IMPORTANT SAFETY FEATURES
BULBS
This lamp has been rated for up to (1) 60-watt maximum
Type A incandescent lightbulb (not included) or up to (1) 9-watt
maximum LED lightbulb (not included). To avoid the risk of fire,
do not exceed the recommended wattage.
DIMMER-SWITCH COMPATIBILITY
This lamp is dimmer-switch compatible.
WARNINGS
All wires are connected. When unpacking, be careful not to pull
wires, as damage may result. Do not connect electricity until the
lamp is fully assembled. To reduce the risk of fire, electrical
shock, or personal injury, always turn off lamp and allow it to
cool prior to replacing the lightbulb. Do not touch or look directly
at the bulb when lamp is illuminated. Keep flammable materials
away from lit bulb.
WARNING: STRANGULATIO N HAZARD
Keep cord at least 3 feet away from cribs, bassinets, and toddler
beds. Keep out of reach of children under 3 years of age.
THIS PRODUCT IS NOT A TOY AND HAS NO PLAY VALUE.
ASSEMBLY AND INSTALLATION
1. Carefully remove all parts from the box and remove all
plastic coverings.
2. Insert harp (C) into the saddle (B).
3. Insert LED bulb (not included) (F) into the socket.
4. Remove the finial (E) by unscrewing in counterclockwise
direction.
5. Place the shade (sold separately) on finial screw plate (D).
6. Reattach the finial (E) and screw in a clockwise direction to
secure the shade.
7. Plug power cord into proper electrical outlet and test lamp.
8. Assembly is complete.
CARE INSTRUCTIONS:
Do not use polishes or cleaners on the lamp.
Wipe clean with soft cloth.
SHUT OFF THE MAIN ELECTRICAL SUPPLY FROM
THE FUSE BOX OR CIRCUIT BREAKER PANEL.
