13. Installation
Unpack.
Check product to ensure that it hasn’t been damaged in transit. Check for any signs
of damage during transit. In the unlikely event that any problems are found, contact
ROMPA® immediately.
Suspend the Bubble Swing from an appropriate suspension system e.g. ROMPA®’s
Hanging Bracket 21928. It is your responsibility to ensure that your suspension
system is appropriate and correctly installed in a safe location. One or two
suspension points can be used:
One point
Use the safety snap attached to the Swing and attach it to the Safety Rotational
Device. Attach the other safety snap to the top of the Safety Rotational Device and
attach the product to your suspension system.
Two points
Use the safety snap attached to the Swing and attach it to your suspension system.
Use the other safety snap and attach the four webbing loops to the safety snap and
attach the product to your suspension system. If using two suspension points, the
rope should be approximately 110cm apart (more if you prefer the angle of the
ropes to be slightly obtuse rather than at a right angle to the cushioned section
If using a/two Height Adjuster(s), please refer to the instructions for it.
The distance between the floor and the product should be 1’ (30cm).
14. Care and Maintenance
Organise a regular cleaning and maintenance schedule.
All parts of the Bubble Swing should be checked on a monthly basis and a record
kept.
Check for wear on safety snap.
Check ropes for fraying.
Should any wear be found, discontinue use and replace any worn parts immediately.
Store in a safe place out of direct sunlight when not in use.
Store out of reach of clients –do not allow unsupervised use.
The Swing can be spot-cleaned with a mild soap solution. Do not use harsh, abrasive,
solvent or bleach cleaning products. The cover cannot be removed.
Do not use cleaners with abrasives in them or solvent-based cleaners such as
trichloroethane or carbon tetrachloride. Liquid detergents used to wash cups/plates
etc. are ideal. Do not steam clean.
Allow to air-dry naturally before re-use.
Store indoors in a dry environment, away from sources of extreme temperatures.
