Lesen Sie vor dem Gebrauch sorgfältig die Gebrauchsanweisung und die Sicherheitshinweise.
1- HINWEISE
Es ist unbedingt erforderlich, diese Anleitung zu lesen und die folgenden Empfehlungen zu beachten
• Um Ihre Sicherheit zu gewährleisten, entspricht dieses Gerät den gültigen Normen und Richtlinien (Nieder-span-
nung, Elektromagnetische Verträglichkeit, Umweltverträglichkeit,…).
• Vor jeder Verwendung ist der allgemeine Zustand des Geräts, des Steckers und des Kabels prüfen.
•
Dieses Gerät darf nicht von Personen (inbegriffen Kindern) mit eingeschränkten körperlichen, sensorischen oder
geistigen Fähigkeiten benutzt werden. Das Gleiche gilt für Personen, die keine Erfahrung mit dem Gerät besitzen
oder sich mit ihm nicht auskennen, außer wenn sie von einer für ihre Sicherheit verantwortlichen Person beauf-
sichtigt werden oder von dieser mit dem Gebrauch des Gerät vertraut gemacht wurden. Kinder müssen beauf-
sichtigt werden, damit sie nicht mit dem Gerät spielen.
• Dieses Gerät ist nur für den Haushaltsgebrauch bestimmt. Es kann nicht für eine industrielle
Anwendung verwendet werden.
• Das Gerät nicht in einem staubigen Raum oder in einem Raum mit Brandgefahr verwenden.
• Niemals Gegenstände in das Gerät einführen (z.B. Nadeln....)
• Das Gerät nicht direkt unter einer Steckdose platzieren.
• Nicht am Stromkabel oder am Gerät selbst ziehen, um den Stecker aus der Steckdose zu ziehen.
• Vor jedem Gebrauch das Kabel vollständig abwickeln.
• Bei eventuellen Beschädigungen aufgrund einer nicht ordnungsgemäßen Verwendung wird die
Garantie ungültig.
• Wenn das Stromkabel beschädigt ist, muss es zur Vermeidung von Gefahr vom Hersteller, seinem
Kundendienst oder einer Person mit ähnlicher Qualifizierung ausgewechselt werden.
• Entsorgung nach Ablauf der Lebensdauer des Produkts das Gerät an einer Müllsammelstelle entsorgen.
2- SEHR WICHTIG
• Vor dem Anschließen des Ger ts zun chst die Füße korrekt montieren (siehe Abb. 4-5-6).
• Dieses Heizger t nicht mit einem Temperaturregelierungsger t, einem Programmregler, einer
Zeitschaltuhr oder einer beliebigen anderen Vorrichtung verwenden, die das Heizger t automatisch
einschaltet, denn es besteht Brandgefahr, wenn das Heizger t bedeckt oder nicht korrekt platziert ist.
• Dieses Heizger t nicht in der N he von Badewannen, Duschen, Waschbecken, Schwimmb dern ver-
wenden.
• Den Heizofen nicht in der N he von brennbaren Gegenst nden oder Produkten verwenden
(Vorh nge, Spraydosen, Lösungsmittel, usw.).
• Das Ger t niemals geneigt oder liegend verwenden.
• Das Ger t niemals bedecken, auch nicht vorübergehend, denn es besteht die Gefahr von Überhit-
zung und Brand.
• Das Ger t nicht mit feuchten H nden anfassen.
• Niemals Wasser in das Ger t eindringen lassen..
• Bei l ngerer Abwesenheit: Den Schalter A (Abb. 3) auf Position O stellen (Kontrollampen erloschen)
und den Ger testecker ziehen.
• DEN STRAHLER WÄHREND DES BETRIEBS NICHT BERÜHREN (dieser Teil erreicht sehr hohe
Temperaturen, die schwere Verbrennungen hervorrufen können). Es wird empfohlen, nach dem
Ausschalten des Ger ts und bevor es bewegt wird, 15 Minuten zu warten.
•
Warnhinweis:
DAS HEIZGERÄT DARF NICHT ABGEDECKT WERDEN, um eine berhitzung zu verhindern.
4- SPANNUNG
• Vor der ersten Inbetriebnahme ist zu prüfen, dass die Spannung Ihrer Installation der auf dem
Typenschild des Geräts genannten Spannung entspricht.
• Ihr Gerät muss unbedingt an eine geerdete Steckdose angeschlossen werden. Es handelt sich um ein
Gerät der Klasse 1.
3- VERWENDUNG IM BADEZIMMER (Schutz gegen fallendes Wasser)
Die Bauart dieses Geräts “IP21” ermöglicht seine Verwendung in allen Räumen des Hauses, eins-
chließlich in Räumen mit Gefahr fallenden Wassers (Küche, Badezimmer usw.).
Die Elektroinstallation des Raumes, die Installation des Gerätes und seine
Verwendung müssen jedoch
mit den in Ihrem Land geltenden Normen konform sein.

5- SICHERHEIT
• Wenn das Gerät nach vorne oder nach hinten kippt, unterbricht ein Sicherheitssystem automa-
tisch die Stromversorgung. Das Gerät wieder aufrecht stellen und es schaltet sich wieder ein.
• “Gebläse” Bei Überhitzung unterbricht eine Sicherheitsvorrichtung das Gebläse und schaltet es
nach der Abkühlung automatisch wieder ein. Wenn die Störung anhält oder verstärkt auftritt, stoppt
eine Thermosicherung das Gebläse definitiv und das Gerät muss zu einer zugelassenen
Kundendienststelle gebracht werden.
7- REINIGUNG
• Vor jeder Säuberung unbedingt den Gerätestecker ziehen und das Gerät abkühlen lassen.
• Sie können das Gerät mit einem leicht feuchten Tuch reinigen.
• WICHTIG Niemals Scheuermittel verwenden, denn diese könnten die Oberfläche Ihres Geräts bes-
chädigen.
• Wir empfehlen Ihnen, die Luftzutritts- und Luftaustrittsgitter mindestens einmal im Jahr zu reinigen
(falls erforderlich mit einem Staubsauger reinigen).
8- LAGERUNG
• Das Gerät unbedingt gut abkühlen lassen, bevor Sie es verstauen.
• Um Ihr Gerät zu verstauen, ist es möglich, das Kabel aufzurollen und das Kabelende zu befestigen
(siehe Abb. 2).
• Wenn Sie das Gerät nicht verwenden, muss es vor Feuchtigkeit geschützt aufbewahrt werden.
6- BETRIEB
• Aufstellung:
Der Heizlüfter muß einen Abstand von mindestens 20 cm zu der Wand oder Vorhang haben.
Vor dem Heizlüfter darf nichts im Radius von einem Meters aufgestellt werden.
• Inbetriebnahme:
Versichern Sie sich vor der Inbetriebnahme, dass
- die oben beschriebene Aufstellung beachtet wird,
- die Lufteintritts- und die Luftaustrittsgitter vollkommen unbedeckt sind,
- das Gerät waagerecht und stabil steht.
• Wahl der Funktion:
Die gewünschte Heizart mit dem Schalter A (Abb. 3) wählen. Dazu die Markierung des Schalters gege-
nüber das jeweilige Symbol drehen

Gebläse 2000W
• Kontrollampen:
Dieses Gerät besitzt 2 Kontrollampen
- Kontrollampe “Strahler” (Abb.3) Sie leuchtet auf, wenn der Heizmodus “Strahler” eingeschaltet ist.
- Kontrollampe “Gebläse” E (Abb.3) Sie leuchtet auf, wenn der Heizmodus “Gebläse” eingeschaltet ist.
• Thermostat:
Der Temperaturregler B (Abb. 3) funktioniert nur für das Gebl se.
Für die Temperaturregelung den Schalter B (Abb. 3) drehen.
- Position 9 Schaltermarkierung gegenüber der “9” W rmer
- Position 1 Schaltermarkierung gegenüber der “1” Kühler
• Antifrost-Position
Mit dieser Position können Sie die Temperatur eines normal isolierten Raums, dessen Volumen der
Leistung Ihres Geräts entspricht, automatisch über 0°C halten.
Dazu das Gerät einstecken und den Schalter B (Abb. 3) so drehen, dass die Schaltermarkierung gege-
nüber dem Symbol “ ” steht und den Schalter A (Abb. 3) auf Position “Gebläse 2000W” stellen.

9- IM PROBLEMFALL
• Das Gerät niemals selbst zerlegen. Ein nicht ordnungsgemäß repariertes Gerät kann eine
Gefahr für den Anwender darstellen.
• Bevor Sie sich an eine zugelassene Kundendienststelle unseres Netzes wenden (siehe beiliegende
Liste), vergewissern Sie sich
- dass sich das Gerät in normaler Betriebsposition befindet.
- dass die Luftzutritts- und Luftaustrittsgitter vollkommen unbedeckt sind.
10- DENKEN SIE AN DEN SCHUTZ DER UMWELT!
Ihr Gerät enthält zahlreiche wieder verwertbare oder recyclebare Materialien.
Bringen Sie das Gerät zur Entsorgung zu einer Sammelstelle Ihrer Stadt oder Gemeinde.

Read carefully before using and then keep in a safe place.
1 - WARNINGS
It is essential that you read these instructions carefully and comply with the following recommendations.
• For your safety, this appliance complies with the applicable standards and regulations or commercial
(Low Voltage, Electromagnetic Compatibility, Environmental Directives, etc.).
• Before using, always check the condition of the appliance, the power socket and the power lead.
• This appliance is not intended for use by persons (including children) with reduced physical, sensory
or mental capabilities, or lack of experience and knowledge, unless they have been given supervision
or instruction concerning use of the appliance by a person responsible for their safety. Children should
be supervised to ensure that they do not play with the appliance.
• This appliance is intended for domestic use only. It must therefore not be used in industrial applications.
• Do not use your appliance in a dusty room or a room where there is a risk of fire.
• Never insert objects into the appliance (e.g. needles...).
• Do not pull on the power cable or the appliance, even to unplug it from the wall socket.
• Do not place the appliance just below a power socket.
• Fully unwind the lead each time before use.
• The warranty will be void in the event of damage arising from improper use.
• If the power cable is damaged, it must be replaced by the manufacturer, its after-sales service or a
person with similar qualifications to avoid any danger.
• Elimination of the product at the end of its life span hand in your appliance to the existing selective
collection / waste disposal centres.
2- VERY IMPORTANT
• Fit the feet correctly before plugging the appliance in (see fig. 4-5-6)
• Never use this heater with a heat control device, programmer, timer or any other device that auto-
matically powers up the heater since there is a risk of fire if the heater is covered over or incorrectly
positioned.
• NEVER USE IT TILTED OR LYING ON ITS SIDE.
• NEVER COVER THE APPLIANCE, even temporarily, as there is a danger of overheating.
• Never place your heater near inflammable objects. Keep the appliance away from any objets (cur-
tains, walls, aerosols etc…)
• Do not use this appliance near a bath, shower, sink or swimming pool.
• NEVER ALLOW WATER TO PENETRATE THE APPLIANCE.
• Do not touch the appliance with wet hands.
• In the event of a long absence: turn the button A (fig.3) to the initial setting O (lights go out) and
unplug the appliance.
• Do not touch the "Radiant" part (this part can become very hot and may cause serious burns). It is
recommended to wait 15 minutes after switching the appliance off before moving it.
• Warning:
To avoid overheating, DO NOT COVER THE HEATING APPLIANCE
4- TENSION
• The first time the appliance is used, check that the voltage of your installation and the voltage mar-
ked on the appliance identification plate correspond.
• It is compulsory that the plug used for your appliance is fitted with an earth pin. It is a class I
appliance.
5- SAFETY
• If the appliance should tip forwards or backwards, a safety device automatically cuts off the power.
Restore the appliance to a vertical position and it will start to function again.
• Blower part In the event of abnormal overheating, a safety device shuts down the appliance and
then automatically restarts it once it has cooled. If the fault persists or gets worse, a thermal fuse
shuts the appliance down definitively and it must then be taken to an approved service centre.
3- USE OF THE APPLIANCE IN A BATHROOM (drip proof appliance)
This “IP21” appliance is designed for use in any room of the house, including those where there is a
risk of vertical drop of water (kitchen, bathroom, etc…). The electrical installation of the room, the
installation of the appliance and its use should, however, conform to current standards in your own
country.

7- CLEANING
• The heater must be unplugged and allowed to cool before cleaning/servicing.
• You can clean it with a slightly damp cloth.
• IMPORTANT Never use abrasive products which might damage the appearance of your appliance.
• We recommend that you clean the air inlet and outlet grills at least once a year; (clean with a
vacuum cleaner if necessary).
8- STORAGE
• The appliance must be allowed to cool before it is put away. The cord can be wound and the end
fastened in place when you put the appliance away (fig 2).
• When you are not using your appliance, store it in a dry place.
10- ENVIRONMENT PROTECTION FIRST!
Your appliance contains valuable materials which can be recovered or recycled.
Leave it at a local civic waste collection point.
9- IN THE EVENT OF PROBLEMS
• Never dismantle your appliance yourself. A poorly repaired appliance may be dangerous for the user.
• Before contacting one of our Approved Service Centres (see enclosed list), ensure that
– the appliance is set to normal operating mode;
– the air inlet and outlet grills are totally clear.
6- OPERATION
• Positioning:
The rear of the appliance must be at least 20 cm from a wall, curtains or any other object.
Do not place an object less than 1 m away from the “Radiant” or “Fan” part of the appliance.
• Switching on:
Before you switch the appliance on, make sure that
- it is positioned in line with the indications above
- the air intake and outlet grids are completely clear
- the appliance is placed on a horizontal, stable surface
• Choosing the function:
Select the heating mode required with button A (fig 3), placing the mark on the button opposite the
appropriate symbol

• Indicator lights:
The appliance has two indicator lights
- The “Radiant” light D (fig 3), lit when “Radiant” mode is selected
- The “Blower” light E (fig 3), lit when “Blower” mode is selected
• Thermostat:
The temperature adjustment button B (fig 3) is only operative on the “Blower” part.
The temperature is adjusted to suit requirements by turning button B (fig 3)
Position 9 button mark opposite the figure “9” hottest setting
Position 1 button mark opposite the figure “1” coolest setting
• Frost-free setting
This setting enables you to automatically maintain the temperature above 0°C in a normally insulated
room, whose volume corresponds to the power of your appliance.
To do this, plug in your appliance and turn button B (fig 3) until the mark on the button is opposite the
“ ” symbol and turn button A (fig 3) to select “Blower 2000W” mode.

1- RACCOMANDAZIONI
E’ essenziale leggere attentamente il presente manuale ed operare conformemente alle seguenti raccomandazioni
• Per garantire la vostra sicurezza, l'apparecchio è conforme alle norme e ai regolamenti vigenti (direttive sulla
bassa tensione, compatibilità elettromagnetica, Ambiante…).
• Prima di una eventuale utilizzazione, verificare il corretto funzionamento generale dell’apparecchio, della presa e
del cavo.
• Questo apparecchio non deve essere utilizzato da persone (compresi i bambini) le cui capacità fisiche, sensoriali
o mentali sono ridotte, o da persone prive di esperienza o di conoscenza, tranne se hanno potuto beneficiare, tra-
mite una persona responsabile della loro sicurezza, di una sorveglianza o di istruzioni preliminari relative all’uso
dell’apparecchio. È opportuno sorvegliare i bambini per assicurarsi che non giochino con l’apparecchio.
• Il presente apparecchio è destinato unicamente ad uso domestico. Dunque, non può essere adibito ad usi
industriali.
• Non fare funzionare l’apparecchio in locali con quantità eccessiva di polvere o in locali che presentino dei rischi
di incendio.
• Mai introdurre oggetti all’interno dell’apparecchio (per esempio aghi…)
• Non mettere l’apparecchio nelle immediate vicinanze di una presa di corrente elettrica.
• Mai tirare il cavo di alimentazione o l’apparecchio per scollegare la spina di corrente elettrica dalla presa del muro.
• Prima di una eventuale utilizzazione, svolgere interamente il cavo.
• La garanzia sarà annullata in caso di eventuali danni a seguito di scorretta utilizzazione.
• Se il cavo è danneggiato, deve essere sostituito dal fabbricante, dal servizio post – vendita o da operatori di pari
qualificazione, per evitare eventuali situazioni di pericolo.
• Eliminazione a fine della vita del prodotto depositare l’apparecchio in un centro di raccolta selettiva / publica
discarica esistente.
2- MOLTO IMPORTANTE
• Prima di collegare l’apparecchio alla rete elettrica, montare correttamente i piedini (vedi fig.4-5-6).
• Mai utilizzare questo apparecchio con dispositivi di comando termico, programmatori, interruttori a
tempo o un qualsiasi altro dispositivo che metta l’apparecchio di riscaldamento automaticamente in
tensione, dato che si corre il rischio di incendio se l’apparecchio di riscaldamento è coperto o posizio-
nato in modo non corretto.
• Mai utilizzare l’apparecchio di riscaldamento nelle immediate vicinanze di una vasca da bagno, di un
lavandino, di una piscina.
• Mai utilizzare il radiatore nelle immediate vicinanze di oggetti e di prodotti infiammabili (tende,
aerosol, solventi, ecc..)
• Mai utilizzare l’apparecchio in posizione inclinata o coricata.
• Mai coprire l’apparecchio, anche temporaneamente, dato che c’è il rischio di surriscaldamento e di
incendio.
• Mai toccare l’apparecchio con le mani umide.
• Mai lasciare l’acqua entrare nell’apparecchio.
• In caso di assenza prolungata : mettere il pulsante A (fig.3) sulla posizione O (spie luminose spente)
e scollegare l’apparecchio.
• MAI TOCCARE LA PARTE AD IRRAGGIAMENTO DURANTE LA FASE DI FUNZIONAMENTO (questa
fase raggiunge alte temperature che sono suscettibili di provocare gravi bruciature). Si consiglia di
aspettare 15 minuti dopo l’arresto dell’apparecchio prima di manipolarlo.
• Avvertenza :
Per evitare un surriscaldamento, NON COPRIRE L'APPARECCHIO DI RISCALDAMENTO

UTILIZZAZIONE IN STANZA DA BAGNO (protezione contro gli spruzzi d’acqua)
Il tipo di fabbricazione di questo apparecchio « IP21 » ne permette l’utilizzazione in tutte le stanze della
casa, ivi comprese quelle che presentano dei rischi di spruzzi o di caduta d’acqua verticale (cucina,
stanza da bagno, ecc…).
L'impianto elettrico della stanza, l’installazione dell’apparecchio e la sua utilizzazione devono tuttavia
essere conformi alle norme in vigore nel vostro paese.
