APPLICATION
The sandblasting cabin is used for cleaning, polishing and grinding contaminated and rusty metal,
wooden and composite surfaces with a dry abrasive, most often sand or corundum. The sandblasting
cabin allows for precise, dust-free and environmentally friendly sandblasting of technical and
decorative elements. Removes old paint, rust, dry dirt and smoothes surface defects on the material.

The sandblasting cabin generates a powerful force from the flow of abrasive particles.
It is a dangerous factor that may only be handled by a qualified adult, not under the influence
of alcohol and drugs.
• Disconnect the device from the power supply and disconnect the pneumatic connection
before any checking, service and repair activities.
• Do not direct the cleaning jet on hands and skin.
• Make sure the cabin is properly sealed.
• Make sure the glass, gloves and pneumatic hoses are not damaged.
• Do not exceed the maximum operating pressure.
• Do not direct the stream from the gun at other people.
• Never use a damaged, chipped, cracked or poorly attached accessory.
• Check the operation of the device during the first operation, without load for 30 seconds.
If vibrations or malfunctions occur during this time, switch o immediately.
• Use eye and hearing protection, it is also recommended to use other means of
protection: gloves, apron, dust mask.
• Never work on wet ground or in rain.
• Make sure that the power supply complies with the requirements of the tool.
Never use the tool with an improper power supply.
• Always use knowledge and common sense when working with tools, especially in unusual
working conditions. First of all, take care of your own work safety and the safety of outsiders.
• Tool designed for use by qualified adults.

If the sandblasting gun (28) needs cleaning or replacement,
install it as shown. Supply the cleaning agent through the thicker
hose in front of the trigger of the gun. Lead the compressed air
hose with the thinner hose to the connection in the handpiece.
Fix the glove (15) with the cable tie (16) on the front panel as
shown in the picture.
Step 1:
Insert the sand suction adapter (23) into the bottom of the
funnel with the flat washer and secure with the M16 nut (37).
Step 2:
1. Place the booth on the workbench you will be working on.
2. Connect the air supply (21) (max. 8.5 bar) to the connector on
the side of the cab.
3. Check for air leaks. If so, it is necessary to repair or add Teflon
tape.
Step 3:
4. Connect the 12 V power adapter to a 230 V socket. Make sure
the switch is in the OFF position; connect the other end of the
12 V power cord to the light switch on the cabinet.
5. Check that the light is working.
6. Attach the plastic window cover to the inner surface of the
door.
7. Eye protection must be performed before loading a cleaning
agent into the sandblaster.
8. Maximum load 7.5 liters of dry cleaning cloth, excess will result
in ineective operation.
9. Close and latch the door (18).
10. Protect your hands with gloves (15), aim the pistol (28) at
the surface to be cleaned and pull the trigger. If there is no flow,
clean the gun.
11. Work with a continuous stream, smooth and circular motion.

Krok 2:
1. Umieść kabinę na stole warsztatowym, na którym będziesz

4. Podłącz zasilacz 12 V do gniazdka 230 V. Upewnij się,

5. Sprawdź, czy światło działa.
6. Zamocuj plastikową osłonę okna do wewnętrznej powierzchni
drzwi.

Wenn die Sandstrahlpistole (28) gereinigt oder ausgetauscht

Frontplatte wie im Bild gezeigt.
Schritt 1:
Den Sandsaugadapter (23) mit der Unterlegscheibe in den
Trichterboden einsetzen und mit der M16 Mutter (37) sichern.
Schritt 2:
1. Stellen Sie die Kabine auf die Werkbank, an der Sie arbeiten
werden.
2. Schließen Sie die Luftversorgung (21) (max. 8,5 bar) an den
Anschluss an der Seite der Kabine an.
