Fixed:
1. Administrator Manager screen is frozen.
1-1. If a user checks the ”Copy Preferences”radio button in the ADM Web UI’s “Screen
Settings” and then selects any other setting screen, the screen will freeze.
1-2. If a user checks the ” Copy Preferences” radio button in the ADM Web UI’s “Screen
Settings” and selects the “OK” button, the settings will be canceled and not saved.
2. SSO fails from Administrator Manager to the Secure Print Manager Server Web IU.
-SSO from ADM to SPM-S fails, after an overwrite installation of SPM-S is performed.
3. Report Generator’s schedule function does not work after upgrading from v2.6.0 to
v2.6.1.
The schedule function for synchronization and sending e-mails does not work after upgrading
RG v2.6.0 to v2.6.1.

Select whether to enable the panel auto logout timer function. When this function is enabled,
a login user will be automatically logged out if the user does not operate the device for a
specified period of time.

-SFM-E Home improvement:
SFM-E for Hybrid Mode (SOP Optimized Mode) can only have scan projects on SFM Home in
v2.6.0. In v2.6.1, SFM-E for Hybrid Mode (SOP Optimized Mode) can have additional projects
on SFM Home.
-Improved login screen and password field on the operation panel

In the case of SLNX Hybrid Mode (SOP Optimized Mode), the design of the group menu icon
has been improved.

In the case of SLNX Hybrid Mode (SOP Optimized Mode), the name of the button for
returning to the profile's top screen has been changed from "Top" to "Back".
-Support for the Mexico Legal paper size
8 1/2 x 13 2/5 Landscape is available as a scan size for 10.1 inch profiles.

There is a support tool for the Built-in Screen for Guest. It is bundled with SFM-S. The tool
can change the availability of the 5 buttons (Copy, FAX, Scan, SLNX Secure Print, and Print)
on the Built-in Screen for Guest.
-Display ''****'' instead of "Anonymous" on the SOP operation panel as the user name in the
case that the Mask function is enabled.

Common between Smart Operation Panel-G2 Hybrid Mode (SOP Optimized Mode) and
Compatibility Mode (Standard Mode):
Client Tool:
-By changing the Client Tool's property file, the Client Tool can retrieve a specified domain
name from the property file instead of the client PC’s domain name.
Scan and Fax manager:
-Support for larger images for project buttons on the SFM Support screen.
-Profile Copy function has been added.
-A function for converting a profile from WVGA to 10.1 inch has been added.
-The screen size (WVGA / 4.3 inch / 10.1 inch) that a profile is dedicated to is added in
parenthesis after the profile number.
-The Activation Tool now supports the displaying of multiple languages.
-The Streamline NX Scan and Fax Manager service will be restarted automatically if the
service is not in "running" status or the web service cannot respond.
Secure Print Manager:
-Color limited users can select Delete/Cancel in SPM-E.
-Print data compression:
This function can compress print data on the SPM-S side and extract print data from the
SPM-E side. This setting can be configured in the SPM-S Web UI parameter settings.
The default setting is "Do not Perform".
Administration Manager:
-An error notification appears when a prohibited character is used in the ADM built-in user's
password.
-Matching of the LDAP attributes between the ADM and AAM-S Authentication settings.
-ADM v2.6.1 utilizes SAML to use SSO in order to eliminate the risk of spoofing between
servers. Therefore, ADM v2.6.1 or later cannot connect to older versions of other servers
with SSO in order to avoid possible spoofing. Please match the ADM versions and the
versions of the other servers.
Fixed
Authentication and Accounting Manager:
-When a user logs in to a device, a “You do not have the privileges to use this function”
message is displayed for a moment before SLNX is displayed.
-In SLNX v2.6.1, when a device preference that requires the restarting of the device is
applied to a device from ADM, AAM-E will be frozen and an "Out of Service" error message
will be displayed.
-If the "Account is sensitive and cannot be delegated" check box in the "Account" tab in a
user's properties in Active Directory is checked, Kerboros authentication will fail.
-In the case of Kerberos authentication, user authentication will become gradually slower
due to the use of a single thread in AAM-S.

Scan and Fax manager:
-Send To Folder delivery is delayed when performing Kerberos authentication.
-The destination path for the Send To Folder or Send To WebDAV services seem to be
unselected on the operation panel when the startpoint path has been selected.
-Displays the hidden scan paper sizes on uWVGA operation panels.
- Fails to deliver stored inbound Fax documents when the SLNX SDK application starts
running.
-The SSL settings are disabled when performing an overwrite installation of the SFM
Admin Tool with SSL settings.
-SFM may rotate scanned documents to an unexpected orientation when Color or Gray
Scale is selected for the Scan Type setting.
-An error message is displayed on the device operation panel when using the Secondary
server and the Error Notification function is enabled. (Server Edition only.)
-The SFM SDK application is not useable when the "Continue" button is selected right
before the timer count for waiting additions become zero.
-It may not be possible to close dialog boxes when using the Send To RightFax service
plug-in and Required Manual Entry Confirmation is enabled. (Server Edition only.)
- An illegal screen may be displayed when displaying the destination list for the Send To
RightFax service plug-in and Required Manual Entry Confirmation is enabled. (Server
Edition only.)
-When using the “Image Correction” plug-in, delivery will be successful but some page data
may be deleted and not sent.
-When sAMAccountName is set for the Login User Name box, SFM will utilize only
sAMAccountName as the user name. As a result, scanning to another domain destination
folder will fail.
Client Tool
-If a user prints a job from the application after it is started with "Run as administrator",
storing print jobs on the client PC will fail.
-In the case of Kerberos authentication, registration of IP addresses to AAM-S will become
gradually slower.
Other
-An error message will be displayed if an error occurs during DB creation.
-TLS1.2 support.
-Keystore password encryption has been improved.
-MO-C2 support has been added but the zero count stop function for copying is not
supported.

Client Tool
If the client tool fails to start properly, the print spooler will be restarted automatically (the
retry limit is 15 times). When the retry limit is reached, an error message ("RICOH
Streamline NX Client Tool could not be started correctly. Please restart your computer.")
will be displayed.

From Client Tool v1.3.0, when “Force Value” is applied using “Import Configuration”
button, the value can be changed in “Administrator mode” by using the import function.
- SPM-E(+HDD)
SPM-E(+HDD) v2.6.0 has only been verified to support 07S-14S (GW or GW+).
Function added after SLNX v2.2.1 can be not used in SPM-E(+HDD) v2.6.0. For instance
a delegation function of Client tool, billing code cannot be used.
-Administration Manager:
The ADM installer will not overwrite the keystore and cacerts files if the same file names
exist in the specified folder.
Fixed:
- Report Generator:
- The Quota Report is not generated during a designated week/month but between the
"Reset User Point" timings for both the start and end time of the Quota period.
- Line breaks in the message confirmation dialogue differs between report deletion and
report schedule deletion.
-The value of the decimal part of a cost calculation result will be incorrect if the integer part
consists of 7 or more digits.
-When an upgrade installation to either v2.4.x or v2.5.x is performed, the settings for
disabling SSL 3.0 will not work in RG.
-An error will occur if the "Portecle.bat" file is executed via "Run as Administrator".
-Administration Manager:
-When using the "Batch Configuration function" with SLNX v2.5.x, an unnecessary waiting
time occurs between each template application.
-Authentication and Accounting Manager:
-The Quota Group Administrator cannot enable Usage Limit Management in the user
properties when additional points are given to the user at the same time.
-If round robin DNS is used, AAM-S caches the IP addresses of the KDCs it cannot
successfully connect to. AAM-S will not try connecting to those cached IP addresses until
AAM-S fails to connect to all other KDCs.
-"Next Execution Time" for User Point Reset in Quota Group Management is not displayed
correctly.
-When a print job's document name exceeds 256 characters, the recode is not registered
in the AAM-S job logs.

-The behavior that causes an unnecessary "ERR_69_001" error message to be registered
in the AAM-S debug logs has been fixed.
-Scan and Fax manager:
- It is not possible to start scanning from the metadata screen after changing settings in
SFM AdminTool's General Settings.
-Optimize the number of retries for Inbound Fax document delivery.
-Kerberos authentication fails when the destination's alias hostname set in the KDC is
different from the server name entered for the destination path in the SFM AdminTool.
- Simplified Chinese text cannot be recognized in searchable PDFs created by the PDF
Converter(Enhanced) filter.
- The PDF Converter(Enhanced) filter fails to create searchable PDFs that include some
tables.
- The PDF Converter(Enhanced) filter fails to create searchable PDFs that include over
150 pages.
- The PDF Converter(Enhanced) filter creates PDF files that are not compliant with PDF/A-
1a or PDF/A-1b when either is selected.
- When updating SFM-S, the isapi log size becomes large.
- When importing project data from an older version, the tab order will be changed in the
filter menu.
- When a double-sided document is scanned, the back side is rotated to unexpected
orientations. This fix is dependent on specific Java VM versions. Please be sure to update
Java VM accordingly.

-Even though the SSL setting is enabled on the device, the certificate validation will be
ignored by ADM.
Smart Operation Panel-G2 devices that support the Air Print function have the function set as
"Active" by default. SSL is set as "On" by default and a certificate is created automatically. In
this case, ADM v2.5.x or earlier requires the certificate for the SSL connection per device. If
the certificate is not imported into ADM, the SSL connection will fail. Because devices that
support the Air Print function have been released, from ADM v2.6.0, the specification has
been changed and certificate validation is not conducted in order to avoid connection failures
to devices that have the function.

Supports serverless workflows like GlobalScan NX. This is useful for lessening the amount
of servers in an environment when required. It provides a PDF with Device OCR function
by using the device’s OCR function.
-SFM error message e-mail notification
In addition to the current SFM e-mail notification function, detailed error information can
be included in the notification e-mail.
