척 회전 중에 전환밸브를 조작하시 마십시오.
Never operate selector valve and solenoid
valve during spindle rotation.
문을 열고 스핀들을 회전시키면 안됩니다.
Never start the machine with door open.
신체의 일부나 의복이 말려들어가 부상당하는 위험이 있습니다.
Danger by catching operator in a machine.
공작물 또는 죠를 교환할때는 스핀들을 반드시 정지 시킨후 문을 열고 교환하십시오.
After spindle should be stopped, please open the door and change it. Danger
by discharge of chuck or workpiece.
회전 중에 조작하면 파악된 공작물이 이탈(비산) 될 위험이 있습니다.
Danger by discharge of clamped workpiece during spindle rotation.
척의 회전속도는 최대 허용치를 확인하시고 회전속도
제한치를 넘지 마십시오.

실린더 추력은 허용치 이내로 조절하여 주십시오.

caused by unsufficint lubrication.
과다한 추력으로 실린더가 파손될 수 있습니다.
Excessive force may cause damage to the cylinder.
조작 실린더는 로크밸브, 릴리프밸브 내장형 사용시 루프 솔레노이드 밸브를 정전시에도 파악하는 회로로 하십시오.
In cases of power failure Samchully Cylinders are fitted with check valves and pressure release valves. When
power is restored the solenoid valve resumes its normal function.
Do not forget to grease chuck.
윤활은 확실히 행하여 주십시오.

소프트 죠의 높이는 파악력 제한표의 범위 이내로

maximum gripping force limits.

3-1. 드로우 바 확인 및 세팅
1. Draw Bar 의 나사 사이즈와 Draw bolt 의
나사 사이즈가 같은지 치수 ‘G’을 확인합니
다.
2. 로터리 실린더를 최대 전진 시킨 후 치수
‘j-b’를 확인합니다.
3. 장비의 스핀들 Taper 구간의 Run-Out이
장비 사양에 만족하는지 확인합니다.
3-1. Drawbar setting
1. Chack the dimension ‘G’ to see if the
screw size of the draw bar and the screw
size of the draw bolt are the same.
2. Chack the dimension ‘j-b’ after advanc
ing the rotary cylinder as much as
possible.
3. Verify that the spindle taper section
of the equipment meets the
equipment specifications.

설치 순서에 따르지 않을 경우 작동에 이상이
발생할 수 있습니다. 작동에 이상이 있을 시 척
을 사용하면 부품이 비정상적으로 마모되어
수명이 크게 단축될 수 있습니다.
설치가 완료되면 최소 작동압력을 확인하십시
오. 압력이 너무 높으면 척을 분해하고 문제를
해결하십시오.
아이볼트를 사용하여 설치하는 경우 설치가
끝난 후 아이볼트를 제거하십시오. 아이볼트
를 조립한 상태에서 척을 회전시키면 신체나
옷에 걸려 상해를 입을 수 있습니다.
3-7 발란스
척을 추가로 가공하거나 지그가 장착된 경우
발란스 작업을 하시기 바랍니다. 발란스가 맞
지 않은 척은 진동을 유발하고 필요한 가공 정
확도를 유지하지 못하게 합니다. 불균형한 공
작물을 가공할 시 공작물의 편심질량을 고려
하여 척을 저속으로 돌리시기 바랍니다. 편심
질량으로 인한 원심력이 TOP JAW에 적용되
기 때문입니다.
3-6 Examination
Failure to follow the installation
sequence may cause malfunc-tion.
If the chuck is used during operation,
the parts may be worn abnormally
and the lifespan may be significantly
reduced.
When installation is complete, check
the minimum working pressure. If the
pressure is too high, disassemble and
solve the chuck.
When installing using eye bolts,
remove the eye bolts after instal-lation
is complete. If the chuck is rotated
while the eyebolt is assembled, it may
cause injury to the body or clothes.
3-7 Balance
If the chuck is additionally machined
or a jig is installed, balance it. An
unbalanced chuck causes vibration
and prevents maintaining the required
machin-ing accuracy. When machin-
ing an unbalanced workpiece, take
the eccentric mass of the workpiece
into account and turn the chuck at a
low speed. This is because centrifugal
force due to eccentric mass is applied
to TOP JAW.

척바디 외경에 있는 그리스 니플에 그리스 건을 사용하여 급유
하여 주십시오.
Refuel the grease nipple on the outer diameter of the chuck
body with a grease gun
매일 육안 검사 및 오염이 심한 경우 완전 세척합니다.
주 1회를 기본으로 하며, 고속 운전, 다량의 절삭유 사용 등에 의
한 절삭조건에 따라서 윤활이 필요할 시에는 언제든지 급유하여
주십시오. 6개월 주기로 완전 분해하여 세척합니다.
Once a week. However, when the machine is operated at
high speed rotation or a large amount of water soluble
cutting oil is used, more of lubrication is needed according
to service conditions.
4-1 윤활
4-2 분해 및 청소
척이 적절히 급유가 되었어도 작은 칩과 스케
일이 척 내부로 들어가 죠 및 가이드와 플런져
에 쌓여 척의 본래 기능을 방해할 수 있습니다.
작업을 끝낼 시에는 척의 몸체와 습동면 등을
에어건 등으로 반드시 청소하여 주십시오.
방청효과의 수용성 절삭유를 사용하지 않으면
척 내부에 끈적거림이 발생하여 파악력이 저하
되는 경우가 있으니 주의하여 주십시오.
척은 적어도 1200시간 또는 10만회 작동시
(주물 등의 절삭에는 500시간) 분해 및 청소
를 해주십시오.
부품의 마모나 균열 등이 발생한 부품은 교환
하여 주십시오.
점검 후에는 충분히 급유를 하고 조립하여 주
십시오.
4-1 Lubrication

Although the chuck is lubricated on
a regular basis, It’s possible for slight
chips and Scale that interfere in inner
chuck to disturb regular function of
the chuck.
After machining, clean the chuck
body and slide way with air gun.
Use rust prevention coolant oil so that
rust does not reduce gripping force.
Disassemble and clean the chuck
at least once per 6 months or every
100,000 th used (once every two
months for the casting).
If parts are worn or cracked, Replace
it if required.
After inspection, Lubricate the chuck.
即便卡盘供油适宜，但也有可能因小
切屑和碎屑进入卡盘内部而堆积在
卡爪、导向装置和柱塞上，妨碍卡盘
原本的功能。
作业结束时，请务必用气枪等清扫卡
盘的主体和滑动表面等。
请使用防锈效果的水溶性切削油，否
则卡盘内部将发生黏腻，导致夹持力
降低，请注意。
卡盘至少在运行1200小时或10万次
时 (铸件等切削时500小时) 进行一
次拆卸及清扫。
出现磨损或皲裂的配件请及时更换。
检查后请充分注油并进行组装。
척을 장시간 최상의 상태에서 사용하기 위해
서는 윤활유 공급이 중요합니다. 윤활불량은
저유압에서 작동불량, 파악력의 부족, 파악정
도 저하, 이상마모, 늘어 붙음 등의 원인이 됩
니다. 또 파악력의 저하는 공작물의 비산 위험
이 있습니다. 따라서 윤활 급유는 확실하게 행
하여 주십시오.
To maintain the chuck for a long period
of time, it is necessary to
lubricate the chuck on a regular
basis. Inadequate lubrication causes
malfunction at low hydraulic pressure,
reduces gripping force and affects
gripping accuracy, and causes wear
and seizure. Consequently, securely
lubricate the chuck.
