IMPORTANT SAFETY FEATURES
BULBS
This xture has been rated for up to (1) 100-Watt maximum
Type A60 incandescent lightbulb or up to (1) 6-Watt maximum LED
lightbulb. To avoid the risk of re, do not exceed the recommended
wattage.
DIMMER SWITCH COMPATIBILITY
This xture is dimmer-switch compatible, and may only be used with a
TRIAC dimmer switch.
WARNINGS
All wires are connected. When unpacking, be careful not to pull wires,
as damage may result. Do not connect electricity until the xture is
fully assembled. To reduce the risk of re, electrical shock, or personal
injury, always turn o xture and allow it to cool prior to replacing
the lightbulb. Do not touch or look directly at the bulb when xture is
illuminated. Keep ammable materials away from lit bulb.
WARNING: STRANGULATION HAZARD
Keep cord at least 3 feet away from cribs, bassinets, and toddler beds.
Keep out of reach of children under 3 years of age.
THIS PRODUCT IS NOT A TOY AND HAS NO PLAY VALUE.
ASSEMBLY AND INSTALLATION
1. Carefully remove all parts from the box and remove all plastic
coverings.
2. Place Lamp Body (G) on the table.
3. Install Alabaster Shade (D) onto Bracket and secure with Knurled
Screws (F).
4. Insert Bulb (E) into the socket.
5. Place Alabaster Diuser (C) over Harp and secure with Rubber
Washers (B) and Finial (A).
6. Remove the red protective plug cover from the cord with plug.
7. Plug into proper electrical outlet and test xture.
8. Assembly is complete.
CARE INSTRUCTIONS
Do not use polishes or cleaners on the xture. Wipe clean with a soft,
dry cloth.
