IMPORTANT SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS
INSTALLATION BY A LICENSED ELECTRICIAN IS STRONGLY
RECOMMENDED.
This xture has been rated for one (1) 60-Watt max Type B standard
lightbulb (not included), 13-Watt compact uorescent lightbulb (not
included) or one 5.5-Watt SBLED lightbulb (included). To avoid the
risk of re, do not exceed the recommended wattage.
WARNINGS
All wires are connected. When unpacking, be careful not to pull
wires, as a bad connection may result. Do not connect electricity
until your fixture is fully assembled. To reduce the risk of fire,
electrical shock, or personal injury, always turn off fixture and allow it
to cool prior to replacing the lightbulb. Do not touch or look directly
at the bulb when fixture is illuminated. Keep flammable materials
away from lit bulb.

WARNING: STRANGULATION HAZARD
Keep cord at least 3 feet away from cribs, bassinets, and toddler
beds. Keep out of reach of children under 3 years of age.
ASSEMBLY & INSTALLATION
1. Carefully remove all parts from the box and remove all plastic
coverings.
2. Remove white plastic bushing from inside the bottom opening
of Lower Pole (F) and the top of Lamp Base (G) before
assembling.
3. Join Lower Pole (F), Lamp Base (G) and Base Weight (H)
together. Slide Washer (I) over the threaded nipple protruding
from the bottom of Base Weight (H). Screw Nut (J) onto the
threaded nipple to secure Lamp Base (G) to Lower Pole (F) and
tighten using Wrench (K).
4. Pull the wire until tight.
5. Remove Socket Ring (A) from Threaded Socket (B). Attach
lamp shade (not included) over top of the threaded section of
Threaded Socket (B). Secure shade onto Threaded Socket (B)
with Socket Ring (A).
6. Insert LED Bulb (L) into Threaded Socket (B).
7. Plug into proper electrical outlet and test xture.
8. Assembly is complete.
TO ADJUST HEIGHT:
1. Loosen Threaded Collar (E) in a counterclockwise direction.
2. Adjust lamp by pulling or pushing Upper Pole (D) up or down to
desired height.
3. Tighten Threaded Collar (E) in a clockwise direction.
TO ADJUST SHADE POSITION:
4. Adjust the shade position by swinging Lamp Arm (C) if needed.
CARE INSTRUCTIONS
Do not use polishes or cleaners on the lamp. Wipe clean with a soft,
dry cloth.
