepsmayhelp
toresolvethe problem:
1. Confirmthat aRadiostation connectedPC can
access the Internet (i.e. can browsethe
web)using the samenetwork.
2. Checkthat aDHCPserveris available, or
thatyou haveconfigured astatic IPaddress
on the radio.You can configureastatic IP
address on the radiousing the menu item
‘Configure-> NetworkConfig-> Edit Config ,
and thenselect ‘No for ‘Auto(DHCP) .
3. Checkthatyournetwork sfirewall is not
blocking anyoutgoing ports. Asa
minimum, the BLIKneedsaccess toUDP
and TCPports80, 554, 1755, 5000and
7070.
4. Checkyouraccess point doesnot
restrict connectionstoparticularMAC
addresses. You can view the radio sMAC
