IMPORTANT: Before proceeding, please ensure the correct Ricoh (OEM) printer driver and SubliJet-R
WinProle have been installed. For assistance with driver and prole installation, refer to the Installation
Guide.
NOTE: Your screens and menus may differ depending on the version of software and operating system
you are using. However, the settings will be the same.
Photoshop Elements Workspace Setup
1.) Begin by opening Photoshop Elements. In the menu bar, click Edit > Color Settings (see FIGURE 1).

2.) The Color Settings window should now be open. Match your settings to those shown below: (see
FIGURE 2)
B. Click OK to save your changes and continue

A. Select the radio button for No Color Management
3. Once an image has been opened or imported in Elements, you will need to ensure that RGB color mode
has been selected. In the menu bar, click Image > Mode > RGB Color. A check mark should now be
visible beside RGB Color (see FIGURE 3).

4. Also, once an image has been opened or imported in Elements, you will need to congure the embedded
prole. In the menu bar, click Image > Convert Color Prole > Convert to Adobe RGB Prole (see
FIGURE 4).

5.) With the correct colour settings entered, you are now ready to print. In the Menu Bar, click File > Print.
This will open the Print window. Match your settings to those shown below: (see FIGURE 5)

B. Click More Options...
C. Click Color Management
A. Select Printer: RICOH AcioSG3110DN RPCS-R

E. Printer Prole: select the appropriate ICC prole for your printer
F. Rendering Intent: Perceptual
D. Color Handling: Photoshop Elements Manages Color
Congratulations! Photoshop Elements setup is now complete. Remember to select the RICOH AcioSG3110DN
RPCS-R each time you are ready to print.
G. Click Printer Preferences... (see FIGURE 5). This will open the Properties window. Match your
settings to those shown below: (see FIGURE 6)

b. Click OK to continue
a. Click your previously saved setting. In our example we used Sublimation
NOTE: If your previously saved setting is not visible in the drop-down menu, refer to
the Conguration Guide.

I. Click Print when you are ready to print your image (see FIGURE 5)
H. Click OK to save your changes and continue (see FIGURE 5)
NOTE: If the prole is not visible in the drop-down menu, try restarting Elements. If the
prole is still missing after restarting Elements, refer to the Installation Guide.
