CATHEDRAL TABLE LAMP
IMPORTANT SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS
For safety purposes, this lamp is equipped with a polarized plug. If
the plug does not fit securely into the outlet, do not force it - contact
a professional electrician. Use the plug with an extension cord only if
it can be fully inserted into the cord’s socket. Never alter the plug in
any way.
Always disconnect the power before installing or replacing bulbs and
before cleaning or other maintenance. This fixture has been rated for
up to four (4) 75-watt medium-base bulbs. To avoid the risk of fire,
do not exceed the recommended wattage.
WARNINGS
All wires are connected. When unpacking, be careful not to pull
wires,as a bad connection may result. Do not connect electricity until
your fixture is fully assembled. To reduce the risk of fire, electrical
shock, or personal injury, always turn off fixture and allow it to cool
prior to replacing the lightbulbs. Do not touch the bulbs when fixture
is turned on or look directly at lit bulbs. Keep flammable materials
away from lit bulbs.

WARNING: Strangulation Hazard
Keep cord at least 3 feet away from cribs, bassinets, and toddler
beds. Keep out of reach of children under 3 years of age.
ASSEMBLY & INSTALLATION
1. Carefully remove all parts from the box and remove all plastic
coverings.
2. Screw (4) bulbs (C) into sockets in lamp body (A).
3. Insert plug into wall outlet to power the fixture. Dimmer
switch (B) is located on the lamp body.
CARE INSTRUCTIONS
Do not use polishes or cleaners on your lamp. Wipe clean with a
soft, dry cloth. Please note that the Lacquered Burnished Brass
finish is a hand-rubbed patina finish, and natural variation will occur
with wear.
