Penetration Probes Model SWPII-07, SWPII-08, SWPII-09 and SWPII-10
for SK-250WPII Series Waterproof Digital Thermometers
Thank you for purchasing the SWPII-07/-08/-09/-10 penetration type probes.
- These products are designed to measure temperature connecting with SK-250WPII Series
Waterproof Digital Thermometers. Do not use it for other purposes.
- Read this manual thoroughly before using. Keep the manual in a safe place for future reference
whenever necessary.
Installing Probes
Match both ▼and ▲marks of the plug of the
probe and the connector socket together and insert
the plug into the socket until a “click” is heard
How to Use
Press the POWER ON/OFF key on the main unit to start measurement. As for the details of the
usage, refer to the instruction manual for SK-250WPII Series Waterproof Digital Thermometers.
Cautions
Be sure to observe the following precautions in order to use this unit correctly.
- These probes are designed for SK-250WPII Series Waterproof Digital Thermometers. Do not
connect these probes with other thermometers.
- Be sure to use this probe within the specified measurement range. Using it outside the specified
measurement range will result in failure or damage.
- Take care not to burn when you measure high temperature. Keep it after temperature falls down
because the stainless steel stem and grip of the probe become hot.
- The penetration type probe has a sharp pointed tip so that it can penetrate into the measuring
object. Handle these probes with due care as this tip could cause accidental injuries.
- Never disassemble or modify this unit. Doing so may result in failure.
- Do not apply impact to it. Doing so may result in failure.
- For accurate measurement, wash out a stain with water after measurement. Wipe any moisture
off with a dry cloth.
- Do not use this unit in water.

How to handle the sensor cord
Do not forcibly pull, bend, or bundle the sensor cord. Placing a heavy object on the sensor cord,
heating or scratching the cord may also damage it. Never do the following use.
