1Bestimmungsgemäße Verwendung
Zum Transport der Gewindeschneidmaschine ROPOWER 50 R und der Kunststoffrohr-
schweißmaschine ROWELD P 160 SANILINE.
Nicht zum Transport von Menschen, Tieren oder Gefahrstoffen geeignet!
2Hinweise zur Sicherheit
Achten Sie beim Auf- und Abbau, sowie bei Benutzung darauf, dass keine Körperteile (z.B.
Hände, Finger, usw.) in Gefahrenbereiche gelangen können. Quetschgefahr!
Änderungen die dem technischen Fortschritt dienen, können ohne Vorankündigung vom Her-
steller getätigt werden und sind eventuell in der Bedienungsanleitung noch nicht berücksichtigt.
Kontrollieren Sie das Gerät vor Inbetriebnahme auf Vollständigkeit und Funktion.
Nehmen Sie niemals ein defektes oder funktionsunfähiges Gerät in Betrieb! Kontaktieren Sie
den Hersteller oder lassen Sie das Gerät von einem qualifizierten Mechaniker kontrollieren.
Arbeiten Sie immer mit Bedacht und der nötigen Vorsicht!
Wenden Sie auf keinen Fall übermäßige Gewalt an!
Stellen Sie sich niemals auf den Transportwagen.
Transportieren Sie niemals Personen, Tiere oder Gefahrenstoffe mit dem Transportwagen!
Überschreiten Sie niemals die maximale Traglast des Transportwagens!
Vergewissern Sie sich, dass der Transportwagen gleichmäßig beladen ist.
Arbeiten Sie niemals, wenn Sie müde sind oder unter dem Einfluss von Drogen, Medikamenten
oder Alkohol stehen.
Verwahren Sie Verpackungsteile (Folien, Plastikbeutel, Styropor, etc.) nur an Orten auf, die Kin-
dern insbesondere Säuglingen nicht zugänglich sind! Da Verpackungsteile oft nicht erkennbare
Gefahren bergen (z. B. Erstickungsgefahr).

Vollständigkeit des Packungsinhalts überprüfen (s. Abb. A)!
Transportwagen (1) auf einer weichen Unterlage mit der Oberseite nach unten ablegen.
1x Splint (3.1) und 1x Scheibe (3.2) von Radachse (3) entneh-
men und 1x Rad (2) auf Radachse bis zum Anschlag aufschie-
ben. Scheibe (3.2) und Splint (3.1) müssen auf der Außen-
seite der Radachse sein!
Radachse vormontiert in den Transportwagen schieben und
zweites Rad analog montieren. Scheibe (3.2) und Splint (3.1)
müssen auf der Außenseite der Radachse sein!

Beide Räder mittels beiden Splinten fixieren. Splinte zur Siche-
rung an den Enden aufbiegen.
Transportwagen drehen und auf die Räder stellen.
Halter für Fußschalter (s. Abb. B):
Die beiden Halter für den Fußschalter am Transportwagen lösen und entgegengesetzt mon-
tieren.
Maschinenaufnahme vorbereiten (s. Abb. C):
Langlöcher = Aufnahme Gewindeschneidmaschine (Haltebolzen+Scheibe+Schraube),
Bohrungen = Aufnahme ROWELD P160 Saniline (Scheibe+Schraube).
Haltebolzen (4) jeweils mittig über die 4 Langlöcher positionieren und mittels Scheibe (3.2)
und Schraube (3.1) von unten leicht anziehen.
Inbusschrauben für Standbeine an der Gewindeschneidmaschine vorher öffnen und nach
dem Einsetzen auf Haltebolzen fest anziehen!
Haltebolzen erst fest anziehen, wenn die Maschine richtig positioniert ist! Zum
Positionieren der Maschine immer mit 2 Personen arbeiten!
Transportwagen aufklappen (s. Abb. D):
Sterngriff (1.2) soweit aufdrehen bis die Gewindestange nicht mehr den Rahmen berührt.
Achtung, Klemmgefahr! Transportwagen steht unter Federspannung!
Bedienung nur von 1 Person!
Mit einer Hand den Transportwagen nach unten drücken und mit dem Fuß gegen Wegrollen
sichern.
Mit der anderen Hand Rastbolzen (1.1) lösen, Transportwagen soweit aufklappen bis Rast-
bolzen in der 2.Bohrung vollständig einrastet.
Sterngriff (1.2) ebenfalls in die 2.Bohrung am Rahmen eindrehen.
Darauf achten, dass Sterngriff und Rastbolzen fest arretiert sind!
5Pflege und Wartung
Überprüfen Sie regelmäßig den Transportwagen auf Beschädigungen und Materialermüdungen.
Lagern Sie den Transportwagen an einem trockenen, sauberen und frostsichern Ort.
Verwenden Sie für die Reinigung niemals aggressive Reinigungsmittel!

1Intended use
To transport the thread-cutting machine ROPOWER 50 R and the plastic welding machine
ROWELD P 160 SANILINE.
Not suitable for transporting people, animals or hazardous substances!
2Safety Notes
Ensure during assembly and dismantling, as well as use, that no body parts (e.g. hands, fingers,
etc.) are in the danger areas. Risk of crushing!
Changes which are in line with technical advances can be made by the manufacturer without
prior announcement and may not yet be mentioned in the operating manual.
Check the device before putting into operation for completeness and functionality.
Never operate a defective or dysfunctional device! Contact the manufacturer or have the device
checked by a qualified mechanic.
Always work carefully and with the required caution!
Never use excessive force!
Never stand on the transport wagon.
Never transport people, animals or hazardous substances using the transport wagon!
Never exceed the maximum load capacity of the transport wagon!
Ensure that the transport wagon is loaded evenly.
Never use the device if you are tired or under the influence of drugs, medication or alcohol.
Only keep packaging parts (foils, plastic bags, polystyrene, etc.) in safekeeping at locations
where children, particularly infants, cannot gain access to them! Packaging parts are often a
source of unrecognisable dangers (e.g. risk of suffocation).

4.2 Assembly
Check the completeness of the packaging contents (see Fig. A)!
Lay the transport wagon (1) on a soft base upside down with the upper side underneath.
Remove 1 splint (3.1) and 1 washer (3.2) from the wheel axle
(3) and push 1 wheel (2) on the wheel axle up to the stop. The
washer (3.2) and splint (3.1) must be on the outside of the
wheel axle!
Push the wheel axle pre-mounted into the transport wagon and
mount the second wheel in an analogue fashion. The washer
(3.2) and splint (3.1) must be on the outside of the wheel ax-
le!

Fix both wheels in the middle using both splints. Bend the
splints open at the ends to secure them.
Turn over the transport wagon and put it on its wheels.
Holder for the footswitch (see Fig. B):
Loosen both holders for the footswitch on the transport wagon and mount opposite to each
other.
Prepare the machine adaptor (see Fig. C):
Slotted holes = mount for the thread-cutting machine (retaining bolt+washer+bolt),
Bores = mount for the ROWELD P160 Saniline (washer+bolt).
Position the retaining bolts (4) each in the middle of the 4 slotted holes and tighten slightly
from below with a washer (3.2) and bolt (3.1).
Open the Allen screws for the pillars on the thread-cutting machine beforehand and tighten
firmly after insertion on the retaining bolt(s)!
Only tighten the retaining bolt(s) when the machine is positioned correctly! There
should always be two people working to position the machine!
Fold out the transport wagon (see Fig. D):
Unscrew the star grip (1.2) until the threaded rod no longer touches the frame.
Attention, risk of entrapment! The transport wagon is under spring pressure!
Only to be operated by 1 person!
Press the transport wagon downwards with one hand and secure with the foot against it roll-
ing away.
Loosen the locking bolt (1.1) with the other hand, then unfold the transport wagon until the
locking bolt engages completely in the 2nd bore.
Also screw the star grip (1.2) into the 2nd bore on the frame.
Ensure that the star grip and locking bolts are firmly locked!
5Care and Maintenance
Regularly check the transport wagon for damage and material fatigue.
Store the transport wagon at a dry, clean and frost-protected location.
Never use aggressive cleaning agents for cleaning!

tuyaux en plastique ROWELD P 160 SANILINE.
Transport de personnes, d'animaux ou de substances dangereuses interdit!
2Consignes de sécurité
Lors du montage et du démontage, tout comme lors de l'utilisation, assurez-vous d'éloigner
toutes les parties de votre corps (mains, doigts, etc) de la zone à risques. Risque d'écrasement !
Des modifications liées aux avancées technologiques peuvent être appliquées sans notification
préalable du fabricant et elles peuvent ne pas encore avoir être reportées dans le manuel d'utili-
sation.
Vérifiez l'intégrité et le bon fonctionnement de l'appareil avant la mise en service.
N'utilisez jamais un appareil défectueux ou ne fonctionnant pas correctement ! Contactez le fab-
ricant ou laissez un mécanicien qualifié contrôler l'appareil.
Travaillez toujours avec prudence !
N'utilisez jamais une force excessive !
Ne montez jamais sur le chariot de transport.
Ne transportez jamais aucune personne, aucun animal ou aucune substance dangereuse à

Contrôlez l'intégralité du contenu dans l'emballage (voir illustration A) !
Posez le chariot de transport (1) à l'envers, sur une surface molle.
Retirez 1 goupille (3.1) et 1 rondelle (3.2) de l'essieu de roues
(3) et glissez 1 roue (2) sur l'essieu jusqu'en butée. La rondelle
(3.2) et la goupille (3.1) doivent se trouver sur le côté extéri-
eur de l'essieu !
Glissez l'essieu de roues prémonté sur le chariot de transport et
montez la deuxième roue de la même manière. La rondelle

(3.2) et la goupille (3.1) doivent se trouver sur le côté extéri-
eur de l'essieu !
Fixez les deux roues à l'aide de deux goupilles. Repliez les
goupilles aux extrémités pour les fixer.
Retournez le chariot de transport et posez-le sur ses roues.
Supports pour interrupteur à pédale (voir illustration B) :
Desserrez les deux supports pour interrupteur à pédale du chariot de transport et installez-
les à l'opposé.
Préparation pour recevoir la machine à fileter (voir illustration C) :
Trou long = Pour la fixation d'une machine à fileter (boulons de fixation+rondelle+vis),
Alésage = Pour la fixation d'une ROWELD P160 Saniline (rondelle+vis).
Positionnez les boulons de fixation (4) au centre des 4 longs trous et serrez-les légèrement
par le dessous avec une rondelle (3.2) et une vis (3.1).
Desserrez au préalable les vis à six pans pour les jambes de support sur la machine à fileter
et resserrez-les après les avoir installées sur les boulons de fixation !
Ne serrez complètement les boulons de fixation qu'une fois la machine cor-
rectement positionnée ! Travaillez toujours à 2 pour positionner la machine !
Déplier le chariot de transport (voir illustration D) :
Dévissez la poignée-étoile (1.2) jusqu'à ce que la tige filetée ne soit plus en contact avec le
chassis.
Attention, risque de coincement ! Le chariot de transport est comprimé par un
ressort ! Utilisation prévue pour 1 seule personne !
Poussez le chariot vers le bas d'une main et sécurisez-le d'un pied pour ne pas qu'il roule.
De l'autre main, dévissez le boulon d'arrêt (1.1) et ouvrez le chariot de transport jusqu'à que
le boulon d'arrêt soit complètement engagé dans le deuxième alésage.
Vissez la poignée-étoile (1.2) complètement dans le deuxième trou du châssis.
Assurez-vous que la poignée étoile et le boulon d'arrêt sont parfaitement fixés !
5Entretien et révision
Contrôlez régulièrement l'absence de dommages et de fatigue sur le chariot de transport.
Rangez le chariot de transport dans un endroit sec, propre et à l'abri du gel.
N'utilisez jamais de produits de nettoyage agressifs pour le nettoyage !

1Utilización exclusiva con los fines especificados
Para el transporte de la máquina roscadora ROPOWER 50 R y la máquina soldadora de tubos
de plástico ROWELD P 160 SANILINE.
¡No es apto para el transporte de personas, animales o sustancias peligrosas!
2Indicaciones de seguridad
Asegúrese de que ninguna parte del cuerpo (por ejemplo las manos, los dedos, etc.) pueda ent-
rar en zonas de peligro durante el montaje y el desmontaje, así como durante el uso. ¡Peligro de
aplastamiento!
El fabricante podrá llevar a cabo modificaciones que sirvan al progreso técnico sin previo aviso,
y estas podrían no indicarse en el manual de instrucciones.
Antes de la puesta en marcha, compruebe que el dispositivo esté completo y que funcione cor-
rectamente.
¡Nunca ponga en funcionamiento un dispositivo defectuoso o que no funcione correctamente!
Póngase en contacto con el fabricante o asegúrese de que un mecánico cualificado examine el
dispositivo.
¡Siempre trabaje con el cuidado y la precaución necesarias!
¡No emplee en ningún caso fuerza excesiva!
No se suba nunca al carro de transporte.
¡No transporte nunca personas, animales o sustancias peligrosas con el carro de transporte!
¡No exceda nunca la capacidad de carga máxima del carro de transporte!
Asegúrese de que el carro de transporte esté cargado de forma uniforme.
No trabaje nunca estando cansado o bajo la influencia de drogas, medicamentos o alcohol.
¡Almacene los componentes de embalaje (láminas, bolsas de plástico, poliestireno, etc.) solo en
lugares que no sean accesibles para niños, especialmente bebés! Dado que, a menudo, los
componentes de embalaje presentan riesgos no perceptibles (por ejemplo, el peligro de asfixia).

4.2 Montaje
¡Compruebe la integridad del contenido del paquete (véase la fig. A)!
Coloque el carro de transporte (1) sobre una superficie blanda, con la parte superior hacia
abajo.
Extraiga 1x albura (3.1) y 1x arandela (3.2) del eje de rueda (3)
e introduzca 1x rueda (2) en el eje de rueda hasta el fondo. .
¡La arandela (3.2) y la albura (3.1) deben estar en la parte
exterior del eje de rueda!

Introduzca el eje de rueda, premontado, en el carro de transpor-
te y monte la segunda rueda de la misma forma. ¡La arandela
(3.2) y la albura (3.1) deben estar en la parte exterior del eje
de rueda!
Fije ambas ruedas utilizando las dos alburas. Doble la albura en
los extremos para asegurarla.
Dé la vuelta al carro de transporte y colóquelo sobre las ruedas.
Soporte para interruptor de pedal (véase la fig. B):
Afloje los dos soportes para el interruptor de pedal en el carro de transporte y móntelos
contrapuestamente.
Prepare la toma de la máquina (véase la fig. C):
Orificios oblongos = toma máquina roscadora (perno de sujeción+arandela+tornillo),
Orificios = toma ROWELD P160 Saniline (arandela+perno).
Coloque los pernos de sujeción (4) en el centro sobre los 4 orificios oblongos y apriételos
desde abajo ligeramente utilizando la arandela (3.2) y el tornillo (3.1).
¡Abra primero los tornillos Allen para las patas de apoyo en la máquina roscadora y apriéte-
los con fuerza en los pernos de sujeción después de colocarlos!
¡No apriete los pernos de sujeción hasta que la máquina esté colocada correc-
tamente! ¡Trabaje siempre con 2 personas para posicionar la máquina!
Abra el carro de transporte (véase la fig. D):
Gire la empuñadura de estrella (1.2) hasta que el perno roscado ya no toque el marco.
¡Atención, peligro de aplastamiento! ¡El carro se encuentra bajo presión de
resortes! ¡Solo debe ser operado por 1 persona!
Presione el carro de transporte hacia abajo con una mano y asegúrelo con el pie para que
no se desplace.
Con la otra mano, afloje el perno fijador (1.1) y abra el carro de transporte hasta que el per-
no fijador encaje perfectamente en el segundo orificio.
Atornille también la empuñadura de estrella (1.2) en el segundo orificio del marco.
¡Asegúrese de que la empuñadura de estrella y el perno fijador estén
bloqueados correctamente!
5Cuidado y mantenimiento
Examine regularmente el carro de transporte para detectar posibles daños o fatiga del material.
Almacene el carro de transporte en un lugar seco, limpio y resistente al frío.
¡No utilice nunca use productos de limpieza agresivos para limpiar el dispositivo!

1Uso conforme
Per il trasporto della fresatrice per filettature ROPOWER 50 R e la saldatrice per tubi in mate-
riale plastico ROWELD P 160 SANILINE.
Non indicato per il trasporto di persone, animali o merce pericolosa!
2Istruzioni sulla sicurezza
Prestare attenzione al montaggio e smontaggio nonché durante l’utilizzo a non introdurre alcuna
parte del corpo (per esempio mani, dita, ecc.) negli ambiti di pericolo. Pericolo di schiacciamen-
to!
Il produttore può apportare cambiamenti senza preavviso che servono al progresso tecnico, i
quali non sono stati ancora considerati nel manuale d’istruzioni.
Controllare la completezza e la funzione dell’apparecchio prima della messa in funzione.
Non mettere in funzione mai l’apparecchio difettoso o malfunzionante! Contattare il produttore o
far controllare l’apparecchio da un meccanico specializzato.
Operare sempre con accortezza e con la necessaria cautela!
Non applicare in nessun caso una forza eccessiva!
Non appoggiarsi mai sul carrello di trasporto.
Non trasportare mai persone, animali o sostanze pericolose con il carrello di trasporto!
Non superare mai la portata massima del carrello di trasporto!
Accertarsi che il carrello di trasporto sia caricato in modo uniforme.
Non lavorare mai se affaticati o se sotto l'effetto di stupefacenti, alcool o medicinali.
Conservare le parti dell’imballaggio (pellicole, sacchetti di plastica, polistirolo, ecc.) solamente in
luoghi che non siano accessibili ai bambini, in special modo lattanti! Infatti, le parti
dell’imballaggio nascondono spesso dei pericoli nascosti (p.es. pericolo di soffocamento).

4.2 Montaggio
Controllare la completezza del contenuto del pacchetto (vedere fig. A)!
Disporre il carrello di trasporto (1) su un sottofondo morbido con il lato superiore verso l’alto.
Estrarre 1x coppiglia (3.1) e 1x disco (3.2) dall’assale della ruota
(3) e appoggiare 1x ruota (2) sull’assale della ruota fino alla bat-
tuta d’arresto. Il disco (3.2) e la coppiglia (3.1) devono
trovarsi sul lato esterno dell’assale della ruota!
Spingere l’assale della ruota premontato nel carrello di trasporto
e montare la seconda ruota in modo analogo. Il disco (3.2) e la
coppiglia (3.1) devono trovarsi sul lato esterno dell’assale
della ruota!

Fissare entrambe le ruote mediante le due coppiglie. Piegare
all'insù le coppiglie alle estremità.
Girare il carrello di trasporto e appoggiarlo sulle ruote.
Supporto per interruttore a pedale (vedere fig. B):
Staccare i due supporti per l’interruttore a pedale sul carrello di trasporto e montarli in
posizione contrapposta.
Preparare l’alloggiamento della machina (vedere fig. C):
Fori oblunghi = alloggiamento fresatrice per filettature (perno di supporto+disco+vite),
Fori = alloggiamento ROWELD P160 Saniline (disco+vite).
Posizionare il perno di supporto (4) a metà sopra i 4 fori oblunghi rispettivamente e tirare
leggermente verso il basso mediante disco (3.2) e vite (3.1).
Aprire dapprima le viti a testa vuota per le gambe di sostegno sulla fresatrice per filettature e
serrarle a fondo dopo averle inserite sul perno di sostegno!
Serrare a fondo i perni di sostegno solamente quando la macchina viene posizio-
nata correttamente! Operare sempre con 2 persone per il posizionamento della
macchina!
Ribaltare il carrello di trasporto (vedere fig. D):
Svitare l’impugnatura a stella (1.2) fino a quando l’asta filettata non tocca più il telaio.
Attenzione, pericolo di incastrarsi! Il carrello di trasporto si trova sotto ten-
sionamento della molla! Comando da parte 1 persona!
Premere il carrello di trasporto verso il basso con una mano e proteggerlo con il piede, af-
finché non rotoli via.
Allentare con l’altra mano il perno di innesto (1.1), ribaltare il carrello di trasporto fino a
quando il perno di innesto non si inserisce completamente nel secondo foro.
Avvitare anche l’impugnatura a stella (1.2) nel secondo foro sul telaio.
Prestare attenzione che l’impugnatura a stella e il perno di innesto siano inne-
stati in modo fisso!
5Cura e manutenzione
Verificare ad intervalli regolari la presenza di danneggiamenti e usura da fatica dei materiali sul
carrello di trasporto.
Conservare il carrello di trasporto in un luogo asciutto, pulito e protetto da gelo.
Non utilizzare mai dei detergenti aggressivi per la pulitura!
