GARDER MODE D’EMPLOI
1° - Gardez les commandes de l'automatisme (boutons poussoirs, télécommande etc.) hors
de la portée des enfants. Les commandes doivent être placées au minimum à 1,5 m du
sol, et hors de rayon d’action des pièces mobiles.
2° - Il faut donner les commandes d'un lieu, où on peut voir la porte.
3° - Il faut utiliser les émetteurs seulement si on voit la porte.
4° - Avant d’exécuter quelconques opérationd’installation, réglage, entrietien de l’installation,
couper la tension avec l’interrupteur magnétothermique approprié connecté en amont.
5° - Avertissements: Sur les autres mesures de Protection contre les risques relatifs a
l'installation ou l'utilisation du Produit, voir, à titre de complément de ce livret
d'instructions, les Avertissements RIB ci-jointes. Dans le cas où celles-ci ne vous
seraient pas parvenues, en demander l'envoi immédiat au Bureau d’Exportation de RIB.

1° - Bewahren Sie die Geräte für die automatische Bedienung (Drucktaster, Funksender,
u.s.w.) an einem für Kinder unzugänglichen Platz auf. Die Steuerungen müssen auf
einer Mindesthöhe von 1,5 m angebracht werden und sich ausserhalb der Raumes
der bewegenden Teile befinden.
2° - Die automatische Steuerung darf nur bedient werden, wenn das Tor sichtbar ist.

CONTROLLO PRE-INSTALLAZIONE
Le ante devono essere solidamente fissate ai cardini delle colonne, non
devono flettere durante il movimento e devono muoversi senza attriti.
Prima d'installare il KING è meglio verificare tutti gli ingombri necessari per poterlo
installare.
Se il cancello si presenta come da Fig. 2 non occorrono modifiche.
N.B. È obbligatorio uniformare le caratteristiche del cancello alle norme e leggi vigenti.

PRÜFUNG VON DER MONTAGE
Das Flugeltor muß fest an der Angelpunkten der Träger fixiert sein, darf
sich während der Bewegung nicht biegen und ohne Reibung bewegen.
Bevor KING montiert wird ist es besser alle Hindernisse, die bei der Montage auftreten
können festzustellen.
Bei einem Tor wie in Abbildung 2 müssen keine Veränderungen vorgenommen werden.
ACHTUNG: Mann ist verpflichtet die Eigenschaften des Gittertores mit Gesetznormen in
Einklang zu bringen
CONTROLE PRE-INSTALLATION
Le portail à battant doit être solidement fixé aux cardans des colonnes,
ne doit pas flechir pendant le mouvement et doit pouvoir manoeuvrer sans effort.
Avant d'installer le KING, il convient de verifier tous les encombrements necessaires
pour proceder à l'installation.
Si le portail se presente comme indiqué Fig. 2, aucune modification n'est necessaire.

vigueur

PRE-INSTALLATION CHECKS
The leaf must be fixed firmily on the hinges to the pillars, must not be
flexible during the movement and must move without frictions.
Before the installation of KING, verify all dimensions etc.
There's no need for any modification, if the gate is like that shown in Fig. 2.
ATTENTION: It is compulsory to conform the gate characteristics to the current
regulations and laws.

SUIVRE TOUTES INSTRUCTIONS POUR UNE CORRECTE INSTALLATION
1° - Ce manuel d'instruction est adressé seulement au personnel specialisé qui a une
connaissance des critères de construction et des dispositifs de protection contre les accidents en ce
qui concerne les portails, les portes et les portes cochères motorisées (suivre les normes et les lois
en vigueur).
2° - A fin de procéder à l'entretien des parties électriques, connecter à l'installation un disjoncteur
differentiel magneto thermique (qui disconnait toutes les branchements de la ligne avec ouverture
min. des branchements de 3 mm ) et qui soit conforme aux normes internationales.
3° - Pour la section et le type des câbles à installer nous vous conseillons d’utiliser un cable <HAR>
avec une section min de 1,5 mm2en respectant quand même la norme IEC 364 et les normes
nationales d'installation.

2° - Se non é previsto nella centralina elettrica, installare a monte della medesima un'interruttore di tipo

construction criteria and of the accident prevention protection devices for motorized gates and
doors (according to the current regulations and laws).
2° - To maintain electrical parts safely it is advisable to equip the installation with a differential thermal
magnetic switch (onnipolar with a minimum opening of the contacts of 3mm) and must comply
with the international rules.
3° - As for electric cable type and section RIB suggests cable type <HAR> with minimum section of
1,5mm2and however respect IEC 364 rule and general national security regulations.

1° - Diese Montageanweisung ist ausschließlich für geschultes Fachpersonal bestimmt, das
mit den Montagevorschriften und den Schutzvorrichtungen zur Verhinderung von Unfällen bei
motorisierten Toren vertraut ist (nach den aktuellen Normen und Gesetzen).
2° - Für die Wartung der elektrischen Teile ist es ratsam, zwischen der Anlage und dem
Netzanschluß einen magnetisch-thermischen Differenzialschalter (mit Mindestöffnung aller
Kontakte von 3 mm) zu montieren, der alle internationalen Normen entspricht.
3° - Für den Kabelquerschnitt und die Kabeltypen halten Sie sich an den Normen IEC 364 (Mindest-
Kabelquerschnitt von 1,5 mm2mit der Bezeichnung <HAR>) und für die Montage an die Normen
des jeweiligen Landes.

CARATTERISTICHE TECNICHE MOTORIDUTTORE
KING è una serie di motoriduttore irreversibili, con frizione elettrica,
utilizzati per movimentare cancelli a battente con ante lunghe fino a 4,5m (Fig. 2).
La serie KING è stata concepita per funzionare senza finecorsa elettrici, ma solo
meccanici.
Quando è arrivato in battuta il motore funziona ancora per qualche secondo, fino a
quando non interviene il timer di funzionamento della centralina di comando (o
l’ENCODER se versione PLUS o 12V PLUS).

TECHNISCHE DATEN DES ANTRIEBES
KING ist eine Serie von selbsthemmenden Antrieben mit elektrischer
Rutschkupplung die für Drehtore mit den Torflügen bis zu 4,5 mt verwendbar sind (Fig.2).
Nach Erreichen des Endanschlags bleibt der Motor noch einige Sekunden lang bis zum
Ausschalten durch die Zeitschaltuhr der Steuerzentrale (oder durch den ENCODER bei
dem Bautyp PLUS und 12V PLUS) in Betrieb.
CARACTERISTIQUES TECHNIQUES DU MOTOREDUCTEUR
KING est une série de motoréducteur irréversibles, avec friction
eléctrique, utilisé pour movimenter des portails à battans jusqu'à 4,5 m de longeur
(Fig.2).
Lorsqu'il arrive en fin de course, le moteur marche encore pendant quelques secondes,
tant que n'intervient pas le temporisateur de fonctionnement de l'unité de commande (ou
le CODEUR si version PLUS ou 12VPLUS).

TECHNICAL CHARACTERISTICS OF THE OPERATOR
KING is a series of linear irreversible actuators, with electronic thrust
control suitable for opening gates with a leaf length of up to 4,5 metres (Fig.2).
The KING operators use mechanical stoppers, thus avoiding the need for electrical limit
switches.
On reaching the travel limit, the motor continues to operate for a few seconds, until the
timer of the control unit (or the ENCODER in the PLUS and 12VPLUS versions) cuts in.

FIXATION DE L'ATTACHEMENT DU MOTEUR A LA COLONNE
Lors de l'installation du KING, il est necessaire de respecter certaines
mesures afin d'obtenir un mouvement correct du vantail (Fig. 3).
Si la colonne est en fer, il est possible de sonder directement la fixation.
Si la colonne est en ciment, proceder toujours avec une plaque comme indique Fig. 4, et
la fixer avec quatre Fischer de Ø 8 mm.
Il est aussi possible de sceller la fixation dans la colonne en soudant une agrafe a sa
base, voir Fig. 5.
Ensuite poursuivre l'installation en soudant sur le vantail la fixation pour le dispositif
d'entrainement du portail, en respectant les mesures prevues (Fig. 3, ).
En cas de mur parallèle au portail lorsque celui-ci est ouvert il est necessaire de
pratiquer une niche pour loger le motoreducteur.
FISSAGGIO ATTACCO MOTORE A COLONNA
Installando il KING è necessario rispettare alcune misure per avere un
corretto movimento dell'anta (Fig. 3).
Se la colonna è in ferro le si può saldare direttamente l'attacco.
Se la colonna è in cemento si utilizza la piastra come in Fig. 4 e la si fissa con quattro
Fischer di Ø 8 mm.
Altro intervento possibile consiste nel murare l'attacco nella colonna saldandogli alla
base una zanca come in Fig. 5.
Proseguendo nell'installazione si deve saldare sull'anta l'attacco per il traino del cancello,
osservando naturalmente le quote previste (Fig. 3, ).
In caso si abbia il muro parallelo al cancello quando questo è aperto, può essere
necessario praticare una nicchia per dare una sede all’operatore.
BEFESTIGUNG DES ANTRIEBES AUF DIE SÄULE
Um KING zu montieren, müssen einige Maße beachtet werden, damit
eine richtige Bewegung des Torflügels gegeben ist (Abb. 3).
Falls der Torträger aus Eisen ist, kann man die Verankerung direkt anschweißen.
Bei einem Torträger aus Zement bedient man sich einer Platte wie in Abb. 3, die man mit
4 Fischer-Dübel Ø 8 mm anschraubt.
Man kann die Verankerung auch in den Träger einmauern.
Dazu schweißt man am Sockel einem Haken an (wie in Abb. 5).
Nacher wird auf den Torflügel der Anschluß für die Förderschnecke geschweißt.
Die vorgesehenen Maße sind naturlich zu beachten (Abb. 3, ).
Im Falle, es existiert eine Maurer, die parallel zum Tor im offenen Zustand läuft, ist es
notwendig eine Wandvertiefung zu schaffen, um Platz für den Motorantrieb zu haben.
FIXING THE ACTUATOR ATTACHMENT TO THE COLUMN
To obtain a correct movement of the leaf gate it is necessary to respect
the measures (Fig. 3).
If there is an iron pillar you can weld the attachment directly.
If there is a cement pillar, you can use the fixing plate as in Fig. 4 which is fastened with
4 Fischer-screws of Ø 8 mm.
There is also the possibility to cement the attachment welding an anchor at its base Fig.
5 .
Naturally you have to respect predetermined fixing measures.
Afterwards you must weld the other actuator's attachment to the gate (Fig. 3, ).
In the case you have a wall parallel with the open gate, you must provide a niche in
which to place the operator.

cancello sullo spigolo.

Saldare lo zocchetto alla giusta altezza (Fig.3- ).
Installare il KING provando più volte ad aprire e chiudere controllando che il profilo
coprivite non sfreghi nel cancello in movimento.

Schweißen Sie den Sockel in der richtigen Höhe (Abb. 3- ) an.
Befestigen Sie KING und versuchen Sie mehrere Male zu öffnen und zu schließen,
Kontrollieren Sie dabei, daß das Profil der Schraubenabdeckung das Tor in Bewegung
nicht berührt.

REGOLAZIONE FINECORSA MECCANICI
Per posizionare i fermi si deve agire come da schema (Fig. 8).
Per ottenere l'apertura desiderata è sufficiente spostare il fermo (A) e bloccarlo con una
chiave fissa n°13.
Per ottenere la chiusura desiderata si dovrà spostare il fermo (B) (OPZIONALE).
FISSAGGIO PIASTRINA FERMO MECCANICO (FIG.9)
1) Dopo aver ottenuto l’apertura desiderata dell’anta, posizionare il fermo meccanico e
con chiave da 13mm serrare la vite 8MA.
2) Avvitare i 2 grani con chiave a brugola da 3mm in modo che la punta dei grani incida
l’alluminio.
EINSTELLUNG DES MECHANISCHEN ENDSCHALTERS
Um die Endschalter einzustellen, müssen Sie wie in der Abbildung
handeln (Abb. 8). Um die erwünschte Offnungsweite einzustellen, genüngt es, die
Endschalter (A) zu verstellen und sie mit Hilfe eines Imbusschlüßels an der
Mutterschraube festzuziehen. Um die erwünschte Schliessweite einzustellen, müssen
Sie die Endschalter (B) verstellen.
BEFESTIGUNG DER MECHANISCHE ENDSCHALTERPLATTE (FIG.9)
1) Nach die gewünschte Öffnung der Flügel, die mechanische Endschalter positionieren
und mit einem Schluessel von 13mm die Schraube 8 Umdrenungen anziehen.
2) Schrauben Sie die 2 Inpusschrauben mit einem 3mm Schlüssel so weit ein, das die
Spitzen das Gehäuse des KING berühren.
MECHANICAL STOPPER ADJUSTMENT
To adjust the stoppers you have to follow the scheme (Fig. 8).
To obtain the desired opening limit it's sufficient to adjust the stopper (A) and to tighten it
with a key n°13.
To obtain the desired closing limit you must adjust the stopper (B) (OPTIONAL).
FIXING OF THE MECHANICAL STOPPER PLAQUE (FIG.9)
1) After deciding the required opening of the door, position the mechanical stopper and
block the 8MA screw with a 13mm key.
2) Turn clockwise the 2 allen screws with a 3mm Allen key so that a bit of the allen
screws cut the aluminium.
REGLAGE FINS DE COURSE MECANIQUES
Pour positionner les colliers, il est necessaire agir selon les indications
du schema (Fig. 8). Pour obtenir l'ouverture desirée, il suffit de déplacer le collier (A) et
de le bloquer avec une clé n°13. Pour obtenir la fermeture desirée, il est necessarie de
deplacer le collier (B) (OPTIONAL).
FIXATION DE LA PLAQUE DU FIN DE COURSE MÉCANIQUE (FIG.9)
1) Après avoir obtenu l’ouverture de la porte désirée, positionner le fin de course
mécanique et serrer la vis 8MA avec la clé de 13mm.
2) Serrer les 2 vis pointenaux avec une clé BTR de 3mm de sorte que la pointe des
marque l’aluminium.

movimento evitando così il pericolo di schiacciamento o convogliamento come richiesto
dalle nuove norme europee prEN12453 e prEN12445) senza dover applicare bordi
sensibili.
- I modelli KING PLUS 12V vengono normalmente collegati a centraline dotate di lettore
di Encoder per il rilevamento ostacolo. In caso di ostacolo durante la corsa questi
operatori invertono immediatamente il movimento evitando così il pericolo di
schiacciamento o convogliamento. Sono inoltre dotati di rallentamento in accostamento
sia in apertura che in chiusura.
Si consiglia l'utilizzo delle centraline elettroniche di comando:
- EURO 1 PLUS FE per 1 KING monofase ed AQM22-FE o EURO 2 PLUS FE per 1 o 2
KING monofasi.
Non sono utilizzabili i quadri AQM per gestire gli ENCODER dei KING PLUS monofasi.
- EURO 1 PLUS 12V per 1 KING PLUS 12V ed EURO 2 PLUS 12V per 1 o 2 KING
PLUS 12V.

SECURITES ELECTRIQUES
Adapter les installation du parties electriques aux normes et lois en
vigueur.
- Les modèles KING PLUS monophasés sont équipés d'un CODEUR pour la détection
d'obstacles. En cas d'obstacle pendant la course, ces dispositifs de sécurité
intervertissent immédiatement le mouvement en évitant ainsi tout risque d'écrasement
ou d'entraînement (conformément aux nouvelles normes européennes prEN12453 et
prEN12445) sans devoir installer de bords sensibles.
- Les modèles KING PLUS 12V sont normalement reliés à des blocs moteurs équipés
de détecteurs d'encodeur pour la détection d'obstacles. En cas d'obstacle pendant la
course, ces dispositifs de sécurité intervertissent immédiatement le mouvement en
évitant ainsi tout risque d'écrasement ou d'entraînement. Ils sont par ailleurs pourvus
d'un dispositif de ralentissement lors de l'approche, aussi bien à l'ouverture qu'à la
fermeture.
Il est conseillé d'utiliser les blocs moteurs électroniques :
- EURO 1 PLUS FE pour 1 KING monophasé et AQM22-FE ou EURO 2 PLUS FE pour 1
ou 2 KING monophasés.
Les tableaux AQM ne peuvent pas être utilisés pour gérer les CODEURS des KING
PLUS monophasés.
- EURO 1 PLUS 12V pour 1 KING PLUS 12V et EURO 2 PLUS 12V pour 1 ou 2 KING
PLUS 12 V.
ELECTRICAL SAFETY DEVICES
The installation must be installed according to the current regulations and
laws.
- Single-phase KING PLUS models are equipped with ENCODERS for obstacle
detection. If an obstacle is encountered during movement these actuators go
immediately into reverse so as to prevent any danger of crushing or dragging (as
required by new European regulations prEN12453 and prEN12445) without having to fit
edge sensors.
- KING PLUS 12V models are normally connected to control units fitted with an Encoder
reader for the detection of obstacles. If an obstacle is encountered during the
movement these actuators go immediately into reverse so as to prevent any danger of
crushing or dragging. They also incorporate a deceleration system that slows down the
movement on approaching the travel limit, both when opening and when closing.
It is recommended that the following electronic control units be used:
- EURO 1 PLUS FE for 1 single-phase KING and AQM22-FE or EURO 2 PLUS FE for 1
or 2 single-phase KING.
AQM panels cannot be used to control single-phase KING PLUS units with ENCODERS.
- EURO 1 PLUS 12V for 1 KING PLUS 12V and EURO 2 PLUS 12V for 1 or 2 KING
PLUS 12V.
For connections and technical data of accessories refer to the appropriate booklets.
ELEKTRISCHE SICHERHEITEN
Die Installation muß nach den aktuellen Gesetznormen installiert
werden.
- Die Einphasen-Modelle KING PLUS sind mit einem ENCODER für die Erfassung von
Hindernissen ausgestattet. Sobald während des Laufes ein Hindernis erfasst wird, kehrt
der Encoder die Bewegung um und vermeidet so die Gefahr von Quetschungen oder
Mitreißen (entsprechend den neuen europäischen Richtlinien prEN 12453 und prEN
12445), ohne berührungsempfindliche Kanten einbauen zu müssen.
- Die Modelle KING PLUS 12V werden gewöhnlich für die Hinderniserfassung an
Schalttafeln mit Encodersensoren angeschlossen, die bei Auftreten eines Hindernisses
beim Schließen oder Öffnen zur Vermeidung von Unfällen durch Quetschungen oder
Mitreißen die Bewegung sofort umkehren. Sie sind darüber hinaus mit einem
Näherungssensor zum Abbremsen des Schließ- und Öffnungs-vorgangs ausgestattet.
Es wird die Verwendung folgender elektronischer Steuertafeln empfohlen:
- EURO1PLUS-FE für Einphasen-Modell KING und AQM22-FE oder EURO2PLUS-FE
für KING mit 1 oder 2 Einphasenmotoren.
Die Schalttafeln AQM sind nicht für die Steuerung der ENCODER der Einphasen-
Modelle KING PLUS verwendbar.
- EURO1PLUS12V für KING PLUS 12V mit 1 Motor und EURO2PLUS12V für KING
PLUS 12V mit 1 oder 2 Motoren.

entsprechenden Bedienungshandbücher.

FORCE ADJUSTMENT
There is no mechanical force adjustment with the KING.
Single-phase KING units require an AQM-FE or EURO-FE type electronic panel,
equipped with electronic force regulator.
In single-phase KING PLUS units, the actuator is equipped with an ENCODER to detect
an obstacle. The recommended control equipment for this type of actuator is the
EURO1PLUS-FE type electronic control units for 1 single-phase motor and
EURO2PLUS-FE type units for 1 or 2 single-phase motors.
AQM panels cannot be used to control ENCODERS for single-phase KING PLUS units.
In the case of the 12V KING PLUS The recommended control equipments are the
EURO1PLUS12V or EURO2PLUS12V control units.
REGOLAZIONE FORZA DI SPINTA
Nel KING il regolatore di forza meccanico non è presente.
Nei KING monofasi è necessario utilizzare un quadro elettronico tipo AQM-FE o EURO-
FE dotato di regolatore di forza elettronico.
Nei KING PLUS, l’operatore é dotato di un ENCODER per determinare il rilevamento di
un’ostacolo. Per gestire questo tipo di operatore si consiglia l'utilizzo delle centraline
elettroniche di comando EURO1PLUS-FE per 1 motore monofase ed AQM22-FE o
EURO2PLUS-FE per 1 o 2 motori monofasi.
Non sono utilizzabili i quadri AQM per gestire gli ENCODER dei KING PLUS monofasi.
Nel modello KING PLUS 12V è necessario utilizzare le centraline EURO1PLUS12V o
EURO2PLUS12V.
REGLAGE DE LA FORCE
Le KING n'est pas pourvu de limitateur de force mécanique.
Sur les versions KING monophasées, utiliser un tableau électronique de type AQM-FE
ou EURO-FE équipé d'un régulateur de force électronique.
Sur les versions KING PLUS monophasées, le dispositif de sécurité est équipé d'un
CODEUR pour déterminer la détection d'un obstacle. Pour gérer ce type de dispositif de
sécurité, il est conseillé d'utiliser des coffrets électroniques EURO1PLUS-FE pour 1
moteur monophasé et EURO2PLUS-FE pour 1 ou 2 moteurs monophasés.
Les tableaux AQM ne peuvent pas être utilisés pour gérer les CODEURS des KING
PLUS monophasés.
Sur le modèle KING PLUS 12V utiliser des coffrets électroniques EURO1PLUS12V ou
EURO2PLUS12V.

CONNECTION TO THE POWER SUPPLY (Fig.1)
In single-phase KING units, terminals 1-2-3 of the motor connector
must be connected respectively to terminals V-W-U of the control panel.
In 12Vdc KING units, terminals 1-2 of the motor connector must be connected
respectively to the +and -- terminals on the control panel.
CONNECTION TO THE (PLUS versions only)
KING PLUS units are equipped with a built-in ENCODER.
Connect terminals 1 / 2 / 3 of the connector connected to ENCODER (5Vdc) to
terminals S / + / --

SBLOCCO DI EMERGENZA
In caso di mancanza di corrente, per poter agire manualmente sul
cancello è sufficiente inserire l’apposita chiave e ruotarla 3 volte in senso antiorario (Fig.
10).
I modelli KING PLUS 12V hanno le centraline elettroniche di comando EURO1PLUS12V
e EURO2PLUS12V collegabili ad una batteria tampone in grado di azionare i motori
anche in mancanza di corrente e questo riduce notevolmente la necessità di intervenire
manualmente sullo sblocco.
ATTENZIONE: Sbloccando i KING PLUS con tensione presente e muovendo le
ante gli encoder perderanno il riferimento della posizione delle ante.
Per ripristinare il corretto funzionamento del cancello sarà necessario togliere e
ridare corrente e dare un comando.
MANOEUVRE DE SECOURS
Pour actionner le portail manuellement il est necessaire introduire la clé
appropriée dans la serrure et la tourner 3 fois dans le sense anti-horarie (Fig.10).
Les modèles KING PLUS 12 V ont les blocs moteurs électroniques EURO1PLUS12V et
EURO2PLUS12V pouvant être reliés à une batterie tampon en mesure d'actionner les
moteurs même en cas de coupure de courant, ce qui réduit sensiblement la nécessité
d'intervenir manuellement pour le déblocage.
ATTENTION: En débloquant les KING PLUS sous tension et en déplaçant les
vantaux les codeurs perdront le repère de la position des vantaux.
Pour rétablir le fonctionnement du portail il faudra couper le courant et le rétablir
et donner une otre commande.
EMERGENCY RELEASE
To move the gate manually it is necessary to release the operator
inserting the special key and turning it 3 times in the anti-clockwise sense (Fig. 10).
The KING PLUS 12V models have EURO1PLUS12V and EURO2PLUS12V electronic
control units that can be connected to a backup battery so that the motors can be
operated even during a power cut, and this considerably reduces the need to operate the
unlocking device manually.
WARNING: When a.c. powered KING PLUS units are unlocked with the power up
and the gates are moved the encoders will lose the gate position references.
To restore the gate to normal operation it will be necessary to switch the power off
and on and give one command.
NOTENTRIEGELUNG
Um das Tor des Modells KING manuell zu bedienen, müßen Sie den
dafür vorgesehenen Schlußel in das Schloß stecken und ihn dreimal entgegen dem
Uhrzeigersinn drehen (Abb. 10).
Die elektronischen Steuertafeln EURO1PLUS12V und EURO2PLUS12V der Modelle
KING PLUS 12V können mit einer Pufferbatterie verbunden werden, die bei einem
Stromausfall die Speisung der Motoren übernimmt und die Notwendigkeit einer
manuellen Entsperrung praktisch überflüssig macht.
ACHTUNG: Erfolgt die Entsperrung der KING PLUS bei anliegender Spannung
und werden die Torflügel bewegt verlieren die Encoder die Bezugspunkte der
Torflügelposition.
Um die korrekte Arbeitsweise des Gittertors wieder herzustellen die Stromzufuhr
zu der elektronischen Steuertafel aus- und wieder einschalten und einen neuen
Befehl geben.

MANUTENZIONE
Da effettuare solamente da parte di personale specializzato dopo
aver tolto l'alimentazione elettrica.
Ogni anno ingrassare i cardini e controllare la forza di spinta esercitata dall’operatore
sull'anta.
Ogni due anni è consigliabile lubrificare la madrevite con del grasso siliconico. In caso di
problemi nell'installazione consultare la "TABELLA DEI POSSIBILI PROBLEMI".
ENTRETIEN
Effectuer soulement par personnel specialisé après avoir coupé
l'alimentation.
Tous les ans, graisser les gonds et contrôler la force de poussée exercée par le
motoréducteur sur le portail. Tous les deux ans, il est conseillé de lubrifier la vis-mère
avec une graisse à base de silicone. En cas de difficultes lors de l'installation, consulter
le "TABLEAU DES DIFFICULTES POSSIBLES".
MAINTENANCE
To be undertaken only by specialized staff after disconnecting
power supply.
Lubricate the hinges and check the oil level and thrust force generated by the operator
on the gate once a year.
Lubricate the nut screw with silicon grease every two years. If there are any problems
during installation, consult the “LIST OF POSSIBLE PROBLEMS”.
WARTUNG
Die Wartungsarbeit nur durch spezialiesierten Fachleuten nach der
Ausschliessung der Spannung auszuführen.
Einmal jährlich sind die Angelzapfen zu schmieren und die vom Getriebemotor
ausgeübte Antriebskraft. Es wird empfohlen, alle zwei Jahre die Schnecke mit Silikonfett
zu schmieren. Sofern Installationsprobleme auftreten, ziehenSie die “TABELLE VON
EVENTUELLEN PROBLEMEN” zu Rate.

BATTERY RECHARGE CARD

La scheda di ricarica della batteria è collegabile solo ai quadri EURO12V e viene
utilizzata per la ricarica costante della batteria.
Durante il funzionamento normale il trasformatore alimenta direttamente i motori (per
permettere un uso intensivo)
In mancanza di correte un relé sulla scheda di ricarica si disattiva e la batteria
alimenta istantaneamente il sistema. Si consiglia di utilizzare il funzionamento con
batteria solo per la manovra necessaria in attesa del ritorno della tensione.
La carte de recharge de la batterie ne peut être connectée que sur les armoires
EURO12V et est utilisée pou tenir une charge constante.
Pendant le fonctionnement normal, c’est le transformateur qui alimente directement
les moteurs (afin de permettre un esage intensif).
En absence de tension un elais situé sur la carte chargeur met en fonctionnement
instantanement la batterie. il est conseiler de n’utiliser la batterie que pour les
manoeuvres nécessaires jusq’au retour du courant.
The battery recharge card can only be connected to EURO12V panels, and is used
for constant recharging of the battery.
During normal operation the transformer powers the motors directly (to allow for
intensive use)
In the absence of current, a relay on the recharge card is deactivated and the battery
immediately powers the system. It is recommended that battery-powered operation
be limited to the absolute minimum time necessary until normal power is restored.
Die Aufladeplatine der Batterie kann nur an die Schalttafeln EURO12V
angeschlossen werden und dient zur kontinuierlichen Batterieaufladung.
Bei Normalbetrieb speist der Transformator direkt die Motoren (um einen starken
Gebrauch zu ermöglichen).
Bei einem Stromausfall wird ein Relais auf der Aufladeplatine deaktiviert und die
Batterie übernimmt umgehend die Stromversorgung des Systems. Es wird
empfohlen, den Batteriebetrieb nur für notwendige Betätigungen in Erwartung der
Stromrückkehr anzuwenden.

La scheda EURO con 1 relé serve per attivare delle luci di cortesia (o altro) per 1
secondo o 3 minuti.
Con la scheda EURO con 3 relé il primo relé serve per attivare delle luci di cortesia o
altro per 1 secondo o 3 minuti. I restanti due relé comandano 2 automazioni
utilizzando i canali B e C dei telecomandi.
La scheda EURO con 3 relé non è compatibile con le centraline EURO versione
CRX ed ha bisogno che venga installato un radio ricevitore RIB settato sul
funzionamento quadricanale.
La carte EURO à 1 relais sert à activer des lumières de courtoisie (ou autre) pendant
1 seconde ou 3 minutes.
Avec la carte EURO à 3 relais, le premier relais sert à activer des lumières de
courtoisie ou autre pendant 1 seconde ou 3 minutes. Les deux autres relais
commandent 2 automations utilisant les canaux B et C des télécommandes.
La carte EURO à 3 relais n'est pas compatible avec les blocs moteurs EURO version
CRX et nécessite l'installation d'un radio récepteur RIB configuré sur le
fonctionnement à quatre canaux.
The EURO card with 1 relay serves to activate the courtesy lights (or other
accessories) for 1 second or 3 minutes.
With the 3-relay EURO card, the first relay activates the courtesy light or other
accessory for 1 second or 3 minutes. The remaining 2 relays pilot 2 automatic
functions using channels B and C on the remote controls.
The EURO card with 3 relays is not compatible with CRX type EURO control units,
and requires installation of a RIB radio receiver set for four-channel operation.
Die Platine EURO mit 1 Relais dient zum Einschalten der Torbeleuchtung (oder
anderes) für 1 Sekunde oder 3 Minuten.
Bei der Platine EURO mit 3 Relais dient 1 Relais für das Einschalten der
Torbeleuchtung (oder anderes) für 1 Sekunde oder 3 Minuten. Die beiden anderen
Relais dienen für Automatisierungen und benutzen die Kanäle B und C der
Fernbedienungen.
Die Platine EURO mit 3 Relais ist nicht mit den Schalttafeln EURO Typ CRX
kompatibel und erfordert den Einbau eines Funkempfängers RIB mit
Vierkanaleinstellung.

con frequenza 433,92MHz.
Le centraline EURO non CRX permettono l’inserimento di un qualunque ricevitore
compatibile attivabile dal relativo telecomando.
