CAUTION :
Disconnect the battery before proceeding
with the below steps

I) Check Battery
Operation: Use a Flat head screwdriver, unlock and remove the seat. Locate the battery
harness, unplug the connector then use a volt-meter to check the battery.

Turn and unlock this plastic knob
Unlock position

Unplug the battery connector underneath the seat

IV)Gearbox Replacement
Unscrew the gearbox cover at the right inner side
then unplug the gearbox connector (white)

Keep components organized for re-assembly

Use a screwdriver to pushout the axle from metal frame

Pull the rear axle half way out from the
other side, no need to remove it completely

Take out the rear wheel together with the gearbox
Step (10)
Replace the gearbox with a new/good one

Match the gears on the rear wheel and new gearbox
Step (12)
Put the parts in place then align and slide the axle back to frame
Reverse above procedures to re-assemble the vehicle

Operation: Check and re-put the damaged warning stickers after repairing.
